R-matrix Floquet theory for laser-assisted electron-atom scattering

A new version of the R-matrix Floquet theory for laser-assisted electron-atom scattering is presented. The theory is non-perturbative and applicable to a non-relativistic many-electron atom or ion in a homogeneous linearly polarized field. It is based on the use of channel functions built from field-dressed target states, which greatly simplifies the general formalism.Comment: 18 pages, LaTeX2e, submitted to J.Phys.

Collaborative Synchronization of a 7-Axis Robot

Abweichender Titel nach Übersetzung der Verfasserin/des VerfassersIn der automatisierten Fertigung ist die Verwendung von Förderbändern für den Transport von Produkten weitverbreitet. In dieser Arbeit wird der Arbeitsablauf eines Industrieroboters mit einem bewegten Produkt synchronisiert. Somit können die Fertigungsschritte während des Transports durchgeführt werden. Dafür wird in einem ersten Schritt ein mathematisches Modell eines kollaborativen redundanten Roboters mit flexiblen Gelenken berechnet. Auf Basis dieses Modells wird ein Regelungskonzept entwickelt, das den Endeffektor des Roboters mit dem bewegten Objekt synchronisiert. Zusätzlich zu der synchronisierten Bewegung wird ein Pfad auf dem Objekt geplant, der einem Arbeitsablauf entspricht. Des Weiteren wird ein kollaboratives Szenario untersucht, bei dem eine Person das Objekt führt. Damit bei zu schnellen Bewegungen des Objekts der Arbeitsablauf angehalten werden kann, wird der Pfadfortschritt dynamisch überwacht. Für die Messung der Position und Orientierung des Objekts wird ein fixes Kamerasystem verwendet. Es wird eine gute Genauigkeit des Pfades am bewegten Objekt erzielt. Abschließend werden die Eigenschaften bei der Verwendung von fixen Kamerasystemen für diese Art von Anwendung näher diskutiert.Conveyor belts are often used to transport products in automated manufacturing. This work focuses on synchronizing a process sequence of an industry robot with a moving product. Using such a synchronization motion, the process sequence can be performed during transportation on a conveyor belt. For this task, a mathematical model of a redundant collaborative robot with flexible joints is derived in a first step. Based on this model a control strategy is developed to synchronize the end-effector with a moving object. Additionally to the synchronized movement of the robot a path is planned to represent the process sequence of the robot. A collaborative scenario is investigated which includes a worker who carries the object. The path progress is dynamically monitored in order to stop the process sequence, if the object is moving too fast. Hereby erroneous process sequences are avoided. A fixed camera system is used to measure the position and orientation of the moving object. It is shown that a good accuracy of the process sequence on the moving object is achieved. Finally, the properties of a fixed camera system for this use case are discussed in more detail.7

“SUMMANews: implementación de una aplicación de resúmenes multidocumento”

La aplicación será accesible a través de internet, y se podrá acceder a ella con cualquier explorador de internet (IE, Mozilla, Chrome, etc.). La aplicación SUMMANews está implementada en Java y con soporte de las librerías GATE1 y SUMMA2. La aplicación es la encargada de recolectar los documentos de las fuentes RSS de sitios web de periódicos en inglés, tales como la BBC, ABC y Reuters. Para crear anotaciones (features) y poder procesarlas con el algoritmo TextRank para la creación final del resumen de la noticia. La interfaz final, está implementada en HTML, CSS y PHP. El formato del CSS es un template del framework Bootstrap, el cual se utiliza actualmente en el diseño de las páginas web. El usuario tiene la posibilidad de realizar resúmenes de noticias de una temática similar, al igual que puede observar el resumen de una noticia en concreto. La aplicación ha sido evaluada con una muestra de 60 usuarios que respondieron a un cuestionario sobre la calidad de los resúmenes generados y acerca de la experiencia durante el uso de la aplicación.The aim of the project was to develop an application to summarize texts from various RSS news services Internet, which we have called SummaNews.
