Modelling of municipal rating by feed-forward neural networks

Diplomová práce se zabývá modelováním bonity obcí pomocí dopředných neuronových sítí. Pro naučení neuronové sítě slouží data o obcích v Pardubickém kraji, kterým je již přidělena ratingová třída. Výstupem je klasifikátor vytvořený podle neuronové sítě, která dosáhla nejlepších výsledků učení. V teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny možnosti ohodnocování obcí a navržen vstupní vektor parametrů. Dále zde jsou charakterizovány dopředné neuronové sítě s algoritmem Back-propagation a další modely neuronových sítí, které jsou vhodné na klasifikaci. Praktická část se zabývá předzpracováním vstupních dat a návrhem modelů dopředných neuronových sítí na klasifikaci obcí. Navrhnuté modely jsou analyzovány v prostředí Stuttgart Neural Network Simulator (SNNS). Nakonec je vybrán nejlepší model, podle kterého je vytvořen klasifikátor.This thesis deals with modelling of municipal rating by feed-forward neural networks. Data about municipalities in the Pardubice region, which have been assigned a rating class, are used for the neural network learning. The classifier, set up according to the neural network which has received the best results of learning, is the output of the thesis. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are given opportunities for evaluating of municipalities and an input vector of parameters is projected. Then feed-forward neural networks with the Back–propagation algorithm are characterized here as well as other models of neural networks suitable for classification. The practical part deals with pre-processing of input data and a layout of models of feed-forward neural networks for classification of municipalities. Suggested models are analysed within the Stuttgart Neural Network Simulator (SNNS). The aim of this work is to perform a strategic analysis of an agricultural cooperative "Zemědělské družstvo Dolní Újezd", which lies in identifying opportunities and threats from around of the company, strengths and weaknesses of the company and the subsequent synthesis of form of SWOT analysis. The work is divided into the two parts. The theoretical part describes several methods of advancing during working on strategic analysis. The concrete methods are worked out for chosen enterprise in the practical part. The conclusion is formulated by the strategic recommendations

Teoreticko-metodologická část popisuje jednotlivé metody postupování při vypracování strategické analýzy a v praktické části jsou aplikovány konkrétní metody na vybraný podnik.
