    Pengujian Bahan Formulasi MsNPV ( Mythimna Separata Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus) Terhadap Ulat Grayak Padi, Mythimna Separata Walker Di Lapangan

    The objective of these studies were to observe efficiency material formulations of MsNPV and the influence to rice plantation on different locations (Indramayu (3 m above sea level), Sukabumi (400m above sea level) and Bogor (250 m above sea level) to larvae of rice army worm. This study used randomized block design with 4 treatments consisted of 3 formulation materials (talc, kaolin and gypsum) and control in five replications. Observations were done to life and death larvae on 5, 10, 15 days after inoculation and leaf damaged. Data were analysed with DMRT. Results from this study indicated that material talc formulation was more effective because all the material was dissolve as compare to material kaolin and gypsum formulations while the material were precipitated. Utilize these three material formulations on three different locations above sea level gave the same impact to the mortality army worm larvae and also to the plant damage

    Several methods can be used to control pest infestation, especially by the use of biological agents that do not contaminate environment. Virus as a biological agent has already been used to control army worm on some plants. Some benefits can be obtained when biological agents are used to control insect infestation. The objectives of these studies were to obtain: a method to produce MsNPV formulation from rice army worm; an effective and efficient method to pack and store MsNPV formulation as biological agent of rice army worm and an efficient application method of MsNPV formulation to control rice army worm. These studies were conducted at laboratory and green house in Bogor and rice field in Indramayu and Sukabumi, West Java during the planting season of 2005. The experiment consisted of several parts: production of suspension and MsNPV formulation from the larvae of ricearmy worm, packing and period storing of MsNPV formulation, observe the effect of MsNPV formulation on rice army worm in the rice fileds. Results from these studies show that the number of larvae used will effect production of suspension and formulation of MsNPV. The number of larvae used would increase the production of suspension and the value of formulation will also increase. While method of packing, period of time and location of storing showed that time period of 1; 2; and 3 months at different colour of plastic also location of storing refrigerator vs room temperature did not effect on mortality of larvae rice armyworm

    Hubungan Tingkat Pendidikan dan Nilai Anak dengan Fertilitas Pasangan Perkawinan Usia Muda

    The research aims to know the relation of education level with fertility, relation of children's value with fertility and relation of education's level,children's value and first age marriage with fertility.The method used in the research is survey method. The population in this research are 250 respondents with a total sample of 125 respondents, taken with the random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were questioners, interviews and observation. To outher using SPSS.The approach of the research is quantitative research with survey method. Data analysis is using multiple correlation with 95% significance. The result of research shows that there is a relation of education's level, children's value and first age marriage with fertility F count (23,782) > F table (2,679), there is a relation of education's level, children's value and first age marriage with fertilty.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pendidikan dengan jumlah anak lahir hidup, hubungan nilai anak dengan jumlah anak lahir hidup, hubungan usia kawin pertama dengan jumlah anak lahir hidup dan hubungan tingkat pendidikan, nilai anak dan usia kawin pertama dengan jumlah anak lahir hidup. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Populasi berjumlah 250 pasangan perkawinan usia muda dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 125 wanita pasangan perkawinan usia muda yang diambil dengan teknik random sampling jenis simple random sampling dengan metode undian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara terstruktur dan observasi.Analisis data menggunakan korelasi ganda dengan signifikansi 95%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif tingkat pendidikan, nilai anak dan usia kawin pertama dengan jumlah anak lahir hidup diperoleh nilai F hitung (23,782) > Ftabel (2,679). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif tingkat pendidikan, nilai anak dan usia kawin pertama dengan jumlah anak lahir hidup

    Brainstorming Method And Discussion To Increasing Social Skill By Students Learning Environment

    The objectives of the research were to know the difference of the social skill improvement concerning the students learning environment among students interaction and between students teacher interaction that teaching learning used brainstorming method and discussion. This research used quasi experiment with factorial design. The interpretation sampling was probability sampling by using cluster random sampling. The collecting data technique used documentation, interviews, and social skill observation sheets. The first and sixth hypothesis testing were using two way variants while for second, third, fourth, fifth, an seventh were using t-test. The result of the research showed that there were difference increasing in social skills by observing the students learning environment seen from the students interaction among the students and between students and teacher who using brainstorming method and discussion.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan sosial dengan memperhatikan lingkungan belajar siswa dilihat dari interaksi siswa dengan siswa dan interaksi siswa dengan guru yang pembelajarannnya menggunakan metode brainstorming dan diskusi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode quasi experiment dengan desain faktorial. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling dengan menggunakan cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, wawancara, dan lembar pengamatan keterampilan sosial. Pengujian hipotesis pertama dan keenam menggunakan analisis varian dua jalan sedangkan untuk hipotesis kedua, ketiga, keempat, kelima, dan ketujuh menggunakan t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan sosial dengan memperhatikan lingkungan belajar siswa dilihat dari interaksi siswa dengan siswa dan interaksi siswa dengan guru yang pembelajarannnya menggunakan metode brainstorming dan diskusi.Kata kunci: diskusi, keterampilan sosial, lingkungan belajar, metode brainstormin

