САМООЦІНКА ДИНАМІКИ І СУЧАСНОГО СТАНУ КАДРОВОГО, НАВЧАЛЬНО-МЕТОДИЧНОГО ТА МАТЕРІАЛЬНО-ТЕХНІЧНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ПРОЦЕСУ ПІДГОТОВКИ ФАХІВЦІВ ГАЛУЗІ ЗНАНЬ 22 «ОХОРОНА ЗДОРОВ’Я» В УКРАЇНСЬКІЙ МЕДИЧНІЙ СТОМАТОЛОГІЧНІЙ АКАДЕМІЇ
The aim of the work – to conduct a self-assessment of the dynamics and the current state of personnel, teaching and methodological and logistical support of training specialists in the field of knowledge 22 “Health” at the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy.
The main body. The article presents the results of self-assessment in the dynamics and modern state of personnel, educational, methodological and technical support in the process of training of specialists in the area of expertise 22 “Healthcare” at the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy. It was shown that the objective indicator of the quality of education is the Academy’s high ranking in the independent national rating “TOP-200 Ukraine”, which is conducted on a yearly basis by the Centre of international projects “Euro-Education” jointly with international group of experts IREG Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence. The positive dynamics of increase in the “quality of academic staff” indicator, as well as the factors, ensuring this dynamics in 2018, was found.
Conclusions. The in-depth analysis of the dynamics and the current state of personnel, teaching and methodological and logistical support of the training of specialists in the field of knowledge 22 “Health” at the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy showed that the quality of higher education and the provision of educational services is in accordance with state and international standards, and The adopted “Quality Policy” meets the requirements of the present and contributes to maintaining the competitiveness of the academy at the national and international levels.Мета роботи ‒ провести самооцінку динаміки і сучасного стану кадрового, навчально-методичного та матеріально-технічного забезпечення підготовки фахівців галузі знань 22 «Охорона здоров’я» в Українській медичній стоматологічній академії.
Основна частина. Надано результати самооцінки динаміки і сучасного стану кадрового, навчально-методичного та матеріально-технічного забезпечення підготовки фахівців галузі знань 22 «Охорона здоров’я» в Українській медичній стоматологічній академії. Показано, що об’єктивним показником якості освітньої діяльності є достатньо високе місце, яке академія посідає в незалежному національному рейтингу «ТОП-200 Україна», який щорічно проводиться Центром міжнародних проектів «Євроосвіта» у партнерстві з міжнародною групою експертів IREG Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence. Виявлено позитивну динаміку зростання показника «оцінка якості науково-педагогічного потенціалу» і проаналізовано чинники, які забезпечили цю динаміку в 2018 р.
Висновок. Проведений самоаналіз динаміки і сучасного стану кадрового, навчально-методичного та матеріально-технічного забезпечення процесу підготовки фахівців галузі знань 22 «Охорона здоров’я» в Українській медичній стоматологічній академії засвідчив, що якість вищої освіти та надання освітніх послуг відповідає державним і міжнародним стандартам, а прийнята «Політика у сфері якості» відповідає вимогам сьогодення і сприяє підтриманню конкурентоспроможності академії на національному та міжнародному рівнях
Adjoint of the Global Eulerian Lagrangian Coupled Atmospheric transport model (A-GELCA v1.0): development and validation
Abstract. We present the development of the Adjoint of the Global Eulerian–Lagrangian Coupled Atmospheric (A-GELCA) model that consists of the National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES) model as an Eulerian three-dimensional transport model (TM), and FLEXPART (FLEXible PARTicle dispersion model) as the Lagrangian plume diffusion model (LPDM). The tangent and adjoint components of the Eulerian model were constructed directly from the original NIES TM code using an automatic differentiation tool known as TAF (Transformation of Algorithms in Fortran; http://www.FastOpt.com), with additional manual pre- and post-processing aimed at improving the performance of the computing, including MPI (Message Passing Interface). As results, the adjoint of Eulerian model is discrete. Construction of the adjoint of the Lagrangian component did not require any code modification, as LPDMs are able to track a significant number of particles back in time and thereby calculate the sensitivity of observations to the neighboring emissions areas. Eulerian and Lagrangian adjoint components were coupled at the time boundary in the global domain.The results are verified using a series of test experiments. The forward simulation shown the coupled model is effective in reproducing the seasonal cycle and short-term variability of CO2 even in the case of multiple limiting factors, such as high uncertainty of fluxes and the low resolution of the Eulerian model. The adjoint model demonstrates the high accuracy compared to direct forward sensitivity calculations and fast performance. The developed adjoint of the coupled model combines the flux conservation and stability of an Eulerian discrete adjoint formulation with the flexibility, accuracy, and high resolution of a Lagrangian backward trajectory formulation.

