    The focus of this study is the challenges of Indonesian Textile and Textile Product (TPT) to China in the framework of ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) which seen from the comparative advantage. Theoritically, ACFTA should have a positive impact for the members since there is a tariff removal to 0%. TPT is one of the industries that has a large contribution to Indonesia’s trade. However, TPT from China dominates over local TPT. The purpose of this study is to find out challenges of Indonesian TPT in the ACFTA framework. This research was done by qualitatively in explanative design. The results of this study are the difficulty of obtaining raw materials, outdated production machine, the difficulty of applying Indonesia National Standard to the textile industry and high loan prime rate. These are the main challenges for Indonesian textile products. This research shows that Indonesia doesn't have the comparative advantage yet. Therefore, the strategy of the government as well as the TPT producers is needed in facing the challenges so it would improve the competitiveness of the Indonesian textile industr

    ANALISIS PENGARUH STRES KERJA, KOMPENSASI, DAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi pada Pegawai Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang)

    Organizational performance is good if the performance of the employees is also good. Good or bad employee performance can be influenced by various factors. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out how big the influence of job stress, compensation, and employee engagement on the employee performance at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Semarang based on organizational performance data for 2 consecutive years. This research used quantitative approach with the population of employee PDAM Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang amounting to 479 people with sample of the research counted 100 people using purposive sampling technique. The processed of data by using the help of SPSS 23.0 version, and the method used in analyzing data in this research is linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: (1) work stress had a negative and significant effect on employee performance; (2) compensation has a positive and unsignificant effect on employee performance; and (3) employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

    PERAN ORANG TUA DALAM MENGATASI KECEMASAN ANAK PRASEKOLAH PADA LINGKUNGAN BARU Di TK TUNAS HARAPAN MAGETAN

    Keterlibatan orang tua dalam pendidikan anak-anak terbukti memberikan banyak dampak positif bagi anak. Salah satu gangguan emosi yang dijumpai pada saat pertama kali masuk sekolah ataupun disaat anak sekolah adalah kecemasan Kecemasan berpisah dengan orang tua seringkali merupakan penyebab utama kecemasan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Peran Orang Tua Dalam Mengatasi Kecemasan Anak Prasekolah Di Tk Tunas Harapan Magetan. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif, populasinya adalah Seluruh orang tua yang mempunyai anak di TK Tunas Harapan Magetan kelas A pada tahun 2017 yang berjumlah 32 orang, dengan tekniktotal sampling, jumlah sampel 32 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diperoleh dari seluruh orang tua di Tunas Harapan Magetan Teknik analisa data menggunakan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 32 responden, sebagian besar (53,12%) yakni 17 responden mempunyai peranbaik dalamMengatasi Kecemasan Anak Prasekolah, dan hampir setengahnya (46,87%) yakni 15 responden mempunyai peran kurang dalamMengatasi Kecemasan Anak Prasekolah. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian, Peran Orang Tua Dalam Mengatasi Kecemasan Anak Prasekolah yang menduduki tingkat tertingi yaitu peran baik 17 responden (53,12%) sehingga perlu adanya kelanjutan penelitian mengenai perilaku orang tua untuk mencegah kecemasan anak prasekolah.     THE EFFECT OF GUIDED DISCOVERY LEARNING MODEL TOWARD STUDENT’S MATHEMATICAL REPRESENTATION SKILL

    This experimental research aimed to analyzed the effect of guided discovery learning model toward student’s mathematical representation skill. The population of this research was the eighth grade student of SMP Muhammadiah 3 Bandarlampung in academic year 2018/2019 as many as 211 students that were distributed into seven classes. Samples of this research were the student of class VIII C consist of 3 students  and VIII E consist of 31 students that were selected through purposive sampling technique. The design of this research was pretest-posttest control grup design. Data analysis in this research used t’-test and proportion test with α = 0,05. Based on the research result, that student’s matematical representation skill who followed the guided discovery learning model was higher than students who followed the non-guided discovery learning model. Thus, the guided discovery learning model affect student's mathematical representation skill. Keywords: effect, guided discovery learning, mathematical representation skill  Peneli­ti­­an ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model guided discovery learning terhadap kemampuan representasi matematis siswa. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiah 3 Bandarlampung tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 sebanyak 211 siswa yang terdistribusi dalam tujuh kelas. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII C sebanyak 31 siswa dan VIII E sebanyak 31 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Desain penelitian adalah pretest-posttest control group design. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t dengan taraf signifikan  α = 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, diperoleh informasi bahwa kemampuan representasi matematis siswa yang mengikuti model guided discovery learning lebih tinggi dari siswa yang mengikuti model non-guided discovery learning. Dengan demikian, model guided discovery learning berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan representasi matematis siswa. Kata kunci: guided discovery learning, kemampuan representasi matematis,                      pengaruh
