Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti ZK Design a.s. pomocí poměrových ukazatelů a pyramidového rozkladu ukazatele rentability. První kapitola je zaměřena na popis metodiky finanční analýzy. V druhé kapitole je charakterizována analyzovaná firma včetně provedení horizontální a vertikální analýzy. Třetí kapitola je věnována aplikaci poměrových ukazatelů a rozkladu rentability vlastního kapitálu. Na základě výsledných hodnot poměrových ukazatelů je posouzena finanční situace firmy.Financial analysis, due to its ability to assess the financial health of the company, is one of the most important elements of financial management. The aim of this bachelor thesis is the assessment of financial situation of the ZK Design company, using financial ratios and profitability ratios pyramid decomposition equity. The first chapter focuses on description of the methodology of financial analysis. The second chapter presents analyzed company, including horizontal and vertical analysis. The third chapter is devoted to application of ratios and decomposition of return on equity. A geographic approach to carbon accounting of Wisconsin

<p>Carbon accounting is becoming increasingly important in the way it provides a comprehensive perspective of carbon balance from both carbon emission and carbon assimilation. Numerous previous researches have focused on carbon emission inventory, but few have put their effort in estimating the overall carbon balance as well as analyzing its spatial distribution. In this study, the fossil fuel consumption from all end-use sectors was used to estimate the carbon emission, and the carbon assimilation of vegetation was derived from Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer net primary production. Then, the carbon emission was integrated with carbon assimilation to estimate carbon balance. The results were presented in five different maps with a scale of 1:1,480,000 and suggested that, in 2009, Wisconsin was able to assimilate its all end-use carbon emissions through the vegetation. In addition, carbon surplus and carbon deficit of Wisconsin demonstrated their respective spatial patterns. The approach can be generalized and applied to other regions to estimate carbon balance.</p

Antibiotic resistance of mitomycin treated SNL DG5 feeder layer.

<p>About 2×10⁴ mitomycin C-treated SNL DG5 feeder cells were plated in each well of 96-well plate. The medium was added with different antibiotics concentrations and each concentration was in quadruplicate. Medium was changed every two days and the cells were cultured for 7 days. Survival rate is calculated by comparing to parallel-plated cells without antibiotics selection and expressed as a percentage.</p

Legitimitet i förhållande till hjälporganistioner : En kvalitativ studie om legitimitetsskapande och synen på nya typer av aktörer

Denna studie har ett syfte att undersöka hur legitimitet kan skapas i hjälporganisationer. Det är en fråga vi anser vara aktuell att undersöka i och med uppkomsten av nya hjälporganisationer vars trovärdighet i somliga fall kan anses högst tveksam. Studiens resultat kommer att illustreras i en verklig hjälporganisation. Denna organisation kommer förbli anonym genom hela uppsatsen men med sitt kontroversiella arbetssätt och moderna arbetsmetoder anses den förespråka den typ av organisation som vi vill undersöka inom det hjälporganisatoriska fältet.
