The effective gravitational decoupling between dark matter and the CMB
We present a detailed and self-contained analytical derivation of the
evolution of sub-horizon cosmological perturbations before decoupling, based on
previous work by S. Weinberg. These solutions are valid in the minimal LCDM
scenario, to first order in perturbation theory, in the tight-coupling limit
and neglecting neutrino shear stress. We compare them to exact numerical
solutions computed by a Boltzmann code, and we find the two to be in very good
agreement. The analytic solutions show explicitly that CDM and the
baryon-photon fluid effectively behave as separate self-gravitating fluids
until the epoch of baryon drag. This in turn leads to the surprising conclusion
that the CMB is much less sensitive to the clustering properties of minimally
coupled Dark Matter models than what would be naively expected.Comment: 23 pages, 8 figures, 2 references added, few sentences clarifie

Psychoanalysis and the law beyond the Oedipus : a study in legal fictions.
PhDThe present thesis considers the function of law in the political from the perspective
of psychoanalysis, a discipline which foregrounds the subject.
Drawing from the Lacanian contributions to psychoanalytic theory, I begin by
assessing the validity of the Oedipal hypothesis for the purposes of understanding the
dynamics of collective life.
My analysis of civilisation in psychoanalytic terms will expose the subject as the seat of
'certain key phenomena which, despite their deeply intimate character, play themselves
out in the field of law, in the confines of the institution, or again in the political realm:
essentially, culpability, belief and love.
I will argue that, although these phenomena irretrievably obstruct the rational
unfolding of discourse, they also impel the precipitation of the subject's attachment to
the political, and permit the consolidation thereof through the medium of
transference.
Yet, and in contradistinction to other strands of psychoanalytic jurisprudence, in this
work psychoanalysis will be used neither as an hermeneutic tool nor as an analogical
model. Indeed, my purpose is to evidence the existence of a certain continuity
between the unconscious as discourse and the political order.
This continuity between the unconscious and the political will be presented in terms
of the logic of exception, which structures the subject's relation to language, and
which Lacan identified as the structural core of the Oedipus complex.
I will then apply Lacan's hypothesis of the exceptional structure of discourse to the
theories of three political thinkers, chosen for the distinctness of their approach:
Legendre, Bentham and Foucault.
Finally, I will argue for the dispensability of the function of the Ideal, parasitic
occupier of what should remain the structurally `empty' place of exception

Successful salvage therapy for refractory primary cutaneous gamma-delta T-cell lymphoma with a combination of brentuximab vedotin and gemcitabine.
Primary cutaneous gamma-delta T-cell lymphoma (PCGD-TCL) is a very rare lymphoma with an aggressive clinical course and a dismal outcome. The prognosis is linked to a pronounced resistance to chemotherapy and radiotherapy. No standard treatment approach is defined due to the low frequency of the disease and lack of prospective studies. CD30 is expressed in almost half of the cases of PCGD-TCL, which offers a potential therapeutic option. We report the successful treatment of a 68-year-old man who suffered PCGD-TCL with a combination of Brentuximab Vedotin and Gemcitabine after the failure of two lines of previous chemotherapy. CD30 expression was only partial. The treatment was very well tolerated and allowed the patient to benefit from allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Explicit and Implicit Emotion Processing in the Cerebellum: A Metaâanalysis and Systematic Review
The cerebellumâs role in affective processing is increasingly recognized in the literature, but remains poorly understood, despite abundant clinical evidence for affective disruptions following cerebellar damage. To improve the characterization of emotion processing and investigate how attention allocation impacts this processing, we conducted a meta-analysis on task activation foci using GingerALE software. Eighty human neuroimaging studies of emotion including 2761 participants identified through Web of Science and ProQuest databases were analyzed collectively and then divided into two categories based on the focus of attention during the task: explicit or implicit emotion processing. The results examining the explicit emotion tasks identified clusters within the posterior cerebellar hemispheres (bilateral lobule VI/Crus I/II), the vermis, and left lobule V/VI that were likely to be activated across studies, while implicit tasks activated clusters including bilateral lobules VI/Crus I/II, right Crus II/lobule VIII, anterior lobule VI, and lobules I-IV/V. A direct comparison between these categories revealed five overlapping clusters in right lobules VI/Crus I/Crus II and left lobules V/VI/Crus I of the cerebellum common to both the explicit and implicit task contrasts. There were also three clusters activated significantly more for explicit emotion tasks compared to implicit tasks (right lobule VI, left lobule VI/vermis), and one cluster activated more for implicit than explicit tasks (left lobule VI). These findings support previous studies indicating affective processing activates both the lateral hemispheric lobules and the vermis of the cerebellum. The common and distinct activation of posterior cerebellar regions by tasks with explicit and implicit attention demonstrates the supportive role of this structure in recognizing, appraising, and reacting to emotional stimuli
J. -C.This article focuses on a synthesis of knowledge relating to sites on height, known in the Velay for their human activity during the Late Bronze Age and the Early Iron Age. Among them, five sites produced materials and three sites are revealed by existing structures. Only one site, Le Rocher du Largier in Lafarre, presenting a bulwark, is currently excavated. It produced typical materials from Late Hallstatt period - ancient La TĂšne (HA D2-D3 - LTA, around 500 to 450 BC), and showed some evidence of activity from Late La TĂšne, around 100 BC
Daratumumab and venetoclax in combination with chemotherapy provide sustained molecular remission in relapsed/refractory CD19, CD20, and CD22 negative acute B lymphoblastic leukemia with KMT2A-AFF1 transcript.
Relapsed/refractory (R/R) B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) has a very poor prognosis with a median overall survival of four to nine months. Achieving a complete molecular response is most often required to obtain a sustained leukemia-free survival after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Immunotherapies targeting CD19, CD20, or CD22 are very efficient in achieving this goal. However, in the absence of the expression of these immunotherapeutic targets by lymphoblasts, treatment options are extremely scarce. We report the successful treatment of a 26-year-old man who suffered R/R, CD19, CD20, and CD22 negative B-ALL targeting Bcl-2 and CD38 by combining venetoclax and daratumumab with chemotherapy
