The review analyzes literature data and the results of our own research on the role of reactive nitrogen species (NO, NO2, N2O3) in the initiation and progression of tumors. The possibility of modulating the activity of inducible NO synthase by the biologically active components of plant products and their effect on carcinogenesis is analyzed. Possible mechanisms of the ambiguous action of NO and its metabolic products in the mechanisms of carcinogenesis are discussed. The generalization and analysis of these data allowed us to formulate some principles for the use of substances that modulate the activity of inducible NO synthase and affect the formation of NO and its metabolic products in inhibiting carcinogenesis.Π ΠΎΠ±Π·ΠΎΡΠ΅ Π°Π½Π°Π»ΠΈΠ·ΠΈΡΡΡΡΡΡ Π΄Π°Π½Π½ΡΠ΅ Π»ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠ°ΡΡΡΡ ΠΈ ΡΠ΅Π·ΡΠ»ΡΡΠ°ΡΡ ΡΠΎΠ±ΡΡΠ²Π΅Π½Π½ΡΡ

Models of cultural and civilizational identification among residents of Russian and Ukrainian border regions
The paper analyses the models of cultural and civilizational identification among the residents of Russian and Ukrainian border regions formed under the crisis in Russia-Ukraine relations. The cultural and civilizational identity is understood here as an open or latent identification of an individual or a group of individuals with a socio-cultural matrix, or the historically developed complex of cultural patterns (frames) which entails typification of the value systems, social practices and individual life trajectorie
Social sphere development regularities in regional reproduction in Russia
The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of social enterprise development in the reproduction process. As a method, the social sphere has analyzed the system of enterprise effective functioning. As a result, one of the key tasks of the regional reproduction process improvement is the effective development of the social sphere. In conclusion, a necessary condition for the rational combination of sectoral and regional aspects of social infrastructure development planning is the division of the country territory into region

The article presents an optimized method for the determination of the ratio of 8-oxo-2'-deoxyguanosine (formed in DNA due to the action of active forms of oxygen) to 2'-deoxyguanosine. The ratio was determined by reverse phase HPLC combined with amperometric detection. It was shown that the ratio increases upon oxidative stress caused by the action of large doses of ascorbic acid in samples of DNA isolated from the liver of experimental rats.Π ΡΠ°Π±ΠΎΡΠ΅ ΠΏΡΠΎΠ²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½Π° ΠΎΠΏΡΠΈΠΌΠΈΠ·Π°ΡΠΈΡ ΠΌΠ΅ΡΠΎΠ΄Π° ΠΎΠΏΡΠ΅Π΄Π΅Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΎΡΠ½ΠΎΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ 8-ΠΎΠΊΡΠΎ-2'-Π΄Π΅Π·ΠΎΠΊΡΠΈΠ³ΡΠ°Π½ΠΎΠ·ΠΈΠ½Π°, ΠΎΠ±ΡΠ°Π·ΡΡΡΠ΅Π³ΠΎΡΡ Π² ΠΠΠ Π² ΡΠ΅Π·ΡΠ»ΡΡΠ°ΡΠ΅ Π΄Π΅ΠΉΡΡΠ²ΠΈΡ Π°ΠΊΡΠΈΠ²Π½ΡΡ

The protective effect of cortexin was investigated with the use of acoustic stress hemorrhagic stroke model. A significant decrease of 8-oxo-2'-deoxyguanosine to 2'-deoxyguanosine ratio in the DNA molecule was shown using brain slices of cortexin treated Krushinsky-Molodkina rats.Π ΡΠ°Π±ΠΎΡΠ΅ ΠΈΠ·ΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΎ Π²Π»ΠΈΡΠ½ΠΈΠ΅ Π·Π°ΡΠΈΡΠ½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ Π΄Π΅ΠΉΡΡΠ²ΠΈΡ ΠΏΡΠ΅ΠΏΠ°ΡΠ°ΡΠ° ΠΊΠΎΡΡΠ΅ΠΊΡΠΈΠ½ Π½Π° ΠΌΠΎΠ·Π³ ΠΊΡΡΡ Π»ΠΈΠ½ΠΈΠΈ ΠΡΡΡΠΈΠ½ΡΠΊΠΎΠ³ΠΎ-ΠΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ΄ΠΊΠΈΠ½ΠΎΠΉ Π² ΡΡΠ»ΠΎΠ²ΠΈΡΡ
