The evolution of meaning of integration is the natural development, good and normal for all states involved in this process, with the ultimate goal of increasing the welfare and living standards for their populations. The benefits of development should enjoy more numerous groups of people. Promoting collective responsibility for development to underpin social economy encumbered the common good must be the path to healthy development. The European construction sustainability must be based on assimilation integration spiritual values in people, as Europeans, to think, think, act, live and hope. If the results of integration are realized gradually and not immediately felt in every country, the confidence in integration gradually diminishes and the development process of each country is slowly but surely turning into a European Trojan horse.peer-reviewe

The Relevance of Education as a Capital Asset for Economic Development: References to the Romanian Situation

    Get PDF
AbstractRomania takes steps forward to ensure resourceful, constant and inclusive growth, given its outstanding capacity in business. Education – the supplier of labour - dedicates its efforts to increasing creativity, but in the absence of a wider awareness and responsibility. Hence, it transforms students into smart capital, able to deal with change. The process postulates both training demand and supply. To achieve that goal, specialists should reconsider teaching as a vivid system of processes and needs that increases ability in alternative knowledge. This will help avoiding unemployment, poverty and social exclusion risks. Some real experiences and results are considered for the improvement of both theory and practice

Nuclear-fission studies with relativistic secondary beams: analysis of fission channels

Nuclear fission of several neutron-deficient actinides and pre-actinides from excitation energies around 11 MeV was studied at GSI Darmstadt by use of relativistic secondary beams. The characteristics of multimodal fission of nuclei around 226Th are systematically investigated and interpreted as the superposition of three fission channels. Properties of these fission channels have been determined for 15 systems. A global view on the properties of fission channels including previous results is presented. The positions of the asymmetric fission channels are found to be constant in element number over the whole range of systems investigated.Comment: 16 pages, 3 figures, background information on http://www.gsi.de/charm

Study of the possibilities of CO

Evaluating the possibility to store CO2 in salt mines is made complex because of the lack of necessary data and different mechanisms that act on different time scales. This analysis can be made using traditional methods of geographical survey, lab experiments and digital simulations. Storing of CO2 needs to be done in a stable geological area. The cavity must be thoroughly analysed for dimensions, depth, permeability and porosity. Based on studies made by the University of PetroĹźani some areas subject to collapse have been monitored using topography and sonic measurements with the aim to understand their possible evolution. Monitoring caverns and underground cavities is done using sonar. The sonar is a good instrument to manage a cavern, it increases its safety while it is being exploited and offers important data for the geomechanics model. CavInfo software package has been specially created to analyse and show individual caverns or systems of caverns. CavView II software allows for results of cavern sonar surveys to be displayed in a variety of ways, with the added possibility to compare surveys, analysis of caverns and export of data

USING STATISTICAL METHODS FOR ESTIMATING STUDENTS’ OPINION ON THE PURPOSE OF HUMAN LIFE

    No full text
Currently, two anthropological models are dominant in Romania. The first is the atheistic-evolutionary model and the second is the Christian model. The purpose of this article is to assess the students’ opinion on the two anthropological models and, in particular, on the purpose of human life. To that effect, there have been used the coefficients of association between the main aspects of the two models. Starting from the two outlined approaches, this paper aims to investigate the opinions of the students from two different specializations within Ovidius University of Constanta – the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Theology – on the issues mentioned abov
