This project focuses on the Analysis and standardization; for the new personal training in the different process of production. With base to the information and study of the productive process that generate greater errors of product quality, the theoretical basis will be broken down of the standardized training; that help to consolidate the subsequent actions of the staff the methodology. The News personal training will be typified and it is going to design a valuation of the knowledge acquired through this standardized training. It brings a global analysis of the most critical stations of work for the new staff, achieving the highest levels of security, quality and production in the assemblage line achieving a continuous improvement. The training that is being used in the organization is susceptible to continuous improvement for this reason the final product satisfies the consumer needs, improving quality standards of the assembly line, this intended to help the organization since all operational staffs, it must have the same training and the same opportunities to increase their versatility and with this to ensure that absence is not crucial in the daily tasks to meet the quality and production required.

This thesis deals with colloidal particle transport in porous media. The influence of physicochemical and hydrodynamic conditions on the deposition and detachment of latex particles was studied by performing a series of experiments during which macroscopic (effluent concentration, permeability reduction) and microscopic (porosity variation) properties were measured

Displacement of colloidal dispersions in Porous Media: experimental & numerical approaches

The main objective of this paper is to give more insight on colloids deposition and re-entrainment in presence of a rough surface. Experiments on retention and release of colloids in a porous medium are first presented. The influence of physicochemical and hydrodynamic conditions is investigated. The experimental results cannot be qualitatively interpreted using the DLVO theory and knowledges at pore scale are then needed. A 3D numerical simulation approach at the pore scale is therefore proposed where the motion of colloids is solved in presence of collector surfaces bearing various kinds of asperities and by taking into account physico-chemical interactions calculated at each time step during colloid movement. It is obviously observed that both deposition and mobilization of particles are dependent on solution chemistry and hydrodynamic conditions and are significantly affected by the form and size of the local roughness of the pore surface. Therefore, depending on solution ionic strength and surface topography, colloids may be adsorbed or not and when a particle is retained an increase of flow strength is then needed to remove it and such an increase is specific to the location of occurrence of the adsorption step. In general, simulation results allow us to explain our experimental results that show that by steeply increasing the flow strength, more and more fractions of particles retained inside the porous medium are released until all particles are removed

Mechanical characterization at nanometric scale for heterogeneous graphite-salt phase change materials with a statistical approach

Instrumented indentation technique; Statistical method; Heterogeneous materials; Hardness; Young's modulus; Phase change materialsA statistical indentation analysis of a series of phase change graphite–salt composite materials for latent heat thermal energy storage applications was investigated using instrumented indentation technique with the aim of isolate the mechanical influence of each phase. This method employs the instrumented indentation technique to extract the in situ hardness and Young's modulus properties of individual components without the need to observe the residual imprints for heterogeneous materials. This approach relies on a large array of imprints (around 1000 indentations performed at 200 nm of indentation depth) and the statistical analysis of the resulting data. A statistical study by a Cumulative Distribution Function fit and Gaussian simulated distributions showed that the mechanical properties for each compound can be isolated when the indentation depth is much lower than the size of the secondary phases.Peer ReviewedPostprint (published version
