(Előzetes) letartóztatás a büntetőeljárásban

A szabadsághoz való jog az egyik emberi jogunk, amelyet Magyarország Alaptörvényének IV. Cikke is deklarál. Az alkotmány a jogforrási hierarchia csúcsán áll, így a szakdolgozatomban én is abból fogok kiindulni, hogy milyen alkotmányos jogok vonatkoznak erre a kényszerintézkedésre. Szeretnék betekintést nyújtani az olvasó számára az előzetes letartóztatással kapcsolatos eljárásokba az alapjogokon, büntetőeljárási alapelveken keresztül. A múltba is visszatekintek, hiszen érdemes tudni a kezdetekről, arról, mi vezetett a mai szabályozásig. A konkrét jogszabályi rendelkezések is segítségemre lesznek abban, hogy hitelesen bemutassam az előzetes letartóztatás elrendelését (általános- és különös feltételeit), meghosszabbítását, fenntartását, felülvizsgálatát, megszüntetését, tartamát, az előzetes letartóztatásban lévők jogait, az azt helyettesítő intézményeket, annak végrehajtását, - a várhatóan 2018. júliusban hatályba lépő - új Be. szerinti változásokat, fiatalkorúakkal kapcsolatos külön rendelkezéseket, és a kártalanítás lehetőségét. A nyomozási bíró intézményét 2003-ban vezették be. A nyomozási bíró eljárását is szeretném bemutatni, amelynek egy egész külön fejezetet szánok. Egy interjú is segít a feldolgozásban. Mindezeket érdekes jogesetek és ezzel kapcsolatos problémák, statisztikák feltárásával szemléltetem. Igyekszem a külföldi helyzetet is felvázolni.BSc/BAigazságügyi igazgatási sza

Laser-induced instabilities in liquid crystal cells with a photosensitive substrate

Liquid crystal layers sandwiched between a reference plate and a photosensitive substrate were investigated. We focused on the reverse geometry, where the cell was illuminated by a laser beam from the reference side. In planar cells both static and dynamic instabilities occurred, depending on the angle between the laser polarization and the director orientation on the reference plate. In cells where the molecules were aligned along the normal of the reference plate, a dynamic pattern was observed at all angles of polarization. A simple model based on a photoinduced surface torque accounts for the findings. Light scattering studies revealed some basic properties of the instabilities

Electroconvection in nematic mixtures of bent-core and calamitic molecules

The onset of electroconvection in binary mixtures of a bent-core and a rod-like nematic has been characterized by measuring the threshold voltage Uc and the critical wave number of the pattern in a wide range of frequencies f . In the 'banana' rich mixtures a "conductive-prewavy2-patternlessprewavy1" morphological sequence has been detected with an unusual negative slope of U c (f ) at high frequencies. This latter scenario seems to be related to the bent-core component, as it disappears with increasing the concentration of rod-like molecules. In addition, one of the parameters most relevant for electroconvection, the electrical conductivity, has also been varied by ionic salt doping. It has been found that the above effect of the banana shape molecules on the electroconvection scenarios can be suppressed by the conductivity

Powder diffraction data and mesomorphic properties of 4-butyloxyphenyl 4'-decyloxybenzoate

Unit cell parameters obtained from X-ray powder diffraction data are presented for the crystalline phase of a liquid crystal 4-butyloxyphenyl 4'-decyloxybenzoate: a = 23.098 (4) Å, b = 5.974 (6) Å, c = 12.357 (10) Å, β = 121.53 (8)°, unit-cell volume V = 1453.56 Å3 . Temperature dependent X-ray diffraction data confirmed the existence of smectic A and smectic C mesophases and a more ordered, tilted crystalline smectic phase. Possibility of existence of previously reported smectic B phase as well as another crystalline phase was refuted
