    Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Dan Pengangguran Terbuka Terhadap Kemiskinan Di Indonesia Tahun 2001-2021

    This study aims to measure the influence of economic growth and opened unemployment on poverty in Indonesia by using the data of 2001-2021. The method of data analysis used multiple regression by using SPSS 26. The result of this study showed that the economic growth has positive and insignificant influence on poverty. On the other hand, opened unemployment has positive and significant influence on the level of poverty where the value of t-count 8.033 t-table 2.10982 with the probability value 0.000 0,05. Simultaneously, the level of economic growth and opened unemployment has a significant influence on the level of poverty. The value of coefficient determination showed that the economic growth and opened unemployment are able to explain poverty by 75,6% while 24,4% is explained by other variables outside of this study

    Tourism Image Analysis using Tourism Marketing Strategies and Tourist Satisfaction Programs in Poso Regency

    Abstract This research is based on surveys result on conditions of Poso Regency Tourism which show that when compared with the government's work plans and programs to develop tourism in Poso Regency and to make it become a mainstay sector in increasing regional income, tourism marketing performance in Poso Regency has not progressed significantly. Based on this, to increase the development of the tourism sector, tourism development efforts in Poso District prioritize increasing tourism marketing and tourist satisfaction programs. These programs can be implemented if supported by cooperation between the public sector, the tourism industry and the community. Thus, the tourism sector in Poso Regency can have a high level of quality development. Because the biggest weakness that affects the tourism image of Poso Regency lies in tourist satisfaction. Which means, the weak performance of the satisfaction program in Poso Regency has resulted in the image of tourism being unable to increase visits and convince tourists to return again. Based on the survey results, this research raises how to improve tourism marketing in implementing a combination strategy of marketing, tourist satisfaction programs and tourism image. The location of this research was conducted in Poso Regency because the survey results show that in tourism marketing, the government in Poso Regency has not shown satisfactory results and attractive imaging in marketing its tourism products

    Indonesia is one of the countries that has experienced industrial development to date. Education in Indonesia also experiences competition and challenges that are expected to balance the industrial era 4.0. The background of this research is the industry-based school education system implemented at SMKN 2 Yogyakarta during the industrial era 4.0. Therefore, this research is intended to find out how schools apply in improving students' soft skills and hard skills in the digital era at SMKN 2 Yogyakarta. The results of this research are expected to be useful for schools to improve the methods that have been implemented so that schools can be even better at honing their soft skills and hard skills. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The population in this study were school principals, heads of departmental programs (kaprog), teachers, and students. Data analysis was performed by transcript, coding, grouping, comparing, and contrasting. The results of this study indicate that: 1) SMKN 2 Yogyakarta has implemented several elements of soft skills which include: communication skills, thinking skills, problem identification skills, leadership, and conducting soft skill training. 2) Forms of increasing hard skills implemented at SMKN 2 Yogyakarta include: basic computer use and additional training in improving students' hard skills. 3) In the industrial era 4.0, SMKN 2 Yogyakarta has implemented: aligning the curriculum with the industrial world, completing facilities and infrastructure as much as possible, and preparing student human resources so they can balance in today's digital era

    Identification of the problems in this study were teachers who did not prepare lesson plans such as lesson plans and syllabus, teachers did not use learning media / visual aids in carrying out the learning process, teachers came late to school. This research is aimed at teachers of SMPN 3 Baso. The purpose of this research is to describe data about the influence of school culture on teacher performance at SMPN 3 Baso. This type of research is survey research with a quantitative approach to prove the influence of school culture on teacher performance. This research is also known as population research. The sampling method is that the entire population is sampled because the number of samples is less than 100, namely 20 people. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The alternative answers are "always, often, sometimes, ever, and never". The data analysis used is simple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between school culture on teacher performance where the statistical results show that 37.1% and 62.9% are from other factors. This means that school culture has a positive influence on teacher performance by 37.1%, then teacher performance is influenced by other factors

    ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION, INTENTION, AND SELF EFFICACY: AN EXAMINATION OF KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER WITHIN FAMILY BUSINESSES

    The problems in family business focus more on the issues of leadership and ownership transfer. Therefore, it is essential to carry out a specific survey on the process associated with intergenerational knowledge transfer between entrepreneurship education, self- efficacy, and entrepreneurial intentions for future next generation. This study examines and analyses the effect of entrepreneurship education in families on self-efficacy and to test its impact on entrepreneurial intentions on future generations. According to the study’s findings, entrepreneurship education has a major impact on entrepreneurial intentions self-efficacy. The resulting implication is that entrepreneurship education ought to be started and advanced in the family setting, with knowledge being transferred to the next generation by their predecessors. Further, it can foster awareness of the coming generations to amplify their abilities and interests. This is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach and a sample population, which consists of 1455 family businesses in the Makassar city, with a total sample of 150 running for at least two generations. The results show that entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions. The implication of this finding shows that entrepreneurship education needs to be started and developed in the family environment, with the transfer of knowledge from the predecessor to the next generation. It also has the ability to foster awareness of future generations to increase their interests and abilities

    Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Pengaruh Locus Of Control, Oriantasi Tugas, Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pengelola Kegiatan Pemberdayaan Masysrakat Madani Perdesaan Kecamatan Pamona Selatan, baik secara parsial maupun secara serempak/ simultan, dengan populasi sebanyak 80 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda, serta menguji validitas dan reabilitas data. Hasil pengujian secara umum terhadap variable pengaruh Locus Of Control (X1), Orientasi Tugas (X2), dan Gaya Kepemimpinan (X3) secara simultan semuanya mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Secara parsial, hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa ketiga variable di atas secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan (PNPM MP) Kecamatan Pamona Selatan
