    Get PDF
The classification of pathological diseases with the implementation of concepts of Deep Learning has been increasing considerably in recent times. Among the works developed there are good results for the classification in sustained speech with vowels, but few related works for the classification in continuous speech. This work uses the German Saarbrücken Voice Database with the phrase “Guten Morgen, wie geht es Ihnen?” to classify four classes: dysphonia, laryngitis, paralysis of vocal cords and healthy voices. Transfer learning concepts were used with the AudioSet database. Two models were developed based on Long-Short-Term-Memory and Convolutional Network for classification of extracted embeddings and comparison of the best results, using cross-validation. The final results allowed to obtaining 40% of f1-score for the four classes, 66% f1-score for Dysphonia x Healthy, 67% for Laryngitis x healthy and 80% for Paralysis x Healthy.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio

    Get PDF
We aim to understand how victims of sexual violence are welcomed in the Brazilian public health system after the legislative changes of 2013. An integrative review of articles available virtual libraries, published from 2013 to February 2022, was performed. After reading titles, abstracts, and full texts, publications that do not relate sexual violence to public health care were excluded. A meta-synthesis was executed in 3 axes: professional training; care and access protocols; and accessibility. As a result, only 14 articles were selected from the more than 2 thousand initially identified, with studies in 21 municipalities of the five Brazilian regions, most performed in centers specialized in assisting victims of sexual violence. Most professionals say they do not have adequate training, not knowing the care protocols, with the exception of some specialized centers and professionals interested in the topic. Prejudice, lack of coordination between services, poor distribution of care networks, and socioeconomic factors hinder the access and accessibility of victims. In conclusion, sexual violence is widely addressed in publications, but few articles deal with public health care in Brazil. Professional unpreparedness and lack of knowledge still prevail, indicating the need for more studies and qualification

Intra and intermolecular interactions of OeninCoum were characterized by UV–vis absorption, 1H NMR and circular dichroism (CD). Theoretical calculations were also performed to describe the intramolecular interactions. At higher temperature (>60 °C) the intermolecular aggregates are disrupted but CD signal attributed to an intramolecular interaction remains. Moreover, the kinetic and thermodynamic data for Oenin and OeninCoum at 50 °C and 25 °C shows that the increase of temperature stabilizes the quinoidal base of this later.authorsversionpublishe

The influence of ohmic heating (OH) through the application of moderate electric fields on phytochemical compounds recovery from colored potato (Solanum tuberosum L. var. Vitelotte) was studied. A BoxBehnken design was used to simultaneously assess the effects of operational parameters such as electric field strength, temperature and process time on the yields of anthocyanins and total phenolic recovery on pretreatment of potato samples. From the analysis of the model, electric field, temperature and time were shown to have independent and interactive effects on the values of extraction yields. Aqueous extraction of phytochemical compounds after pretreatments can be described by using a two-step model involving simultaneous washing and diffusion of the solutes from the samples. Results shows that electrical fields of low energy levels and thermal effects can be combined and optimized into a single step treatment on extraction of anthocyanins and phenolic compounds from vegetable tissues providing high recovery yields with a reduced treatment time, less energy consumption and with no utilization of organic solvents (green extraction). This study was supported by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) under the scope of the strategic funding of UID/BIO/04469/2013 unit and COMPETE 2020 (POCI-01- 0145-FEDER-006684) and BioTecNorte operation (NORTE-01-0145- FEDER-000004) funded by European Regional Development Fund under the scope of Norte2020 e Programa Operacional Regional do Norte.
