Lidar studies of specific manifestation features of stratospheric warming in winter of 2014-2015
Studying the atmospheric thermal regime is one of important applications of lidar technologies. These studies in monitoring mode in Institute of Atmospheric Optics, Siberian Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences had been initiated since 1994 and continue until presently. A special attention is paid to studying the manifestations of sudden disturbances in the middle stratosphere, caused by wintertime stratospheric warmings (SWs). Reader can be acquainted with results on the subject in works [1-3]. Development of a software for control of the lidar complex at the IAO SB RAS small lidar station
The problems are discussed in the wide circles of the scientific community in the end of the last and in the beginning of present century, related with climate change on both global and local scale. The complicated question of changing climatic and ecological systems under the effect of natural and anthropogenic factors requires the development and creation of atmospheric aerosol thermodynamic and spatial-temporal models, development of network of both ground-based and space-based services for monitoring of the atmosphere on a global scale [1, 2]. Measures on collection of great amount of data lead to the need of development of not only technical side of the solution to the problem, but also methodological, algorithmic and software. The last decade is marked by the widespread introduction of computer technology into science and increase of its consumer features, such as speed, volume of RAM and cash memory, as well as the ability of high-quality displaying the data. Therefore, the final item in the development of automation of the experiment and application of mathematical methods is the development of the software tools. Studying the variations in background aerosol loading of the stratosphere in 2014
The report analyzes the experimental data on the variability of vertical-temporal structure of the aerosol produced in the complex lidar station altitude atmospheric sounding IAO SB RAS in 2014. АНЕСТЕЗИОЛОГИЧЕСКОЕ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЕ И ИНТЕНСИВНАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ В ПЕРИОПЕРАЦИОННОМ ПЕРИОДЕ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ЛЕГОЧНОЙ ГИПЕРТЕНЗИЕЙ, ВЫЗВАННОЙ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯМИ ЛЕВЫХ ОТДЕЛОВ СЕРДЦА
Nowadays, the term "pulmonary hypertension" (PH) means a pathophysiological condition that may involve multiple clinical conditions and complicate the majority of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases. Clinical classification identifies 5 groups of pulmonary hypertension. This review focuses on group 2 - pulmonary hypertension due to left heart disease (PH due to LHD). In the general structure it takes about 80%. In routine practice, the contribution of this pathology to main disease is often underestimated, which can lead to increased mortality. The purpose of the literature review is to systematize and provide anesthesiologists with information on modern approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of PH due to LHD. The review presents data of the epidemiology and pathogenesis of this condition, describes the key concepts of adequate anesthetic management and effective intensive treatment of pulmonary hypertension in patients with left heart diseases.В настоящее время под термином «легочная гипертензия» трактуют патофизиологическое состояние, которое может включать разнообразные клинические состояния и осложнять течение большинства сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и заболеваний системы дыхания. Современная классификация выделяет пять типов легочной гипертензии. Данный обзор посвящен второй группе ‒ легочной гипертензии, ассоциированной с заболеваниями левых отделов сердца. В общей структуре на ее долю приходится около 80%. В рутинной практике вклад этого состояния в течение основного заболевания часто недооценивается, что может приводить к повышению летальности. Цель ‒ систематизация данных и предоставление анестезиологам-реаниматологам сведений о современных подходах к диагностике и лечению легочной гипертензии второй группы. В обзоре приведены данные об эпидемиологии и патогенезе данного состояния, дано описание ключевых подходов адекватного анестезиологического обеспечения и эффективной интенсивной терапии легочной гипертензии у пациентов с заболеваниями левых отделов сердца
The Construction of Some Important Classes of Generalized Coherent states: The Nonlinear Coherent States Method
Considering some important classes of generalized coherent states known in
literature, we demonstrated that all of them can be created via conventional
fashion, i.e. the "lowering operator eigen-state" and the "displacement
operator" techniques using the {\it "nonlinear coherent states"} approach. As a
result we obtained a {\it "unified method"} to construct a large class of

Fluctuation relations for anomalous dynamics generated by time-fractional Fokker-Planck equations
Anomalous dynamics characterized by non-Gaussian probability distributions
(PDFs) and/or temporal long-range correlations can cause subtle modifications
of conventional fluctuation relations. As prototypes we study three variants of
a generic time-fractional Fokker-Planck equation with constant force. Type A
generates superdiffusion, type B subdiffusion and type C both super- and
subdiffusion depending on parameter variation. Furthermore type C obeys a
fluctuation-dissipation relation whereas A and B do not. We calculate
analytically the position PDFs for all three cases and explore numerically
their strongly non-Gaussian shapes. While for type C we obtain the conventional
transient work fluctuation relation, type A and type B both yield deviations by
featuring a coefficient that depends on time and by a nonlinear dependence on
the work. We discuss possible applications of these types of dynamics and
