This work is the first attempt to make up an inventory of the fauna of rove beetles in the Hutsulshchyna National Natural Park (Ukraine, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast), which was created in 2002 and has an area of 32,271 hectares. The modern territory of the park has never been the object of special scientific research on the fauna of rove beetles of the Aleocharinae subfamily. As a result, information about the finds of representatives of the Aleocharinae subfamily has been obtained from the study of the largest collection of rove beetles in Ukraine, which contains both modern collections and collections of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The collection was formed by Marian-Aloiz Lomnitski and was further developed and replenished with collections from different parts of Ukraine and the world by several generations of Ukrainian and European entomologists. For the moment, the collection is kept in the funds of the State Museum of Natural History of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and contains more than 1,500 specimens, which belong to more than 300 species and are of great historical and scientific value. As a result of the conducted studies, 30 species belonging to 18 genera are reported for the first time for the fauna of the Hutsulshchyna National Nature Park, of which 4 species (Atheta corvina (Thomson, 1856), Schistoglossa viduata (Erichson, 1837), Leptusa puellaris puellaris (C. Hampe, 1863), Silusa rubra (Erichson, 1839)) are reported for the first time for the territory of Ukraine. The species and specimens (with references, data of their distribution in Europe, as well as substrate and biotope preferences of adults) are listed. The obtained data will later on provide an opportunity to expand the understanding of the distribution of species – specifically for faunal research, as well as for biogeographic modelling

A review of the genus Mocyta Mulsant & Rey, 1874, which is represented in Ukraine; a description of the main morphological features and diagnostic features is made, data on ecological features, seasonal activity of adults, the distribution of representatives of the genus in Ukraine and the world and the keys to identify the species are presented. The information on the distribution of species of the genus Mocyta in the territory of Ukraine has been clarified and significantly supplemented by new findings. The results can be used to address a number of theoretical issues of faunistics, zoogeography, and ecology, as well as in compiling the inventory of the fauna of the Ukrainian Carpathians, for comparative faunal research, in the analysis of species distribution, in biogeographic constructions, studies of faunogenesis, ecological monitoring and prediction of consequences of the influence of human activities on natural ecosystems of the region. The genus Mocyta is a widespread genus, which in terms of the combination of morphological and biological features belongs to the tribe Athetini Casey, 1910 of the subfamily Aleocharinae Fleming, 1821 of the family Staphylinidae Latreille, 1802. There are 26 known species in the fauna of Palearctic, 5 of which (Mocyta clientula, M. fungi fungi, M. fussi, M. orbata, M. orphana) are represented in the fauna of Ukraine. However, it is likely that there are two more species (M. amplicollis and M. negligens), identified for the surrounding areas, for which characteristics and comparative diagnoses have also been provided. This paper is a continuation of the initiated series of reviews of genera and species of the tribe Athetini of the fauna of Ukraine. Taking into account the wide geographical distribution and significant individual variability in size, colour and shape of the spermatheca of representatives of the genus, the identification of the latter presents some significant difficulties

The results of combustion study for high-energy compositions (HECs) based on ammonium perchlorate (AP), butadiene rubber and ultrafine powder (UFP) aluminum Alex, and agglomeration of metal particles on the burning surface and composition of condensed combustion products (CCPs) are presented. It was found that partial replacement 2 wt. % of Alex by iron UFP in HEC increases the burning rate 1.3-1.4 times at the range of nitrogen pressure 2.0-7.5 MPa and reduces the mean diameter of CCPs particles d[43] from 37.4 [mu]m to 33.5 [mu]m at pressure [mu]4 MPa. Upon partial replacement 2 wt. % of Alex by boron UFP in HEC the recoil force of gasification products outflow from burning surface is increased by 9 % and the burning rate of HEC does not change in the above pressure range, while the mean diameter of CCPs particles is reduced to 32.6 [mu]m at p~4 MPa

This study deals with ensuring fire safety in buildings of a cluster animal industrial complex by optimizing legislative measures and analyzing factors that affect the quality and reliability of the results of calculating fire risk. The research involved the following methods: expert assessment; calculating individual fire risk; modeling evacuation of people in the form of an individual flow model of human traffic. The conceptual features of the complex's buildings required developing the design and technical solutions that would reduce inefficient costs on the one hand, and, on the other, would ensure meeting fire safety requirements. The individual fire risk for employees of the asset to be protected is 2.91 ×10-7 per year-1 (0.291 ×10-6 per year). That is, it does not exceed the characteristic value established by Federal law No. 123-FZ dated 22.07.2008 'Technical regulations on fire safety'. After the introduction of the fire risk assessment system at the legislative level, the owners of objects have received the opportunity to optimize the cost of fire safety and the required level of human safety. 72 Fluctuating asymmetry (FA), i.e., undirected deviations from bilateral symmetry, of both measurable and nonmeasurable characteristics reflects ontogenetic instability, which some authors believe increases in response to genomic or environmental stress. This allows FA to be used for estimating the state of anthropogenically affected natural populations (e.g., Rana arvalis young of the year were captured on August 4 and 5, 2003, in the Kalinovskie Razrezy Park Forest in northern Yekaterinburg ( n = 26) and near the Yuzhnaya Bus Terminal ( n = 15), respectively. Ponds existing in the park forest had resulted from flooding desolate quarries. The vegetation was a herb-grass pine forest containing small shrubs. The results of our hydrochemical analyses performed in 2003 indicate that, according to the ecological sanitary classification of the quality of surface waters suggested by We measured the size parameters of the body that are standard for amphibians The results of the measurements shown in the table indicate that storage in the fixative led to a slight decrease in the mean values of most parameters measured in frogs from both populations. The purpose of the study was to improve quality of surgical treatable of destructive pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with diabetes.Materials and Methods. D.B. Giller and employees of the Department of Phthisiopulmonology and Thoracic Surgery of the First Moscow State Medical University M.I. Sechenov performed operations on 200 patients with diabetes due to tuberculosis. Group 1 was mustered from 78 patients from 2004 to 2009. Group 2 was mustered from 122 patients from 2011 to 2017.Results. An analysis of the results showed that after 31 operations, 27 (13.5%) patients from both groups developed 33 complications. The second group (6.6%) had fewer complications after surgery than the first group (24.4%) 3.7 times. The first group had more vulnerary and bronchopleural complications than the second group. 12 patients (15.4%) of the first group and 6 patients (4.9%) of the second group had bronchopleural complications (empyema, residual cavity, delayed expansion of the lung and intrapleural bleeding). 2 patients died in the hospital (30-day mortality was 0.66%) after 303 surgical intervention in both groups. 1 patient (0.9%) died after 106 surgical interventions in the first group. 1 patient (0.5%) died after 197 surgical interventions in the second group. The full effect was achieved in 75 (96.2%) patients in the first group and 114 (93.4%) in the second group. The survival value of patients of the second group was 100% after 1 year, 98% after 2 years, 98.8% after 3 years, 96.9% after 4 years, 95.2% after 5 years. The surgical treatable affected the occupational rehabilitation of patients from group 2. 61.5% of patients from group 2 became able to work after 1 year. 64.5% of patients from group 2 became able to work after 5 years.Conclusion. If doctors use our tactics in patients with destructive pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes, the risk of complications after surgery will drop and reactivation of tuberculosis will not occur
