The aim of this review article is emphasizing on development and validation protocol which will used to develop and validate accurate, simple, selective and specific spectrophotometric methods for the determination of Sofosbuvir (SOF) and Ledipasvir (LDV) in pure and in their dosage forms. Thus it is necessary to develop methods for analysis with the help of number of analytical techniques which are available for the estimation of the drugs in combination. The analyst were determine the Specific, accurate, simple, selective and stability-indicating RP-HPLC method is developed and validated for simultaneous determination of sofosbuvir and ledipasvir in tablet dosage form. Keywords: Sofosbuvir, Ledipasvir, RP-HPLC, Method development, Method validation

“To Study the Factors that affects Adoption of Cloud Computing in Indian Business Marketâ€

In today’s scenario Cloud computing is an exciting area for research, because of its relative novelty and increasing growth ,but still there are some nor the other factor that affects the growth of Cloud Computing in Indian Market today. In this paper, we present " Those factors that affects the growth of Cloud computing in Indian Business today" We hopethis review will provide a snapshot and reference source of the current state of cloud computing adoption in Indian Market and stimulate further research interest. We recommend to use the risk-adjusted balance between benefits and costs to decide on cloud adoption instead of focusing only on the benefits of cloud computing. Although this makes the business case for adoption of cloud computing lessfavorable, it provides a more realistic picture leading to sustainable decisions on cloud adoption. The TOE framework model is used to explore the technological, organizational and environmental factors that could influence the Cloud adoption. Relative advantage, redundancy and performance are identified as the key technological factors and complexity, compatibility and security are found to be the key technological challenges faced by the business. The factors and challenges identified in the study could be valuable for the planning stage of the adoption process. They could provide guidance for organizations that are potential Cloud adopters

    A Review on Microsphere

    No full text
The microsphere is having free-flowing powder properties that are incorporate proteins and synthetic or natural polymer. This polymer is biodegradable in nature and particle size having less than 200 µm. Advanced drug delivery system has various advantages over the mainstream multi dose therapy. The microsphere's drug delivery systems are acceptable for attained delay or sustained release formulation with minimum risk of dose repeatability and small gastric habitation time. The present review provides a complete discussion of therapeutic aspects of the microsphere drug delivery system into deliberation of the required area for microparticulate, types of polymers used, method of preparation, type of microspheres in detail, parameters & targeting of microspheres & practical aspects of microspheres. Keywords: Microspheres, bioavailability, types, classification, ideal properties, evaluation, etc

A Review on Solubility Enhancement by Solid Dispersion Method

    No full text
The issues of solubility for the targeted drug delivery of the new drug affects, the delivery many existing drug. The minimum 40% of the novel drug from the pharmaceutical industries are showing poor ability of solubilization in water. Hence to increase the solubility of such drug in waters and to increase their bioavailabilities are the major challenges to the scientists. So to overcome such problems and increase dissolution, development of solid dispersion with carriers having good water solubility is beneficiary. Hence solid dispersion methods are found to be an effective method to develop the solubility factor of the drug which showing poor solubility in water. The review highlights the various aspect of solid dispersion type, rational, advantages, limitation and manufacturing processes for the limited commercialization of solid dispersion. Keywords: Solid dispersions, hydrophilic, carrier, solubility, polymer, bioavailability

Conditions for attachment of the spin-label via esterification have been optimized on the direct synthesis of polyradicals from commercially available polyphenols and the carboxylic acid functionalized nitroxide TPC. A common synthetic protocol utilizing 4-hydroxy-4′-iodobiphenyl as a key building block has been used to synthesize an equilateral biradical and a triradical in only two steps from commercially available starting materials. The first synthesis of a tetraradical based upon an adamantane core bearing six equivalent nitroxide–nitroxide distances is also reported. These systems are very promising candidates for studying multi-spin effects in pulsed EPR distance measurements.Publisher PDFPeer reviewe
