Cílem této práce je seznámit se se strukturou meteorologických dat, vybrat vhodný program pro jejich zpracování a provést teoretický a grafický rozbor dat. V práci je popsán sběr dat z meteorologické stanice, struktura dat, jednotlivé meteorologické prvky, jejich měření a volba vhodného statistického programu. Praktická část obsahuje grafy s komentářem. Závěr shrnuje výsledky provedených analýz.The aim of this study is to recognize structure of data from the meteorological station, choose useful programme for its analysis and make a theoretical analysis and graphics. The work describes the collection of data from meteorological stations, data stucture, meteorological elements, their measurement and selection of appropriate statistical program. Practical part includes charts with commentary. Conclusion summarizes the results of the analysis.

Statistical analysis of samples from the generalized exponential distribution

Diplomová práce se zabývá zobecněným exponenciálním rozdělením jako alternativou k Weibullovu a log-normálnímu rozdělení. Jsou popsány základní charakteristiky tohoto rozdělení a metody odhadu parametrů. Samostatná kapitola je věnována testům dobré shody. Druhá část práce se zabývá cenzorovanými výběry. Jsou uvedeny ukázkové příklady pro exponenciální rozdělení. Dále je studován případ cenzorování typu I zleva, který dosud nebyl publikován. Pro tento speciální případ jsou provedeny simulace s podrobným popisem vlastností a chování. Dále je pro toto rozdělení odvozen EM algoritmus a jeho efektivita je porovnána s metodou maximální věrohodnosti. Vypracovaná teorie je aplikována pro analýzu environmentálních dat.Thesis deals with generalized exponential distribution as an alternative distribution to Weibull and log-normal distributions. At first, properties of the generalized exponential distribution are presented, followed by the methods of parameter estimation. Separate chapter describes goodness of fit tests. Second part of the thesis deals with censored samples. Demonstrative examples of censoring on exponential distribution are presented. Moreover the type I left censored case on generalized exponential distribution, which has not been studied before, is elaborated at the end of the chapter. Simulations for this particular case of censoring are presented and studied in detail. EM algorithm is developed and its efficiency is compared to the maximum likelihood method. The derived theory is then applied on set of environmental data.

The virtual photon approximation for three-body interatomic Coulombic decay

Interatomic Coulombic decay (ICD) is a mechanism which allows microscopic objects to rapidly exchange energy. When the two objects are distant, the energy transfer between the donor and acceptor species takes place via the exchange of a virtual photon. On the contrary, recent ab initio calculations have revealed that the presence of a third passive species can significantly enhance the ICD rate at short distances due to the effects of electronic wave function overlap and charge transfer states [Phys. Rev. Lett. 119, 083403 (2017)]. Here, we develop a virtual photon description of three-body ICD, showing that a mediator atom can have a significant influence at much larger distances. In this regime, this impact is due to the scattering of virtual photons off the mediator, allowing for simple analytical results and being manifest in a distinct geometry-dependence which includes interference effects. As a striking example, we show that in the retarded regime ICD can be substantially enhanced or suppressed depending on the position of the ICD-inactive object, even if the latter is far from both donor and acceptor species

Discharge of debts - one financial rehabilitation solution for resolving insolvency

Oddlužení - jeden ze sanačních způsobů řešení úpadku Abstrakt Oddlužení je jedním ze sanačních způsobů řešení úpadku upraveným v zákoně č. 182/2006 Sb., o úpadku a způsobech jeho řešení (insolvenční zákon). V dnešní obdobě se jedná, nikoli překvapivě, o nejužívanější instrument v oblasti insolvenčního práva a řízení, jehož podstatou je za stanovených zákonných podmínek dosažení cíle v podobě uspokojení minimálně části pohledávek vůči věřitelům, a dosažení osvobození od povinnosti platit pohledávky věřitelů ve zbývajícím rozsahu. Tedy o zbavení se dluhů. Oddlužovanému, typicky fyzické osobě, se dostává zákonné ochrany ve vztahu k věřitelům, po dobu probíhajícího řízení, a v konečném důsledku i očekávaného beneficia v podobě zbavení se dluhů. Motivem této práce se stala snaha o charakteristiku oddlužení ve vazbě na právní úpravu, jeho vývoj včetně vývoje v podobě posledních novelizací, dále s přihlédnutím na socio-ekonomické reálie, a to včetně přihlédnutí k judikatuře insolvenčních soudů a Ústavního soudu České republiky, odborným publikacím a článkům, ale také k vlastním praktickým zkušenostem. It is today, not surprisingly, the most widely used instrument in the field of insolvency law and proceedings, and its essence is to achieve, under statutory conditions, the objective of satisfying at least part of the claims of creditors, and to obtain exemption from the obligation to pay the remaining receivables of those creditors. Through the discharge of debts, typically for a natural person, legal protection from creditors is obtained for the duration of the proceedings and, ultimately, also the anticipated benefit in the form of debt relief. Population development of district towns in the South Bohemian Region

