"Im politischen und gesellschaftlichen Diskurs in Frankreich ersetzt die Bezeichnung 'ethnisch' zunehmend den Begriff 'ausländisch'. Die Ausländerquote sinkt durch Einbürgerung von mehr als 50.000 Immigranten pro Jahr, durch die Verwurzelung von Familien der zweiten und dritten Generation und durch staatliche Zuwanderungsbegrenzungen. Offen ausgetragene Konflikte zwischen Franzosen und Ausländern sind selten, aber ethnische Spannungen verschärfen sich. Das breite Herkunfts-Spektrum in Frankreich hängt historisch zusammen mit der Kolonisierung, mit den Anforderungen der Industrie, mit der niedrigen französischen Geburtenquote und dem Personalbedarf der Armee bis 1939. Heute verbirgt sich hinter dem Begriff 'Ethnizität' ein zentraler politischer Streitpunkt: die Position von Minderheiten. Die politische Rechte drückt damit gesellschaftlichen Ausschluß aus, die Linke nutzt ihn als 'anti-rassistisches' Alibi. Tatsächlich verbinden sich mit 'Ethnizität' keine klaren Identitäten oder abgrenzbare Kulturen. Immigranten-Jugendliche haben den Begriff aus angelsächsischen Ländern übernommen, aber hier vermischen sich vom Westen übernommene Elemente der Modernität mit Wunschbildern eines mythischen Ursprungs. 'Ethnizität' baut sich insofern auf einem kulturellen Verlust und dem Wunsch nach Ausgleich dieses Defizits auf. Die französischen Immigranten-'Gemeinschaften' besitzen keine autonomen Strukturen - es gibt sie nur dank des Kontrollbedürfnisses des Staats. Familien ausländischer Abstammung leben in den randstädtischen Sozialwohnungssiedlungen ebenso wie - stärker gestreut - in alten Innenstadtgebieten. Die 'Ethnisierung' in Frankreich unterstreicht die Schwierigkeiten junger 'Schwarzer' und 'Beurs' (Araber nordafrikanischer Abstammung), als Franzosen Anerkennung zu finden. El documento en cuestión tiene como objetivo la elaboración de un plan de negocios para la creación de una empresa de servicios computacionales en la ciudad de Montería, Córdoba, tomando en cuenta cuatro modelos de desarrollo económico: El modelo DOFA, la Teoría de Segmentación, las teorías de estrategias de negocios de Michael Porter, y el lienzo de modelo de negocio. La elección de estos modelos se debe a la importancia que tiene la identificación de los factores claves para la correcta constitución de una empresa, especialmente en un mercado tan competitivo como el de la tecnología y la información en Colombia. A través de la implementación de estos modelos, se busca identificar los aspectos más relevantes en la construcción del plan de negocios, permitiendo una adecuada segmentación del mercado, la identificación de fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas, así como la determinación de las estrategias de negocios más adecuadas para la empresa. Es importante destacar que la construcción del plan de negocios debe estar acorde al contexto y las necesidades específicas del mercado en el que se desenvolverá la empresa, por lo que la elección de los modelos a utilizar debe ser cuidadosamente seleccionados. The choice of these models is due to the importance of identifying the key factors for the correct constitution of a company, especially in a market as competitive as the technology and information market in Colombia. Through the implementation of these models, it seeks to identify the most relevant aspects in the construction of the business plan, allowing an adequate segmentation of the market, the identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as the determination of marketing strategies, businesses most suitable for the company. It is important to note that the construction of the business plan must be in accordance with the context and the specific needs of the market in which the company will operate, so the choice of models to use must be carefully selected. Atypical sulcal anatomy in young children with autism spectrum disorder

