Mechanical and Chemical Properties of Nano-SiO2 Geopolymer Cement Cured under Elevated Conditions towards Acid Invasions
In completing drilling operation, cementing job is conducted to restrict fluid movement between the formations and to bond and support the casing. Several factors may affect the mechanical properties of oilwell cement, including elevated condition and acid stimulation. Besides having mechanical properties degradation under elevated conditions, history shows that acid stimulation job may also cause zonal isolation problems toward conventional Portland-based oilwell cement. Geopolymer cement, a new developed-cement system, has been proven having excellent compressive strength and good acid resistance. However, its performances degraded under elevated conditions, especially due to acid attack. This research focuses on the compatibility of nano-SiO2 geopolymer cement cured under elevated conditions towards acid invasion. Class G cement, fly ash, silica fume and nano-SiO2 were used as raw materials in five (5) samples. It utilized two curing conditions (70oC/1500 psi and 120oC/4000 psi) for 24 hours and 12%/3% HCl/HF for acid solution. Cement samples were immersed into acid solution for 1, 3 and 5 days. The morphology of cement samples was identified using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) whilst the chemical bond and composition were defined from Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR) and X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF). Compressive strength and mass loss of the cement samples were then tested to be related to the structure of cement. This study found that NG1 (nano-geopolymer cement with 1% nano-SiO2) reached the highest strength value at elevated conditions. Compared to Class G, pure geopolymer (GPC) and nano-SiO2 geopolymer (NG1 and NG3) had better acid resistance as the experienced much less strength loss. At the same time the CO2 emissions from producing conventional API cement can be eliminated by the new nano-SiO2 geopolymer cement
Sports Infrastructure and Leadership Support on Sport Participation Frequency
The purpose of the study. The goal of this research was to see how leadership support for sports infrastructure affected the frequency with which people participated in sports.
Materials and methods. Tests and observations were used as data collecting strategies. The data was descriptively and qualitatively examined.
Results. The study's findings demonstrate that while Pahlawan University's infrastructure does not meet all of the requirements, it is already usable.
Conclusions. Although there is leadership support, it is still insufficient, causing current participants to underutilize existing infrastructure owing to the civitas' hectic working hours
Customer Intention to Quantify the Feasibility of BUMD during The Modern Economic Era: Case Study of BUMD in Kampar Regency

In the modern economic era, success business sector should give attention to how global policies, as well as regional policies, certainly affects the intensity and direction of business policies. Customer intention was to play the priority of the company to create and gain the market. Where the customer intention will be reflecting the customer's behaviour and view against the product or the business unit. This study was to determine the customer intention to quantify the feasibility of BUMD during the modern Economic Era. This study was limited to regency-owned BUMD and the BUMD was established more than 15 years. This study was conducted on customers from Bank BPR Sarimadu. The Slovin formula technique was chosen in this study where the number of samples in this study is as many as 100 people from 300 customers, with an error rate of 10%. the result was defined that the Customer Intention of BUMD is explained by Professionalism (X1), Marketing Quality (X2), and Service Quality (X3) variables by 69.5%, while 34.5% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. This study also mentions that its major contribution to customer intention was influenced by these factors. Based on this study, professionalism, marketing quality along with service quality is the main parameters for increasing the interest of the customer to become BUMD loyal members. Thus, professionalism becoming a top priority for enhancing the BUMD image or company image. By improving the quality of management, marketing quality, and service quality of the company, BUMD customers will feel more confident when using chosen of BUMDs products and services.
