    Neural networks applications for environmental safety assessment of roads in Ukraine

    Przeprowadzono analizę problemów oraz możliwości zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa ekologicznego dróg na Ukrainie. Zaproponowano model matematyczny na podstawie sieci neuronowej, który w warunkach niepełnej i rozmytej informacji pozwala oszacować ilościowo jakość przestrzeni w otoczeniu dróg. Zaproponowane podejście pozwala określić poziom bezpieczeństwa ekologicznego dróg samochodowych, wskazać celowość rozmieszczenia stanowisk monitoringu ekologicznego, a również umożliwia opracowanie wykazu działań co do ochrony środowiska dla odcinków dróg.The analysis of problems and of approaches for ensuring the environmental safety of roads in Ukraine has been performed. The proposed mathematical model on the basis of neural networks allows numerical evaluation of quality of road area in the conditions of incomplete and fuzzy information. The proposed approach allows the determination of roads’ environmental safety level, the indication of necessity for arrangement of environmental monitoring stations, and allows the development of a number of activities for environmental protection on the road sections as well

    During the search of a science-based method for estimation of situations that may take place at enterprises, the sequence of realization steps for administrative decisions on labor resources conjucture was determined; the situations related to the demand and supply of labor resources were separated and their ranking by the demand parameter was performed. The optimization criterion was determined. Recommendations on making administrative decisions concerning the optimal development of an enterprise are given.В процессе поиска научно обоснованного метода оценки ситуаций, которые могут складываться на предприятии, определена последовательность реализации управленческих решений относительно конъюнктуры трудовых ресурсов; выделены ситуации, связанные со спросом и предложением трудовых ресурсов; проведено их ранжирование относительно показателя спроса. Определен критерий оптимизации. Даны рекомендации по принятию управленческих решений оптимального развития предприятия.У процесі пошуку науково обґрунтованого методу оцінки ситуацій, які можуть складатися на підприємстві, визначено послідовність реалізації управлінських рішень щодо кон’юнктури трудових ресурсів; виділено ситуації, пов’язані з попитом і пропозицією трудових ресурсів; проведено їх ранжування відносно показників попиту.     Nanodispersed Mg-based Powders Received in a Hydrogen-argon Plasma Flow and Estimation of their Application Prospects as Hydrogen Storage Materials.

    Nanodispersed powders, consisting of Mg, Mg and Ni, Mg and Pd, were synthesized in a water-cooled chamber in a hydrogen-helium mixture at atmospheric pressure. Plasma generation was carried out in HF arc discharge in an argon ow with one hollow electrode and the other — crucible with molten metal. The resulting powders were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray uorescence analysis and X-ray analysis. When adding nickel during the synthesis, magnesium particles with nickel coating were obtained. Synthesis with palladium resulted in producing magnesium particles with dispersed ne palladium inclusions. However, since the saturated steam pressure of palladium is 2 3 orders lower than that of nickel, then obtaining particles coated with palladium is only possible at higher palladium melt temperatures that we could achieve in this laboratory setup variant. As a possible application of the synthesized powders the possibility of their hydrogen storage usage was experimentally evaluated

It is shown that the formation of the metallofullerenes depends on the helium pressure in a chamber; however, this dependence cannot be explained using the model of formation of conventional fullerenes without a guest atom in a molecule. The results of extraction of Y@C82 by pyridine and carbon disulfide are reported. The pressure corresponding to the maximum yttrium-containing endohedral metallofullerene content is shown to be 60 kPa; under this pressure, extraction by carbon disulfide allows obtaining 27.1 wt % of the endohedral metallofullerene, while extraction by pyridine yields its amount of 17.3 wt %

    Obtaining of hydroxylated fullerenes Y@C82OX(OH)Y, Y2@C82OX(OH)Y, Y2C2@C82OX(OH)Y and electrophysical characteristic of composite film based thereon

    The article presents, for the first time, the results of the research on composite film obtained from hydroxylated endohedral metallofullerenes (EMF) Y@C82, Y2@C82, with Y2C2@C82 and highest fullerenes as dopant. The composite film has been established to have electric conductivity and to be a ferroelectric with the value of residual polarization of ~0.75 mkC/cm2. The impedance spectroscopy of this sample allowed us to determine dispersion of dielectric permittivity and conductivity in the range of frequencies of 0.5Hz–100MHz. It is stated that the value of the high-frequency dielectric permittivity of films is e' = 2.8. However, with reduction in the electric field frequency, real and imaginary parts of e increase to values ~10^4–10^5. Such increase in dielectric permittivity is connected with increase in polarizing caused by accumulation of mobile electric charges (electrons of ions, protons) on boundaries of the structural defects of a film, which are divided by thin dielectric interlayers. The film is solid electrolyte with the ionic conductivity of ~5*10^(-7) S/cm
