Dále je pak zmapován a popsán legislativní rámec zahrnující založení takového provozovatele. V další části je charakterizována a navrhnuta strategie pro založení letecké společnosti a v poslední části jsou popsány ekonomické aspekty provozu leteckého provozovatele.This Bachelor thesis describes a procedure of the establishment of an air operator. The first chapter describes the reasons for the chosen type of operations. Further there is described the legislative framework of such an operator. Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Creating Shared Value

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá myšlenkou trvale udržitelného rozvoje a trvale udržitelného podnikání. Teoretická část popisuje historii a vývoj těchto dvou konceptů na základě dostupné literatury. Zároveň je představen rámec tvorby sdílené hodnoty, který napomáhá podnikům v zařazení jejich odpovědných aktivit tak, aby se staly součástí všech jejich procesů a zároveň vytvářely sdílenou hodnotu. V praktické části je popsána aktuální strategie společnosti IKEA pod názvem People & Planet Positive a její přínosy k udržitelnému podnikání. Hlavním přínosem práce je porovnání konkrétních aktivit sledované společnosti s konceptem tvorby sdílené hodnoty, který zaručuje uspokojení všech tří pilířů udržitelnosti – ekonomického, environmentálního a sociálního. Na konkrétních příkladech je dokázáno, že udržitelné podnikání je prospěšné jak pro řešení globálních problémů, tak pro firmu samotnou.This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of sustainable development and sustainable entrepreneurship. Theoretical part of the paper presents history and development of the two theories and also describes the concept of Creating Shared Value that helps businesses adapt their responsible activities into their practices in a way that creates shared value. Practical part describes ongoing strategy of IKEA named People & Planet Positive and describes its contributions to a sustainable entrepreneurship. The main contribution of this work is the comparison of specific activities of the monitored company with the concept of creating shared value, which guarantees satisfaction of all three pillars of sustainability – economic, environmental and social. Concrete examples show that sustainable entrepreneurship is beneficial to both tackling global challenges and the business itself

Softwood and solid recovered fuel gasification residual chars as sorbents for flue gas mercury capture

The scope of this paper is focused on gasification char (GC) utilisation as a direct sorbent for mercury capture from coal combustion flue gas. GC, being a waste material from thermochemical conversion, can represent an economically feasible variation of active coal-based sorbent. The aim of this study is to determine the absorption capacities of GC produced from softwood pellets (SWP) and solid recovered fuel (SRF). The influence of particle size and hot steam activation was examined. The carbon content in produced GC was between 73.7 and 93.4% wt., and SBET parameter up to 737.2 m2middotg-1. The Hg removal efficiency eta Hg was determined by a continuous mercury monitoring system. Promising removal efficiency results were obtained in the case of 0.5-2 mm particle size, hot-steam activated with 76.5 and 62.3% for SWP and SRF GC material, respectively. The results clearly suggest a promising, unconventional approach to waste utilisation in energetics, avoiding its inconvenient disposal. Thus, GC utilisation in the proper way may help to improve the sustainability of the circular economy on both small and big scales and, consequently, have a positive impact on various environmental aspects, such as air pollution control or extraction of resources minimalization.Web of Science29art. no. 10297