AbstractAutism spectrum disorder is associated with an altered early brain development. However, the specific cortical structure abnormalities underlying this disorder remain largely unknown. Nonetheless, atypical cortical folding provides lingering evidence of early disruptions in neurodevelopmental processes and identifying changes in the geometry of cortical sulci is of primary interest for characterizing these structural abnormalities in autism and their evolution over the first stages of brain development. Here, we applied state-of-the-art sulcus-based morphometry methods to a large highly-selective cohort of 73 young male children of age spanning from 18 to 108 months. Moreover, such large cohort was selected through extensive behavioral assessments and stringent inclusion criteria for the group of 59 children with autism. After manual labeling of 59 different sulci in each hemisphere, we computed multiple shape descriptors for each single sulcus element, hereby separating the folding measurement into distinct factors such as the length and depth of the sulcus. We demonstrated that the central, intraparietal and frontal medial sulci showed a significant and consistent pattern of abnormalities across our different geometrical indices. We also found that autistic and control children exhibited strikingly different relationships between age and structural changes in brain morphology. Lastly, the different measures of sulcus shapes were correlated with the CARS and ADOS scores that are specific to the autistic pathology and indices of symptom severity. Inherently, these structural abnormalities are confined to regions that are functionally relevant with respect to cognitive disorders in ASD. In contrast to those previously reported in adults, it is very unlikely that these abnormalities originate from general compensatory mechanisms unrelated to the primary pathology. Rather, they most probably reflect an early disruption on developmental trajectory that could be part of the primary pathology

Respiratory Physiology and the Impact of Different Modes of Ventilation on the Photoplethysmographic Waveform

The photoplethysmographic waveform sits at the core of the most used, and arguably the most important, clinical monitor, the pulse oximeter. Interestingly, the pulse oximeter was discovered while examining an artifact during the development of a noninvasive cardiac output monitor. This article will explore the response of the pulse oximeter waveform to various modes of ventilation. Modern digital signal processing is allowing for a re-examination of this ubiquitous signal. The effect of ventilation on the photoplethysmographic waveform has long been thought of as a source of artifact. The primary goal of this article is to improve the understanding of the underlying physiology responsible for the observed phenomena, thereby encouraging the utilization of this understanding to develop new methods of patient monitoring. Topological Defects in Nematic Droplets of Hard Spherocylinders

Using computer simulations we investigate the microscopic structure of the singular director field within a nematic droplet. As a theoretical model for nematic liquid crystals we take hard spherocylinders. To induce an overall topological charge, the particles are either confined to a two-dimensional circular cavity with homeotropic boundary or to the surface of a three-dimensional sphere. Both systems exhibit half-integer topological point defects. The isotropic defect core has a radius of the order of one particle length and is surrounded by free-standing density oscillations. The effective interaction between two defects is investigated. All results should be experimentally observable in thin sheets of colloidal liquid crystals.Comment: 13 pages, 16 figures, Phys. Rev.

Conférences de l’IREDIES / IREDIES Conference Paper n° 2 /2019La présente étude est le fruit d’un travail collectif réalisé par les étudiants de la promotion 2018-2019 du Master 2 « Droits de l’homme et Union européenne » de l’Ecole de droit de la Sorbonne (Paris 1). Ce diplôme – qui a l’intérêt de disposer d’un séminaire entièrement consacré à l’étude de la Charte des droits fondamentaux de l’Union européenne – a été le lieu de réflexion de cette recherche menée avec enthousiasme et professionnalisme par tous les étudiants. Les travaux doctrinaux sur ce texte novateur sont en général centrés sur la manière dont la Cour de justice de l’Union l’interprète et l’applique. Or, il ne s’agit là que de la face visible de l’iceberg contentieux. Dans ce contexte, il est apparu essentiel de s’interroger sur la manière dont les juridictions internes avaient apprivoisé ce texte moderne (au regard de la variété des droits qu’il consacre) et complexe (au regard de son champ d’application).Les étudiants se sont répartis en trois groupes afin d’étudier la manière dont les juridictions internes (Conseil constitutionnel, Conseil d’Etat et Cour de cassation), mais également le législateur, se sont emparés de ce texte.Les résultats de cette étude, où l’outil statistique a constitué un support cardinal, démontrent que si la Charte des droits fondamentaux est connue du pouvoir législatif et des « acteurs » judiciaires, il n’est pas encore devenu une référence incontournable du processus législatif et de l’argumentaire des juges. But the anteposition is also frequent and can be found in many examples in Contemporary Russian as well as in old and Middle Russian language. the study of Russian but also French examples shows that the anteposition can be explained by a cognitive and enunciative process which shows the heterogeneity of the two constituent entities of the configuration.Lorsque le pronom réciproque drug drug[ a] est régi par une préposition, les grammaires présentent l’enclavement de celle-ci comme une règle générale. or le désenclavement est relativement fréquent.
