V jornadas retos regulatorios y de gestión del espectro radioeléctrico a 30 años del despliegue de la telefonía móvil en Colombia

La presente relatoría reúne las memorias de las V Jornadas de Derecho de las Telecomunicaciones: Retos Regulatorios y de Gestión del Espectro Radioeléctrico: A 30 años del despliegue de la telefonía móvil en Colombia. Recopila los puntos más destacados de cada una de las ponencias presentadas y de las diferentes mesas de discusión en el evento, además de brindar reflexiones por parte de los estudiantes de optaron por el título de Especialistas en Regulación y Gestión en TIC, Telecomunicaciones y Entorno Digital del III Cohorte de 2023 en la Universidad Externado de Colombia.This report brings together the memories of the V Conference on Telecommunications Law: Regulatory and Management Challenges of the Radioelectric Spectrum: 30 years after the deployment of mobile telephony in Colombia. It compiles the most notable points of each of the presentations and the different discussion tables at the event, in addition to providing reflections by the students who opted for the title of Specialists in Regulation and Management in ICT, Telecommunications and Digital Environment of the III Cohort of 2023 at the Externado University of Colombia
