автоматичного контролю несинхронності обертання роторів електромашин. Наведено вимоги,
що ставляться перед зразковими вимірювальними каналами, підхід в оцінюванні результатів
повірки вимірювальних каналів кутової швидкості та методику встановлення міжповірочного
інтервалу
Calibration method to assess the accuracy of measurements devices using the theory of uncertainty
The development of evaluation methods for precision measurement and inter-verification interval
measurement for measurement devices based on the concept of the uncertainty of measurement is needed
in order to establish the timing of the next scheduled or unscheduled verification of the correspondence
of metrological characteristics to their standardised values. The definition of the timing (periodicity) of
the metrological verification of measurement devices as used in business or health care, while monitoring
environmental conditions and proving health and safety at work, is an urgent issue in scientific research,
upon which depends the quality of goods and services. A method of evaluating the accuracy of measurements
and the inter-verification interval for measurement devices is proposed, based on using international
standards guidelines for quality measurement. The calibration method for evaluating the inter-verification
interval of measurement devices was tested during the metrological certification of the measurement device
for the moment of inertia of electric motors
An approach to the evaluation of dynamic uncertainty in measurement using non-statistical techniques
The article discusses a new approach to the expression of dynamic uncertainty of experimental dynamic measurements based on a priori information about the frequency response measurement tool. This approach allows to measure the results of dynamic measurements with the international requirements for the characterization accuracy
Evaluation of uncertainty in the measurement of sense of natural language constructions
The task of evaluating uncertainty in the measurement of sense in natural language constructions
(NLCs) was researched through formalization of the notions of the language image, formalization of artificial
cognitive systems (ACSs) and the formalization of units of meaning. The method for measuring the sense of
natural language constructions incorporated fuzzy relations of meaning, which ensures that information about
the links between lemmas of the text is taken into account, permitting the evaluation of two types of
measurement uncertainty of sense characteristics. Using developed applications programs, experiments were
conducted to investigate the proposed method to tackle the identification of informative characteristics of text.
The experiments resulted in dependencies of parameters being obtained in order to utilise the Pareto
distribution law to define relations between lemmas, analysis of which permits the identification of exponents of
an average number of connections of the language image as the most informative characteristics of text

Risk assessment is an integral part of an enterprise's quality
management system. The risk of low quality products is the most
significant risk, as it is directly related to the concept of enterprise
competitiveness. The paper analyzes the scientific papers related
to the assessment of the quality of products, processes and
services, their disadvantages, possible limits of application. It is
proposed to use mathematical dependences to obtain estimates
of product quality indicators on a dimensionless scale. Knowing
the density function of random variables of product quality
indicators and knowing the mathematical dependence of their
estimates on a dimensionless scale, it is proposed to obtain the
density function of estimates. Knowing the function of the
density of estimates of quality indicators, it is proposed to find
the probabilities of risks of the assessment of quality indicators in
any given interval on a dimensionless scale. A method for
