Research on the construction of minority people’s sports cultural heritage corridors under “the Belt and Road” strategic background

This thesis discusses the necessity and concrete measures of constructing minority people’s heritage cultural corridors. Under the new period background of “The Belt and Road”, all-around protection shall be provided for the sports cultural heritage preserved by minorities. This thesis suggests to reflect the important value of sports cultural heritage by constructing corridors, and to arouse people’s awareness of protecting such heritage. In current state, related departments have included the unique sports cultural heritage of minorities into integral regional heritage preservation. This measure can essentially help build a diversified national heritage preservation pattern and enhance minority people’s sense of identity and proud on local sports culture. Based on the above, this thesis comprehensively applies document analysis, field investigation, and other methods to explore and analyze concrete measures of constructing minority people’s heritage corridors. It also pursues corresponding improvement measures in combination of the global background of “The Belt and Road”

Pressure-Arching Characteristics of Fractured Strata Structure during Shallow Horizontal Coal Mining

It is an important problem for the alternated strong and weak roof weighting to threat the safety of working face during shallow coal mining and the total thickness breaking of the thin bedrock to cause the serious ground subsidence. To reveal the mechanism of the abnormal mining damage, the pressure-arching rule in overlying strata was studied. Based on the monitoring data of the typical shallow coal working face, the mechanical models of the symmetrical stress arch, the squeezed arch and the hinged structure of the fractured strata were established, and the difference of the load bearing capacity between the structures and the influencing factors was analysed by the deduced formula calculation. Then the evolution characteristics of the pressure-arch in the fractured strata were revealed by the numerical simulation analysis. The results show that the global pressure-arch of multilayer strata always exits in the surrounding rock and moves forward with continuous mining. The single pressure-arch and hinged structure are formed in each stratum under the global pressure-arch. The pressure-arch enables the fractured strata to carry load efficiently, and the instability of the pressure-arch can cause strong roof weighting and ground subsidence. These conclusions provide a theoretical reference for the stability control of the overlying strata structure under shallow coal mining

Objectness Supervised Merging Algorithm for Color Image Segmentation

Ideal color image segmentation needs both low-level cues and high-level semantic features. This paper proposes a two-hierarchy segmentation model based on merging homogeneous superpixels. First, a region growing strategy is designed for producing homogenous and compact superpixels in different partitions. Total variation smoothing features are adopted in the growing procedure for locating real boundaries. Before merging, we define a combined color-texture histogram feature for superpixels description and, meanwhile, a novel objectness feature is proposed to supervise the region merging procedure for reliable segmentation. Both color-texture histograms and objectness are computed to measure regional similarities between region pairs, and the mixed standard deviation of the union features is exploited to make stop criteria for merging process. Experimental results on the popular benchmark dataset demonstrate the better segmentation performance of the proposed model compared to other well-known segmentation algorithms

Preparation of a CeO2/γ-Al2O3 composite and its catalytic degradation performance

235-242CeO2/γ-Al2O3 composite catalyst has been prepared using CeO2 as an active component and γ-Al2O3 as a support to remove dye from wastewater by catalytic degradation. The catalytic performance of the CeO2/γ-Al2O3 sample for the degradation of methylene blue is studied under visible light irradiation. The results show the presence of γ-Al2O3 and CeO2 with a cubic fluorite structure in the CeO2/γ-Al2O3 samples synthesized at 550°C. Small CeO2/γ-Al2O3 particle and a good dispersion of CeO2 are achieved with loading of CeO2. The loading of CeO2 on γ-Al2O3 also increases the total pore volume and pore diameter, which results in a high specific surface area of 132.03 m2/g, a total pore volume of 0.74 cm3/g, and a mean pore diameter of 22.54 nm. The photocatalytic degradation efficiency of methylene blue by the CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst is higher than those of CeO2 and γ-Al2O3. Under the same conditions the CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst achieves 98.36% degradation at 80 min, higher 5.0% and 11.9% degradation than CeO2 and γ-Al2O3, respectively. The high efficiency is attributed to promotion of the structural and textural performance of the CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst by synergistic interaction between CeO2 and γ-Al2O3. These performances promote a larger surface area, higher content of acid sites, more •OH radicals and higher redox properties of the catalyst. The catalytic reaction kinetics could be fitted by the heterogeneous Langmuir-Hinshelwood model and the pseudo-first order rated constant for kapp is 17.5×10−2, which is 1.33 and 2.5 times as big as those of CeO2 and γ-Al2O3, respectively. CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst suggests promising application for practical dye pollutant treatment

Medicarpin induces G1 arrest and mitochondria-mediated intrinsic apoptotic pathway in bladder cancer cells

Bladder cancer (BC) is the tenth most commonly diagnosed cancer. High recurrence, chemoresistance, and low response rate hinder the effective treatment of BC. Hence, a novel therapeutic strategy in the clinical management of BC is urgently needed. Medicarpin (MED), an isoflavone from Dalbergia odorifera, can promote bone mass gain and kill tumor cells, but its anti-BC effect remains obscure. This study revealed that MED effectively inhibited the proliferation and arrested the cell cycle at the G1 phase of BC cell lines T24 and EJ-1 in vitro. In addition, MED could significantly suppress the tumor growth of BC cells in vivo. Mechanically, MED induced cell apoptosis by upregulating pro-apoptotic proteins BAK1, Bcl2-L-11, and caspase-3. Our data suggest that MED suppresses BC cell growth in vitro and in vivo via regulating mitochondria-mediated intrinsic apoptotic pathways, which can serve as a promising candidate for BC therapy

The strategic thought of the inheritance and development of national traditional sport in the view of globalization

    No full text
With the growing trend of globalization, the contact between countries is also strengthening. Under the background of cultural prosperity and communication, our national traditional sports are still in a marginalized position, in which the patriotism and cultural value are also ignored. Furthermore, national traditional sports and traditional culture are in the danger of dying off. Therefore, this article has strategic thought on the inheritance and development of national traditional sport in the view of globalization, and finds a reasonable measure to resolve the existing problems. Dig deep into the national traditional resource, build a good cultural image of China, and promote the cultural competitiveness of sports to extend influence

Research on Lahu’s traditional sports culture from the perspective of cultural ecology

This paper mainly researches Lahu’s traditional sports culture from the perspective of cultural ecology and analyzes the characteristics of Lahu’s traditional sports culture, and analyzes the characteristics of Lahu’s traditional sports culture from three aspects: natural ecological environment, social ecological environment and spiritual ecology. What’ more, Lahu’ traditional sports culture is not only a concrete expression of Lahu’s production form and life style or a symbol of Lahu’s religious culture, but also an important embodiment of the nationality, which is an important part in protecting the Lahu nationality. Therefore, this paper also puts for-ward some suggestions on the inheritance and development of Lahu’s traditional sports culture on this basis
