    Challenges of Russian Economy Digitalization in the Context of Socio-Economic Development

    The purpose of this paper is to analyze the issues of changes in business and society while implementing digital economy technologies. Limitations are determined being the result of political levers in the competitive environment amongst high tech companies on the global market of modern technologies. Methodology: A number of methods are introduced to evaluate digital economy development level as an instrument to manage the digitalization processes. It highlights the issues of boosting the efficiency of management decisions in digital economy. Results: This study provides the results of the research of foreign companies on forecasting the development of digital technologies based on economic efficiency criteria. It also looks into the strategy development limitations for the potential of accelerated implementation of digital technologies in Russia. Authors discuss the risks of unregulated processes of digital transformation and ways to minimize them. Conclusion: Firstly, Russian education system has a high potential for training of digital economy specialists. Secondly, original organizational and technological solutions for creating an effective infrastructure of the digital economy have already been adopted. Thirdly, integration and development of specific cases on the basis of modern principles of the digital economy will create a synergetic effect and shall boost the Russian economy

    Dvoretzky type theorems for multivariate polynomials and sections of convex bodies

    In this paper we prove the Gromov--Milman conjecture (the Dvoretzky type theorem) for homogeneous polynomials on Rn\mathbb R^n, and improve bounds on the number n(d,k)n(d,k) in the analogous conjecture for odd degrees dd (this case is known as the Birch theorem) and complex polynomials. We also consider a stronger conjecture on the homogeneous polynomial fields in the canonical bundle over real and complex Grassmannians. This conjecture is much stronger and false in general, but it is proved in the cases of d=2d=2 (for kk's of certain type), odd dd, and the complex Grassmannian (for odd and even dd and any kk). Corollaries for the John ellipsoid of projections or sections of a convex body are deduced from the case d=2d=2 of the polynomial field conjecture

    Postoperative ileus in obstetric and gynecological practice: a prospective solution to the problem: A review

    In obstetric and gynecological practice, after operations on the abdominal cavity, the development of dynamic intestinal obstruction, which is referred to as postoperative ileus, is possible. The frequency of POI after gynecological surgery averages 1015% (range 525%). Chewing gum has been used in abdominal surgery and obstetric and gynecological practice to reduce postoperative intestinal obstruction since the beginning of the 21st century. The present review considers the main randomized clinical trials, reviews and meta-analyses devoted to the study of the effect of chewing gum after surgical interventions in obstetric and gynecological practice for the prevention of postoperative ileus. The data presented in the review indicate the effectiveness and safety of the use of chewing gum in the postoperative period for the prevention of postoperative ileus in obstetric and gynecological practice

    Folding of poly-amino acids and intrinsically disordered proteins in overcrowded milieu induced by pH change

    pH-induced structural changes of the synthetic homopolypeptides poly-E, poly-K, poly-R, and intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs) prothymosin alpha (ProT alpha) and linker histone H1, in concentrated PEG solutions simulating macromolecular crowding conditions within the membrane-less organelles, were characterized. The conformational transitions of the studied poly-amino acids in the concentrated PEG solutions depend on the polymerization degree of these homopolypeptides, the size of their side chains, the charge distribution of the side chains, and the crowding agent concentration. The results obtained for poly-amino acids are valid for IDPs having a significant total charge. The overcrowded conditions promote a significant increase in the cooperativity of the pH-induced coil-alpha-helix transition of ProTa and provoke histone H1 aggregation. The most favorable conditions for the pH-induced structural transitions in concentrated PEG solutions are realized when the charged residues are grouped in blocks, and when the distance between the end of the side group carrying charge and the backbone is small. Therefore, the block-wise distribution of charged residues within the IDPs not only plays an important role in the liquid-liquid phase transitions, but may also define the expressivity of structural transitions of these proteins in the overcrowded conditions of the membrane-less organelles.     The article raises the question of maritime education as a process of formation in human skills for self-learning, self-improvement. We consider the motivations and objectives of this training of seafarers in the concept of lifelong learning. Defined features of the system of continuous education, as a process in which the individual educational activity is an integral and natural part of part of the whole way of life in any of its age. Attention is drawn to particular maritime education – what has to be very skilled and his preparation for the implementation of marine economic activities. It is noted that the main imperative of an educated man is the knowledge and understanding of the world around him and his place in it. Therefore, it is quite obvious, requiring training and education in the spirit of understanding of the entire value of the Ocean and its coastal areas to society and, therefore, to develop standards of training and education.В статье поднимается вопрос о морском образовании, как процессе формирования у человека навыков к самообучению, самосовершенствованию. Рассматриваются побудительные мотивы к этому и задачи подготовки моряков в концепции непрерывного образования. Определены отличительные признаки системы непрерывного образования, как процесса, в ходе которого учебная деятельность личности является неотъемлемой и естественной составляющей частью всего образа жизни человека в любом его возрасте. Обращается внимание на особенности морского образования – какими должен быть сам специалист и его подготовка для осуществления морехозяйственной деятельности. Отмечается, что главным императивом образованного человека является знание и понимание им окружающего его мира и своего места в нем. Поэтому становится вполне очевидным и необходимым его обучение и воспитание в духе понимания всего значения Океана, его прибрежных районов для общества, а значит и выработка стандартов этого обучения и воспитания

    The object of investigation: beetles-feedlers of kin Tychius. The work is aimed at studying the beetles-feedlers of kin tychius of the USSR European part and Caucasus, and at revealing the questious of ecology, morphology, zoogeography and evolution of the group, structure of the kin system. For the first time, a full comparative-morphological analysis has been performed, the main evolution tendencies inside the kin have been revealed. Offered and founded has been a new structure of a kin, a full systematic list of species of the USSR fauna has been given. 14 new species for the science have been described. The biology of species has been studied. The data about the ecology, trophic bonds, predators and parasites give the possibility to develop the measures of struggle against the harmful species.     An experimental automated installation based on the Raspberry Pi3 Model B mini-computer and software for it is developed. By means of this installation, it is possible to carry out research of charging and discharging currents at different times in the range from 5·10-2 s to 4,5·103 s. Reversible currents up to voltages of 5 kV are studied using vacuum circuit breakers BB-5 (or BB-20, up to 20 kV). The installation allows detecting the accumulation of space charges both in the nearelectrode regions and in the volume of dielectric liquids. The installation allows to determine the mobility of charge carriers by the method of transient currents. The current flowing through the dielectric liquid is recorded by an electrometric amplifier, V7-30 or U5-11, which measures currents are in the range from 10-4 A to 10-12 A.The presented installation based on modern blocks and elements allows not only to carry out experimental studies with dielectric liquids of various types at the proper level, but also significantly improves the quality and efficiency of such studies.An experimental automated installation based on the Raspberry Pi3 Model B mini-computer and software for it is developed.     Due to transport incidents and accidents involving dangerous goods, which cause significant damage to the infrastructure and environment, there is a need to study ways of preventing losses from these accidents and minimizing their costs. The purpose of the paper is to develop a method for determining the acceptability of transport operations involving dangerous goods under normal conditions. The methods used in the study include analysis and synthesis, risk management and Delphi methods. The key outcome of the study is a developed method founded on an integrated generalized criterion for acceptability of the main transport operations involving dangerous goods. This criterion is based on risk assessment. It has been established that the safety of transportation is determined by the maximum level of dynamic loads, impact velocity, energy absorption efficiency, braking mode of railway cars, and degree of risk