Population development of district towns in the South Bohemian Region Abstract The aim of the thesis is to analyse and describe the population development in the seven largest cities of the South Bohemia Region in the period 1997-2021. The thesis draws on individual and anonymised data to analyse the basic demographic indicators of fertility, mortality and migration. The work compares the cities with each other as well as compares the development with the national average. Among other things, the thesis examines the development documents of cities, especially their efforts to address demographic issues. Moreover, the analysis shows that most cities, with the exception of Písek, tend to lose population, but with different intensity and timing. In all cities fertility intensity and mortality evolve similarly with minimal differences. Finally, the city management is currently trying to address demographic issues in most cities. Práce čerpá z poskytnutých individuálních a anonymizovaných dat na jejichž základě analyzuje základní demografické ukazatele plodnosti, úmrtnosti a migrace. V práci jsou porovnávána města mezi sebou, přičemž dochází i ke komparaci vývoje s celorepublikovým průměrem. Mimo jiné práce zkoumá angažovanost vedení měst, především jejich snahu řešit demografické problematiky. Z analýzy vyplývá, že většina měst s výjimkou Písku má tendence ke ztrátovosti obyvatel, avšak s jinou intenzitou a časováním. U všech sledovaných měst se intenzita plodnosti i úroveň úmrtnosti vyvíjí ve všech městech podobně s minimálními odlišnostmi. Screening of executive function impairment in alcohol users from the point of view of addictologist

Východiska: Dlouhodobým pravidelným užíváním alkoholu vzniká reální riziko poškození exekutivních funkcí. Adiktolog, jako specializovaný pracovník ve zdravotnictví, by měl být schopný ze své odborné pozice vytvořit a provést screening exekutivních funkcí prostřednictvím testové baterie. Na základě provedeného screeningu následně zhodnotit stav těchto funkcí u daných pacientů. Cíle: Vytvoření návrhu testové baterie exekutivních, případně kognitivních funkcí, který má ve své kompetenci adiktolog. Ověření této testové baterie a její citlivosti vůči zachycení případného deficitu v oblasti exekutivních a kognitivních funkcí. Provedení anamnestické deskripce vybraných adiktologických pacientů, závislých na alkoholu. Zhodnocení účinnosti vytvořené testové baterie a její případné doporučení budoucím výzkumným šetřením. Metody: Data byla získána prostřednictvím vytvořené testové baterie. Testová baterie byla tvořena Dotazníkem životní spokojenosti, Beckovou stupnicí pro hodnocení deprese, Beckovým inventářem úzkosti, Frontal Assessment Battery, Testem cesty, Addenbrookským kognitivním testem, Barthel Indexem, Testem instrumentálních všedních dovedností a Dysexekutivním dotazníkem. Celá testová baterie byla doplněna anamnestickým listem, pomáhající dotvořit obraz pacienta. An addictologist, as a specialist health care professional, should be able to create and screen executive functions from his or her professional position through a test battery. Based on the performed screening, subsequently evaluate the state of these functions in the given patients. Aim: Creating the design of the test battery of executive, or cognitive, functions that an adjunct scientist has in his remit. Validation of this test battery and its sensitivity to picking up any potential deficit in executive and cognitive function. Perform anamnestic description of selected adjunct patients, dependent on alcohol. Evaluating the effectiveness of the test battery created and recommending it if appropriate by a future research investigation. Methods: The data was obtained through a created test battery. The test battery was made up of International Physical Activity Questionnaire, Beck Depression Inventory, Beck Anxiety Inventory, Trail Making Test, Addenbrooke's Cognitive Examination, Barthel Index, The Lawton Instrumental Activities of Daily Living Scale and Dysexecutive Questionnare. Membrane potential measurement with voltage sensitive dyes

Cílem této práce je realizovat měření membránového napětí s využitím napěťově citlivého barviva Di-4-ANEPPS a získaná data zpracovat a analyzovat. Práce obsahuje teoretický základ v podobě elektrofyziologie živočišných buněk, vysvětluje fluorescenci a popisuje flourescenční mikroskop. Dokument se z velké části věnuje charakterizaci a rozdělení napěťově citlivých barviv. Praktická část pojednává o jednotlivých komponentech nutných pro provedení experimentu jako je generátor stimulačních impulzů, vysokorychlostní kamera a její akvizice a popisuje samotný průběh experimentu. V závěru práce dojde k porovnání výsledků měření s teoretickými předpoklady.The aim of this work is to realize measurements of membrane potential with voltagesensitive dye Di-4-ANEPPS and the data processed and analyzed. The work includes theoretical basis in the form of electrophysiology animal cells, explains fluorescence and describes the fluorescence microscope. The document is largely devoted to the characterization and distribution of voltage-sensitive dyes (VSD). The practical part deals with the various components necessary to perform the experiment as a pulse generator, high-speed camera and camera’s acquisition and describes experiment. The conclusion will be compared with results from theoretical assumptions.

Téma diplomové práce jsem zvolila problematiku ošetřovatelské péče u pe- diatrických pacientů před odběrem orgánů na resuscitačním oddělení. Po- važuji toto téma za společensky velmi aktuální, protože počet čekatelů na transplantačních listinách se stále zvyšuje. Vzhledem k tomu, že právě dětští čekatelé na transplantaci jsou nejvíce ohroženou skupinou, zaměřila jsem se na dětského dárce orgánů. V teoretické části se zabývám koncepcí smrti a jejím stanovením, včetně vyšetřovacích metod, které vedou k potvrzení smrti mozku. Představuji čin- nost Koordinačního střediska transplantací a úlohu koordinátora v dárcov- ském programu, která se zároveň prolíná do programu transplantačního. Pod- statnou složkou je právní legislativa a etická hlediska, která jsou nedílnou sou- částí dárcovského systému v ČR. I consider this topic socially very topical because the number of transplant candidates on transplantation lists is constantly increasing. Since child transplant can- didates are the most vulnerable group, I have focused on child organ donors. The theoretical part criticizes the concept of death and threat, including examination methods that lead to brain death. I present the activities of the Coordination Center of the Transplant and Coordinated Coordinator in a donor program that seeks to proliferate the transplant program. An important component is legal legislation and ethical aspects, which are an integral part of the donor system in the Czech Republic.