Relations of angiotensin-(1-7) with hemodynamic and cardiac structural and functional parameters in patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes
Background. The angiotensin-(1-7) is a new component of the renin-angiotensin system, the product of the degradation of angiotensin II and its functional antagonist, but its role in hypertension with type 2 diabetes (T2D) is not clear. The aim of the study was to investigate the levels of angiotensin-(1-7) in patients with hypertension and T2D and determine its relations to hemodynamic and cardiac structural and functional parameters.
Material and methods. We examined 70 patients with hypertension and T2D. Investigation protocol included physical examination, standard transthoracic echocardiography and determination of the angiotensin-(1-7) blood levels by ELISA. Control group consisted of 16 healthy volunteers.
Results. The angiotensin-(1-7) levels in observed patients were significantly lower than in volunteers [105.51 (89.13;121.17) ng/L vs. 132.75 (125.06; 142.87) ng/L, p < 0.001]. The levels of the angiotensin-(1-7) significantly negatively correlated with duration of hypertension (r = –0.29, p < 0.05), systolic blood pressure (BP) (r = –0.38, p < 0.05), diastolic BP (r = –0.36, p < 0.01), average BP (r = –0.32, p < 0.01), left ventricular (LV) internal dimension at end-diastole (r = –0.37, p < 0.01), LV mass (r = –0.40, p < 0.001), LV mass index (r = –0.41, p < 0.001). In patients with LV hypertrophy, angiotensin-(1-7) levels were significantly lower than in patients without LV hypertrophy [101.9 (88.2; 117.7) ng/L vs. 129.3 (117.5; 136.8) ng/L, p < 0.01] and in patients with diastolic LV dysfunction — lower than in the patients with normal diastolic function [101.1 (87.9; 116.6) ng/L vs. 121.1 (105.5; 128.9) ng/L, p < 0.01].
Conclusions. The angiotensin-(1-7) can be considered as an important pathogenetic factor in the development of hypertension with T2D, a BP regulator and a cardioprotective agent that prevents the development of remodeling and diastolic dysfunction of the LV
Hemo-biochemical component in dogs’ pancreatitis dynamics
Input: Pancreatitis – aseptic inflammation of pancreas of demarcation character, which is based on necrobiosis processes of pancreatocytes and fermental autoaggression followed by necrosis, glandular degeneration and secondary infection development (patent RU 2305844). Lipidemia – increased content of lipids in blood is one of the main causes of pancreatitis development. The aim of research became - evaluation of therapeutic efficacy of a medicine that based on beta-sitosterol and polyprenyl phosphates (BSPP). Objectives: Twenty sick dogs with diagnosis of pancreatitis and lipidemia served as a material of research. Dogs were divided into 2 groups of 10 animals in each according to the principle of analogues. Pancreatitis therapy of first animal group was carrying out by drugs of protease inhibitor group, H-2 histamine receptors blockers, and also antibioticotherapia. Methods: haematological, biochemical, statistical. Results: Before therapy beginning both groups had an increased hematocrit, number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin. Increased number of leucocytes was marked. After 14-th day therapy all hematological indicators returned to the reference values in both groups of animals. By biochemical research at the beginning of the treatment increased level of a-amylase, pancreatic lipase glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides had been marked. On completion of therapy (2 months) in both groups, indicators of α-amylase and glucose were within reference values. Level of cholesterol and triglycerides had returned to normal by that time in the second group of animals, which indicated the normalization of lipid metabolism. Whereas in the first group of animals these indicators remained high. Discussion: Inclusion in the scheme of therapy in acute pancreatitis protease inhibitors, H-2 histamine receptors blockers and antibiotics don’t allow to achieve complete recovery as evidenced by the high content of cholesterol and triglycerides. This promotes further transition of process to a chronic form. Inclusion of BSPP in the therapy in pancreatitis of dogs achieves significant depression of cholesterol and triglycerides in the serum of blood, thereby prevent relapses of disease
