Objective In this paper, five people of the national table tennis men's team are selected as the research objects, and the blood biochemical index of the athletes are measured and analyzed. To understand and master the current physical fatigue and physical function recovery of key athletes based on the test results, and provide reasonable training program and sports nutrition supplements advice for key athletes, so that athletes can achieve the best physical condition, improve training effect and performance. Methods On April 10, 2018, at 7:15 in the morning, blood was collected from five main athletes in the fasting state, and blood biochemical analysis was performed to record athletes' white blood cell(WBC), hemachrome, blood urea nitrogen, creatine kinase(CK), testosterone/cortisol(T/C) and other biochemical index. And compared with the same period last year, to assess the physical performance of athletes.  Results 1: The white blood cell values of the five main athletes were within the normal range(4.0-11.0), and there was significant improvement compared with the same period of last year; the hemoglobin values of the five main athletes were relatively well within the normal reference range(110-170) and increased compared with the same period last year. 2: Analysis of blood urea nitrogen results showed that Wang Chuqin and Ma Long's blood urea nitrogen measurement value was higher than the normal value (4.0-7.0); compared with the same period of last year, Ma Long blood urea nitrogen value increased by 33.3%; other members blood urea nitrogen value was within the normal range and there was no significant change compared to the same period last year. 3: Analysis of creatine kinase results showed that the CK levels of Wang Chuqin, Xu Xin and Ma Long were higher than the normal values (50-310); compared with the same period of last year, the CK value increased by 263%. The CK value of Ma Long increased by 76.3%; other athletes CK value were in the normal range and stable. 4: Testosterone/Cortisol results showed that the T/C ratio of the five main athletes was >0.03, which was in the normal range, and there was no significant change compared with the same period of last year. Conclusions 1: The five main athletes have good immune function and are good for ensuring disease resistance before and during the game. 2: The aerobic metabolism level of the male member is relatively good, which is beneficial to the body's aerobic endurance level. And compared with the previous aerobic endurance test results, the male aerobics members' aerobic capacity is in a stable state. 3: The blood urea nitrogen is relatively low in the normal reference range, indicating that the athletes are more suitable for the current training load and intensity, and the body recovers well; Wang Chuqin and Ma Long have better adaptation to the current training intensity. 4: Some atheletes have higher levels of CK. It is recommended to strengthen the positive recovery of muscle tension and relaxation after high-intensity training to better prevent muscle damage. 5: At present, the proteolysis and metabolism of the male member of the main is greater than of protein synthesis, and they five should increase the targeted supplement of dietary protein, vitamins and other nutritional supplements to improve testosterone levels

Involvement of YAP and LATS1 in lung development in a rat model of nitrofen-induced congenital diaphragmatic hernia

Purpose: To investigate the role of Hippo pathway in lung development in congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). Methods: One oral dose of nitrofen was maternally administered for induction of CDH on embryonic day 9.5 (E 9.5). Sildenafil was administered intragastrically at a dose of 100 mg/kg on E 11.5. Three rat groups were used: control, CDH, and CDH + sildenafil. Cesarean section was used for fetal delivery on E 21.5. Fetuses with left diaphragmatic hernia (except in control rats) were chosen for investigations. Fetal body weight and weight of lung tissue were recorded, and lung histological evaluation, western blot and PCR were carried out after lung processing. Results: There was markedly higher expression of YAP in CDH rats than in control rats was unaffected by antenatal sildenafil administration (p < 0.05). However, prenatal sildenafil intervention significantly increased LATS1 expression in the lung of CDH fetuses (p < 0.05). Conclusion: These results indicate that increased pulmonary YAP expression in CDH rat model might contribute to pulmonary vascular remodeling and suppression of lung development. Thus, antenatal sildenafil administration not only mitigates abnormal vascular remodeling but also promotes lung development, most likely via increased expression of LATS1. Surgical treatment of giant plexiform neurofibroma associated with pectus excavatum

Plexiform neurofibromas are benign tumors originating from subcutaneous or visceral peripheral nerves, which are usually associated with neurofibromatosis type 1. They are almost always congenital lesions and often cause the surrounding soft tissue and bone to grow aberrantly. We treated a 12-year-old boy who presented with asymmetric pectus excavaum and an anterior chest wall plexiform neurofibroma. The pectus excavaum was corrected by modified Nuss procedure, followed by simultaneous resection of the giant mass. The patient is doing well at the 4 years follow-up visit

    Mast cell in infantile hemangioma

Infantile hemangioma (IH) is the most common benign vascular tumor characterized by three phases — proliferation, early involution and late involution. Mast cells (MCs) play an important role in allergic reactions and numerous diseases, including tumors. While the mechanisms underlying MCs migration, activation and function in the life cycle of IH remain unclear, previous studies suggested that MCs circulate through the vasculature and migrate into IH, and subsequently mature and get activated. Estradiol (E2) emerges as a potential attractant for MC migration into IH and their subsequent activation. In various stages of IH, activated MCs secrete both proangiogenic and anti-angiogenic modulators, absorbed by various cells adjacent to them. Imbalances in these modulators may contribute to IH proliferation and involution

Radially Aligned, Electrospun Nanofibers as Dural Substitutes for Wound Closure and Tissue Regeneration Applications

This paper reports the fabrication of scaffolds consisting of radially aligned poly(ε-caprolactone) nanofibers by utilizing a collector composed of a central point electrode and a peripheral ring electrode. This novel class of scaffolds was able to present nanoscale topographic cues to cultured cells, directing and enhancing their migration from the periphery to the center. We also established that such scaffolds could induce faster cellular migration and population than nonwoven mats consisting of random nanofibers. Dural fibroblast cells cultured on these two types of scaffolds were found to express type I collagen, the main extracellular matrix component in dural mater. The type I collagen exhibited a high degree of organization on the scaffolds of radially aligned fibers and a haphazard distribution on the scaffolds of random fibers. Taken together, the scaffolds based on radially aligned, electrospun nanofibers show great potential as artificial dural substitutes and may be particularly useful as biomedical patches or grafts to induce wound closure and/or tissue regeneration
