Game species fodder conditions in Eastern Siberia and Amur region
Hunting farms can serve as a source of primary data on the state of natural resources.
Taking into account the increasing anthropogenic impact on the environment, it is necessary to
constantly monitor the situation with food for ungulates and predators in order to be able to take
timely measures to improve the quality of habitat for wild fauna. Populations of wild large
animals live in the host landscapes of so reduced that animals population become extremely
vulnerable and unstable, signs of crisis can be seen in the data on the number of animals. Lack of
natural food is a serious deterrent, especially in difficult times of the year, such as winter and
spring. An analysis of the situation with food for a particular species will allow hunting farms to
properly plan their feeding and other activities throughout the year in order to maintain a
population of certain species on their territory and minimize the migration of species outside the
protected areas. The aim of our work was to create a baseline for tracking data on the
characteristics of wildlife animals. The research results allow hunting farms to use the data of
animal feeding preferences during different seasons of the year for better organization of their
biotechnical measures and improvement of feeding conditions for such species as red deer
(Cervus elaphus), elk (Cervus canadensis), roe deer (Capreolus pygargus) and bear(Ursus
arctos)
Equations over free inverse monoids with idempotent variables
We introduce the notion of idempotent variables for studying equations in
inverse monoids.
It is proved that it is decidable in singly exponential time (DEXPTIME)
whether a system of equations in idempotent variables over a free inverse
monoid has a solution. The result is proved by a direct reduction to solve
language equations with one-sided concatenation and a known complexity result
by Baader and Narendran: Unification of concept terms in description logics,
2001. We also show that the problem becomes DEXPTIME hard , as soon as the
quotient group of the free inverse monoid has rank at least two.
Decidability for systems of typed equations over a free inverse monoid with
one irreducible variable and at least one unbalanced equation is proved with
the same complexity for the upper bound.
Our results improve known complexity bounds by Deis, Meakin, and Senizergues:
Equations in free inverse monoids, 2007.
Our results also apply to larger families of equations where no decidability
has been previously known.Comment: 28 pages. The conference version of this paper appeared in the

A number of economic shocks, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the imposition of sanctions in 2022, are the most important drivers for the analysis, evaluation and forecasting of measures for the widespread adoption of digital currency. The development of local economic chains, interaction with partners in the EAEU block provide a favorable key to creating a digital means of payment. Own digital currency will also allow gradually reducing dependence on the dollar, as the main currency of international interaction
Present tectonics of the southeast of Russia as seen from GPS observations
The present tectonics of Northeast Asia has been extensively investigated during the last 12 yr by using GPS techniques. Nevertheless, crustal velocity field of the southeast of Russia near the northeastern boundaries of the hypothesized Amurian microplate has not been defined yet. The GPS data collected between 1997 February and 2009 April at sites of the regional geodynamic network were used to estimate the recent geodynamic activity of this area. The calculated GPS velocities indicate almost internal (between network sites) and external (with respect to the Eurasian tectonic plate) stability of the investigated region. We have not found clear evidences of any notable present-day tectonic activity of the Central Sikhote-Alin Fault as a whole. This fault is the main tectonic unit that determines the geological structure of the investigated region. The obtained results speak in favour of the existence of a few separate blocks and a more sophisticated structure of the proposed Amurian microplate in comparison with an indivisible plate approach
Spherical Sampler Probes Enhance the Robustness of Ambient Ionization Mass Spectrometry for Rapid Drugs Screening
Ambient ionization mass spectrometry has become one of the most promising approaches for rapid and high-throughput screening of small molecules in complex biological matrices for emergency medicine, forensics, and food and agriculture applications. The simple procedures for sample collection and ionization without additional pretreatment are vital in these fields. Many efforts have been devoted to modifying various ambient ionization techniques to simplify the procedures and improve the robustness and sensitivity of the methods. Here, we demonstrate the implementation of rigid spherical sampler probes to improve the robustness of touch spray ionization mass spectrometry. The sphericity of the probes increases the stability of the cone-jet mode of electrospray, reduces the requirements for fine positioning of a sampler in the ion source, and decreases the possibility of corona discharge occurrence. The utilization of spherical sampler probes allows fast, non-invasive sampling, followed by rapid analysis for various drugs of different chemical classes in complex biological matrices, such as the whole blood or sebum collected from the skin surface. The linearity of the analytical signal response from drug concentration confirms the possibility of creating a simple semiquantitative method for small molecules monitoring using spherical sampler probes