A PMT-Block test bench
The front-end electronics of the ATLAS hadronic calorimeter (Tile Cal) is
housed in a unit, called {\it PMT-Block}. The PMT-Block is a compact instrument
comprising a light mixer, a PMT together with its divider and a {\it 3-in-1}
card, which provides shaping, amplification and integration for the signals.
This instrument needs to be qualified before being assembled on the detector. A
PMT-Block test bench has been developed for this purpose. This test bench is a
system which allows fast, albeit accurate enough, measurements of the main
properties of a complete PMT-Block. The system, both hardware and software, and
the protocol used for the PMT-Blocks characterisation are described in detail
in this report. The results obtained in the test of about 10000 PMT-Blocks
needed for the instrumentation of the ATLAS (LHC-CERN) hadronic Tile

Companies tell about themselves, their activities, innovations, promotions and events in their profiles. This helps increase audience coverage, tell more about your brand, products, services. People in personal accounts have the opportunity to share their lives and creativity through photos, videos and texts. Now it is not necessary to receive higher education to become an operator, director or actor whose talent is recognized by society. It is enough to start a page on the social network and start sharing your knowledge and creativity.To find out why people post photos, videos and write texts on their social networks, a pilot sociological study was carried out. The method of deep interview with active users of social networks was chosen to carry out the study. The interview allowed getting unique information, to learn the opinion of users about social networks, the impact of the new way of communication on their life, to identify the reasons why users start and maintain profiles.The respondents were 20 users of social networks between the ages of 19 and 22. Interviewees have profiles on the most popular Instagram and Vkontakte networks. As a result of the analysis of the interview, a tendency was revealed to differ in the perception of users of their actions on the social network and similar actions of other users. Their content is perceived by them as opportunities to be in sight, as a resource to form their social status and an element of influence on their reference group. And the same content published by others is perceived as boasting. Социальные сети появились в жизни человечества сравнительно недавно, но уже стали неотъемлемой ее частью. Достаточно завести страницу в социальной сети и начать делиться своими знаниями и творчеством.Чтобы выяснить, зачем люди выкладывают фотографии, видео и пишут тексты в своих социальных сетях, было проведено пилотное социологическое исследование. Для проведения исследования был выбран метод глубинного интервью с активными пользователями социальных сетей. Интервью позволило получить уникальную информацию, узнать мнение пользователей о социальных сетях, влиянии нового способа коммуникации на их жизнь, выявить причины, по которым пользователи завели и ведут профили.Респондентами стали 20 пользователей социальных сетей в возрасте с 19 до 22 лет. Опрошенные имеют профили в наиболее популярных сетях Instagram и Вконтакте. В результате анализа интервью была выявлена тенденция различия в восприятии пользователями своих действий в социальной сети и аналогичных действий других пользователей. Свой контент воспринимается ими как возможности быть на виду, как ресурс формирования своего социального статуса и элемент влияния на свою референтную группу. А тот же контент, опубликованный другими, воспринимается как хвастовство и понты
