Social Recognition and Economic Equilibrium

This paper is an attempt to incorporate the human ability of recognition, especially, the ability to recognize the society to which they belong, with the economic equilibrium theory characterized by a description of society through individual rational behaviors. Contents may be classified into the following three categories: (1) a rigorous set theoretical treatment of the description of individual rationality; (2) set theoretical description of the validity in a society; and (3) rationality as an equilibrium (fixed point) of social recognition.Social Recognition, Rationality, Social Equilibrium, Fixed Point Theorem, Goedel's Incompleteness Theorem.

Pengembangan Buku Tiga Dimensi Berbahasa Inggris Bermuatan Cerita Rakyat Kalimantan Barat Untuk Pemahaman Narrative Peserta Didik

The aim of this study is to develop an English three-dimension book of West Kalimantan folklore which is relevant to learner\u27s narrative understanding in learning English. This qualitative research is done based on the common phases of research development which cover research and initial data collecting, designing, product developing, validating, product revising, early trials, field trials, and operational trials. The researcher concludes that English three-dimension book of West Kalimantan folklore can be effectively used by the learners easier, funnier, independently and achieve the mastery learning objectives

PENGARUH PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TEACHING PERSONAL AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TERHADAP TANGGUNGJAWAB DAN PERILAKU SOSIAL SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENJAS : Studi Eksperimen pada Siswa Kelas X MA Al Inayah Kota Bandung

Hasil studi lapangan di sekolah MA Al Inayah Kota Bandung masih ditemukan kasus-kasus pelanggaran tata tertib, seperti masih ada siswa yang sekedar mengikuti pembelajaran, tidak mengerjakan tugas, meninggalkan kelas tanpa izin, coret-coret dinding, berkelahi dengan teman dan pemerasan kepada teman atau adik kelas. Hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa minimnya tanggungjawab dan perilaku sosial siswa. Sehingga perlu adanya upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diantaranya dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran TPSR. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model TPSR terhadap tanggungjawab dan perilaku sosial siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu, siswa kelas X MA Al Inayah Kota Bandung dan sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 30 siswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest design. Untuk melihat perkembangan tanggungjawab dan perilaku sosial menggunakan pengolahan data uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan model pembelajaran TPSR terhadap tanggungjawab dan perilaku sosial siswa. Rata-rata pretest dan posttest model TPSR terhadap tanggungjawab terdapat peningkatan nilai sebesar 7,03 dan model TPSR terhadap perilaku sosial sebesar 8,03. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemilihan model pembelajaran menjadi hal terpenting dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran di sekolah dan penerapan model pembelajaran TPSR sangat penting dalam meningkatkan sikap tanggungjawab dan perilaku sosial siswa. ;--- The results of a study at Al Inayah Senior High School school Bandung still found cases of violation of the rules, such as there are still students who just follow the lesson, do not do the task, leave the class without permission, wall painting, fighting with friends and extortion to friends or juniors. It can be seen that the lack of responsibility and social behavior of students. So it is necessary to attempt to overcome these problems such as by using the model of learning TPSR. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of TPSR model implementation on the responsibility and social behavior of students in physical education. The population in this research is a senior high school student in the X class Al Inayah Bandung and the samples are 30 student. The research used experimental method with one-group pretest-posttest design. To see the development of responsibilities and social behavior using data processing paired sample t-test. The result of the research shows that there is significant influence of the application of TPSR learning model to the responsibility and social behavior of the students. The average pretest and posttest model of TPSR on responsibility there is an increase of value of 7.03 and TPSR model to social behavior of 8.03. So it can be concluded that the selection of learning model becomes the most important thing in achieving the learning objectives in schools and the application of TPSR learning model is very important in improving the attitude of responsibility and social behavior of students

Fenomena penggunaan bahasa gaul di SMAN 4 Singkawang Kalimantan Barat: suatu tinjauan psikolinguistik

Berbagai pihak berpandangan bahwa saat ini tata bahasa Indonesia sudah mengalami banyak perubahan dan sangat memprihatinkan. Hal tersebut sebagai akibat dari adanya perkembangan bahasa-bahasa baru dalam interaksi dunia remaja yang mereka sebut sebagai bahasa gaul atau dikenal juga dengan bahasa alay. Dampaknya, saat ini sudah banyak para remaja yang mengalami kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dengan baik dan benar. Keadaan ini semakin parah karena perasaan takut dianggap ketinggalan zaman (tidak gaul) bila tidak menggunakan bahasa tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan bahasa gaul di SMAN 4 Singkawang Kalimantan Barat serta dampak yang ditimbulkannya

Meanings and Expressions of Caring Among Nurses in Clinical Workplace: a Literature Review

Background: Research shows that nurse retention is high as a result of a stressful work environment coupled with inadequate support in clinical workplace. Caring among nurses is therefore crucial in enhanced and enriched the working environment that helps increase nurse's satisfaction and retention in the profession.Purpose: To explore the meanings and expressions of caring among nurses in clinical workplace.Methods: Literature review of existing articles on electronic databases was conducted. The meanings and expressions of caring among nurses were identified. The year of publication ranged from 2000-2012.Result: Based on inclusion criteria, 10 articles reviewed were included. There was very limited result describing meanings of caring among nurses. However, caring expressions had been identified and categorized into personal and professional levels. There were some common themes such as caring through helping and support, caring through appreciating, and acknowledging unappreciated caring.Conclusion: Caring among nurses is very important to keep nurses emerged and able to work more effectively. However, caring varies within cultures and there are still limited studies among nurses in nonwestern society. Therefore, further research is needed to describe meanings and expressions of caring in clinical workplace that is beneficial in enhancing caring environment, increasing nurse's satisfaction and nurse retention
