TUKEA PARISUHTEEN SEKSUAALISUUTEEN LAPSETTOMUUSHOITOJEN AIKANA : Tietopaketti jaettavaksi lapsettomuushoidoissa käyville

Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli luoda Keski-Pohjanmaan sosiaali- ja terveyspalvelukuntayhtymä Soiten naistentautien poliklinikalle tietopaketti lapsettomuushoidoissa käyville tuotekehittelyprojektin muodossa. Kehittämistarve tuli esiin naistentautien osaston seksuaaliterapeutilta, koska heillä ei ollut tarjota vastaavaa tietopakettia asiakkaille. Työelämästä esiin noussut tarve innosti meitä, koska saimme kehitellä uuden tuotteen. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tuottaa tietoa, jota naistentautien poliklinikan henkilökunta voi käyttää työvälineenä suullisen ohjauksen tukena. Teoriaosuus opinnäytetyössä sisältää tietoa tahattomasta lapsettomuudesta ja siihen yhteydessä olevista muista tekijöistä, lapsettomuustutkimuksista, lapsettomuuden eri hoitomuodoista, lapsettomuushoitojen aiheuttamista seksuaalisista ongelmista sekä parisuhteen lapsettomuuskriisistä. Teoriaosuudessa käsiteltiin myös hoitohenkilökunnan antamaa tukea sekä vertais- ja puolison tukea. Tietopaketin laatimisessa olemme hyödyntäneet Jämsän ja Mannisen (2000) teosta Osaamisen tuotteistaminen sosiaali- ja terveysalalla. Teoksessa on viisi eri vaihetta, joiden mukaisesti tietopaketti toteutettiin. Nämä vaiheet olivat: kehittämistarpeen tunnistaminen, ideointivaihe, luonnosteluvaihe, tuotteen kehittelyvaihe, sekä tuotteen viimeistelyvaihe. Tuotekehittelyprosessimme loi lopullisen tuotteen tietopaketin muodossa. Tämä vastasi naistentautien poliklinikan henkilökunnan tarpeisiin. Tietopaketin ulkoasu noudattaa Soiten visuaalista ilmettä sekä on tyyliltään neutraali.The purpose of the thesis was to create an information package to gynaecological clinic in Central Ostrobothnia Social and Health Services Association Soite in the form of a product development project. The need for development emerged from the gynaecological department's sexual therapist because they did not have the similar information package for customers. The need arising from working life inspired us because we could develop a new product. The aim of the thesis was to produce information that the gynaecological clinic staff can use as a tool to support oral guidance. The theoretical part includes information about involuntary infertility and related factors of involuntary infertility, infertility studies, various infertility treatment forms, sexual problems caused by infertility treatments and childlessness crisis in a couple's relationship. The theoretical part also deals with support from nursing staff, peer support and partner’s support. In the compilation of the information package we have used Jämsä & Manninen’s (2000) book Productization of expertise in social and health care. There are five different stages during product development project according to Jämsä & Manninen's book, which we used in the making of the information package. These phases were: identification of development need, ideation stage, sketching phase, product development stage and product finishing stage. Our product development process created the final product in the form of an information package. This corresponded to the needs of the gynaecological clinic staff. The layout of the information package follows the visual appearance of Soite, and is neutral in style
