The efficacy of spastic hand treatment using botulinic toxin A and selective fasciculotomy of n. medianus and/or n. ulnaris was estimated. The results of treatment of 41 patients with spastic upper limbs were analyzed, at 20 of them botulinic toxin was used, 21 patients have been operated. The best effect of botulinic toxin was in patients with moderate spasticity. Positive effect of botulinic toxin application in early period of spasticity is an indication for selective fasciculotomy performing later. In patients with spastic handβs deformation (2 points according to the Ashworth scale) treatment has to be started at moderate spasticity, in case of spasticity relapse, selective fasciculotomy has to be performed.ΠΡΠ΅Π½Π΅Π½Π° ΡΡΡΠ΅ΠΊΡΠΈΠ²Π½ΠΎΡΡΡ Π»Π΅ΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΡΠΏΠ°ΡΡΠΈΡΠ½ΠΎΡΡΠΈ ΠΊΠΈΡΡΠΈ Ρ ΠΈΡΠΏΠΎΠ»ΡΠ·ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΠ΅ΠΌ Π±ΠΎΡΡΠ»ΠΎΡΠΎΠΊΡΠΈΠ½Π° Π ΠΈ ΡΠ΅Π»Π΅ΠΊΡΠΈΠ²Π½ΠΎΠΉ ΡΠ°ΡΡΠΈΠΊΡΡΠΎΠ»ΠΎΡΠΎΠΌΠΈΠΈ ΡΡΠ΅Π΄ΠΈΠ½Π½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΠΈ/ΠΈΠ»ΠΈ Π»ΠΎΠΊΡΠ΅Π²ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ Π½Π΅ΡΠ²Π°. The purposes of the study - an experimental way to assess the ability of different motor oils inhibit the emergence of fatigue cracks in the rolling bearings. A methodological approach and experimental studies of the counter pitting properties of engine oils for two-stroke engines: a mineral, semi-synthetic, synthetic, plant with an additive organic were proposed and performed in this paper. Vegetable oils have better of the counter pitting properties is shown. The best result shows vegetable oils with organic additive, which makes the oils in the category of promising oil
Analysis of Structure of Lumbar Spine Dorsopathy Morbidity in Able-bodied Age Patients.
The analysis of structure of lumbar spine dorsopathy morbidity among able-bodied population of the Dnepropetrovsk area for substantiation of differentiated approach to the choice of exercise therapy methods was a research objective. The structure of dorsopathy morbidity in 371 patients in 2009-2013 period is analysed in the work. The paper presents analysis of the most frequent morphological changes in the structures of the spine, their localization and clinical course. Link of clinical manifestations of dorsopathy with structural changes of the backbone, the disease experience is revealed, efficiency of rehabilitation by means of physiotherapy exercises depending on qualitative and quantitative signs of disease is defined. Results of the research specify that more than 40% of patients were on repeated treatment, clinical manifestation in 62% of patients was observed at the most able-bodied age (from 30 to 50 years), according to the disease experience number of aggravations per a year increased, in 57,5% of cases administration of medical physical culture was limited due to development of an accompanying pathology, in 40% of cases against positive dynamics of painful syndrome insufficient changes in volume of movements of the spine segments throughout treatment were marked. It testifies to necessity of working out algorithm of differentiated approach to the choice of means medical physical culture in treatment of lumbar spine dorsopathy
Plane electromagnetic wave diffraction: hybrid paralleling
Abstract:
The algorithm for solving of implicit mesh Maxwell equations is vectorized. Calculation module is developed in Cuda and OpenMP technologies with optimization of access to graphic processor memory. Vector operations are carrying out at graphic processors. Operations with random access to memory are carrying out at central processor in multithread regime. Graphic processors in supercomputer nodes accelerate calculations in comparison with traditional architecture. Calculation is accelerated in 11 times for problems with small RAM volume and in 2-3 times for rest problems.Note:

The algorithm of particles method in the scattering medium
Abstract:
Features of a numerical algorithm for solving the kinetic equation for electrons in a scattering medium and a self-consistent electromagnetic field are considered. An algorithm for simulating scattering in the approximation of multiple collisions at a time step is presented. The calculations confirming the effectiveness of the method are performed.Note:

On the particles method in the scattering medium
Abstract:
The Cauchy problem for the kinetic and electrodynamic equations describing the propagation of the electron beam in an inhomogeneous scattering medium with discontinuous characteristics and the generation of a self-consistent electromagnetic field are considered. Approaches to the interpretation of the generalized solution substantiating the application of the particle method for the numerical solution of the kinetic equation are represented.Note:

The Electron-photon Cascade in Gas. Chapter 2. Collisions Cross Sections
Abstract:
The analysis of high-energy photons and electrons interaction with nitrogen, oxygen and xenon molecules is represented. The typing of collisions on scattering with small and great momentum transfer is established. The data on cross sections of interactions of low-energy electrons with molecules are represented. The mathematical model of electron-photon cascade transport is represented. Ionizing and elastic scattering, molecular and electron level excitation, electron attachment to oxygen molecules are considered. Sources of data are stated. Data set is oriented on mathematical modeling of electron-photon cascade transport in gaseous medium.Note:
