Объектом исследования является система автоматического управления насоса перекачки золошлаковой пульпы. Цель работы – разработка и исследование электропривода насоса перекачки золошлаковой пульпы. В выпускной квалификационной работе произведён расчет и выбор приводного двигателя преобразователя частоты для управления электроприводами. Обоснован выбор способа управления, рассчитаны механические и электромеханические характеристики.The object of study is an automatic control system for the pump for transferring ash and slag pulp. The purpose of the work is the development and study of the electric drive of the pump for transferring ash and slag pulp. Коммерциализация результатов научно-технической деятельности в Республике Узбекистан

Коммерциализация результатов научных исследований и разработок выступает необходимым условием стратегического развития любой страны, поскольку обеспечивает создание новинок, совершенствование технологии их изготовления с последующим внедрением и эффективной реализацией на внутреннем и зарубежных рынках. В рамках работы были рассмотрены теоретические основы коммерциализация результатов научно-технической деятельности, проведен анализ коммерциализации разработок в Республике Узбекистан, выявлены особенности организации данного процесса и даны рекомендации по его совершенствованию.The commercialization of research and development results is a prerequisite for the strategic development of any country, since it ensures the creation of new products, improvement of their manufacturing technology with subsequent implementation and effective implementation in the domestic and foreign markets. FROM MULTIPLE POLYGONS TO SINGLE GEOMETRY: OPTIMIZATION OF POLYGON INTEGRATION FOR CROWDSOURCED DATA

Paid crowdsourcing is a popular approach for creating training data in machine learning, but output quality can suffer from various drawbacks, such as noisy data. One solution is to obtain multiple acquisitions of the same dataset and perform integration steps, which can be challenging for geometries such as polygons. In this paper, we propose a raster-based polygon integration approach for the use of crowdsourced data, providing a solution for integrating multiple geometric shapes into single geometries. We analyze the effects of the choice of the integration threshold parameter for different sample sizes on the quality measures intersection over union (IoU) and Hausdorff distance, and provide a recommendation for its optimal selection based on empirical analysis. Additionally, further possibilities to improve integration results are explored, i.e., methods of filtering data before integration by outlier detection

Partial versus general compulsory solidarity: an experimental analysis

We focus on ways and means of solidarity and their more or less voluntary and involuntary character. Alternative ways of redistribution are modeled by combining redistribution as emergent from a non-discriminatory voluntary contribution mechanism, VCM, with an outside option for a “super-rich”, R, participant to donate to VCM participants. The outsider may discriminate between participants of the VCM on the basis of information accessible at a cost to her. Inclusion in and exclusion from the VCM are involuntary while contributions in it are voluntary. How involuntary inclusion of R in VCM affects her discriminatory voluntary donations and contribution behavior is explored experimentally
