Improving the methodological tools of market pricing in exhibition marketing

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to determine ways to improve the methodological pricing tools in exhibition marketing from market positions. Design/Methodology/Approach: The leading method of research is a systematic approach, which is used to substantiate the economic and mathematical model of the optimal market price of the exhibition area, which is set depending on the quality of the exhibition. In order to measure differences in the quality of exhibition events, authors proposed to use reference-exhibition benchmarking characterized by the best price / quality ratio. Findings: The results of the study form the methodological basis for improving pricing not only in the exhibition business, but also in other areas of business activity. This is possible if the goods (services) are produced in the conditions of a monopolistic competition, and the quality of an individual product (service) could be quantified in a conventional unit, which should be scientifically substantiated. Practical implications: This study is of practical value for both exhibition organizers and their participants. Using of expo-activities of the developed methodological tools of market pricing allows strengthening their competitive positions and increasing the profitability of exhibitions, if the optimal market price of the exposition calculated by the proposed method compensates the average total costs of the exhibition company. Originality/Value: The article substantiates the original conceptual approach to exhibition pricing, which is based on interaction marketing, benchmarking and extremely high price, which prevents the formation of demand from exhibitors, that is proposed to be called the alternative price. It becomes possible to provide a scientific basis for determining the optimal market price of the exhibition area, that maximizes the profit of the organizing company.peer-reviewe

Against the background of high occupational illness abroad, the figures of occupational morbidity in Russia are declining, despite more difficult working conditions. Topicality of the research is caused by the problem of low occupational diseases rate revealing in the early stages of their development and their early diagnosis. The article presents the results of the possibilities of ultrasound method in diagnostics of muscle tissue changes in myofibrosis. Results of ultrasound examination let us develop occupational myofibrosis classification according severity of disease that significantly increases efficiency of undertake expert assessment of disease relation to the job.Актуальность темы исследования обусловлена проблемой низкой выявляемости профессиональных заболеваний на ранних стадиях развития и проблемой их ранней диагностики. В статье представлены результаты изучения возможностей ультразвукового метода в диагностике изменений мышечной ткани при миофиброзе. Оптимізація навчальної діяльності та забезпечення освітнього процесу при викладанні медичної біології.

Background. There are many options for organizing and implementing of educational activities and achieving the goal of learning. The methodological basis of optimization is a systematic approach, which requires considering all the components of training and the educational process in the unity of regular relationships, relying on the general theory of management by complex dynamic systems. Objective is to prove that optimization of teaching is possible in condition of modern methodical and technical support, that daily activity of teachers should be targeted to replenishment of training and methodical materials, applying of innovative informational technologies and effective methods of knowledge control. Methods. Medical biology is a complex science which studies structural, functional and genetic bases of human vital functions on the different levels of life organization and organisms that cause critical human conditions. With the purpose of optimization of  educational process and standartization of preparing of specialists at application of the various methodical and technical support, the teachers of the department use developed by them textbooks and manuals, collections of tests, interactive informational technologies (computer programs, multimedia support of lectures and practical classes, electronic database), which allow to teach the subject effectively, to develop the competentions and to master fundamental disciplines. Conclusion. Optimization of educational process and in particular preparing on medical biology needs the improvement of methodical and technical support, using interactive computer software and the execution of tests and situational tasks.Актуальность. Оптимизация обучения и обеспечение образовательного процесса – необходимые условия реформирования и развития высшего образования в Украине. Их реализация заключается в нахождении соответствия педагогической системы тем целям, для достижения которых она создана. Доказать, что оптимизация обучения возможна при условии современного учебно-методического и технического обеспечения, что деятельность преподавателей должна быть направлена на обновление учебно-методических материалов, применение инновационных технологий и эффективных методов контроля знаний. Методы. Медицинская биология изучает структурно-функциональные основы жизнедеятельности человека на разных уровнях организации жизни и организмы, которые вызывают критические состояния. С целью оптимизации учебного процесса, унификации подготовки специалистов при использовании разнообразного учебно-методического и технического обеспечения преподавателями кафедры используются разработанные ими учебники и пособия, сборники тестов, интерактивные технологии (компьютерные программы, мультимедийное обеспечение), что позволяет преподавать предмет эффективно и достичь цели обучения, создать условия для развития компетентностей и овладения фундаментальными дисциплинами. Выводы. Оптимизация образовательного процесса при подготовке по медицинской биологии требует совершенствования учебно-методического обеспечения, использования интерактивных технологий, разработки тестовых и ситуационных заданий.Актуальність. Довести, що оптимізація навчання можлива за умови сучасного навчально-методичного та технічного забезпечення, що діяльність викладачів має бути спрямована на оновлення методичних матеріалів, застосування інноваційних технологій та ефективних методів контролю знань. Методи. Медична біологія вивчає структурно-функціональні основи життєдіяльності людини на різних рівнях організації та організми, що викликають критичні стани. Оптимізація навчального процесу та уніфікація підготовки фахівців при застосуванні різноманітного навчально-методичного забезпечення вимагає проведення занять викладачами кафедри з використанням створених ними підручників та посібників, збірників тестів, інтерактивних технологій (комп’ютерних програм, мультимедійного забезпечення занять, електронної бази даних), що дозволяє ефективно викладати предмет та досягти головної мети навчання, створити умови для розвитку компетентностей та опанування фундаментальними дисциплінами. Висновки. Оптимізація освітнього процесу при підготовці з медичної біології потребує вдосконалення навчально-методичного забезпечення, використання інтерактивних технологій,роботи з тестовими та ситуаційними завданнями