    Hubungan Tingkat Pendidikan Penggunaan Kontrasepsi dengan Jumlah Anak yang Dilahirkan Wanita Pus

    The purpose of this research was to assess the correlation of education level and the use of contraceptive device on number of children born by female aged couple lush (EFA). The method used was survey method. The population were 988 EFA female, with a sample of 91 EFA female. Data analysis technique used was Contingency Coefficient and YulisQ three variables analysis. The results showed that (1) there is a correlation between education level and number of children born with x2 count value 25.06 and the price of C of 0.463. (2) there is a correlation between the use of contraceptive device with the number of children born with x2 count value 13.82 and the price of C of 0.361. (3) there is a correlation between education level and the use of contraceptive device with the number of children born with a very strong degree of correlation with the value Qxy Tied T 0.84.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji hubungan tingkat pendidikan dan penggunaan alat kontrasepsi dengan jumlah anak yang dilahirkan wanita PUS. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survai. Populasi berjumlah 988 PUS, dengan sampel 91 wanita PUS. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis koefisien kontingensi dan analisis YulisQ tiga variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) ada hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan dengan jumlah anak yang dilahirkan dengan nilai x2 hitung 25,06 dan harga C sebesar 0,463. (2) ada hubungan antara penggunaan alat kontrasepsi dengan jumlah anak yang dilahirkan dengan nilai x2 hitung 13,82 dan harga C sebesar 0,361. (3) ada hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan dan penggunaan alat kontrasepsi dengan jumlah anak yang dilahirkan dengan derajat hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan nilai Qxy Tied T sebesar 0,84

    The purposes of this research were to develop cooperative learning model Beach Ball Group Investigations to increase social skill and analyze the effectiveness of cooperative learning model Beach Ball Group Investigations. This research used Research and Development (R & D). Colecting data were using questionnaires, interview, social skill observation and multiple choice questions test. Data were analyzed by using t- test and gain score to test the effectiveness of the product. The results of this research and development was cooperative learning model Beach Ball Group Investigations which can increase social skill, and the result data analysis showed that it was obtained coefficient value was greater than t table and the gain-score showed in good category, so that learning by using cooperative learning model Beach Ball Group Investigations was effectively to improve social skill. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa model pembelajaran kooperatif Beach Ball Group Investigations untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif Beach Ball Group Investigations pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, lembar penilaian pengamatan keterampilan sosial dan tes pilihan jamak. Teknik analisis data menggunakan t test dan n-gain untuk menguji efektivitas produk. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan model pembelajaran kooperatif Beach Ball Group Investigations yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa, dan hasil analisis ujicoba diperoleh nilai koofisien t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, dan selisih nilai pretest-postes (n-gain) berada pada kategori baik sehingga pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Beach Ball Group Investigations efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial

    The purpose of this research to get information about whether there the rate of urbanization and the characteristics of urban areas in Pringsewu district. Methods used in this research is descriptive. Object of this research was the level of urbanization and the characteristics of urban areas in Pringsewu district. The subject of this research was data relating the population of Pringsewu district. Technique data collection was carried out by observation, documentation and the literature study, while technique data analysis in this research using analysis descriptive. This research result indicates: (1) the rate of urbanization in Pringsewu district with value of 46,25 %, ( 2 ) the characteristics of urban areas in Pringsewu district with value of 28,24 %. The rate of urbanization om the criteria midle and the characteristics of urban areas in Pringsewu district still below on the criteria low.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang adanya tingkat urbanisasi dan ciri wilayah perkotaan di Kabupaten Pringsewu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Objekpenelitian ini tentang tingkat urbanisasi dan ciri wilayah perkotaan Kabupaten Pringsewu. Subjek penelitian yaitu data terkait penduduk Kabupaten Pringsewu. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka sedangkan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Tingkat urbanisasi di Kabupaten Pringsewu dengan nilai sebesar 46,25 %, (2) Ciri wilayah perkotaan di Kabupaten Pringsewu dengan nilai 28,24 %.     This study aimed to determine the Practice of Family Planning (KB) on the pair of Eligible Young Parity Low (PUS MUPAR) in the Dusun Gunung Batu. The method used in this research was descriptive method. This research was the population study, that is the whole PUS MUPAR in the Dusun Gunung Batu which was totaled 27. The technique of collecting data was using questionnaires, structured interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed was using one-way table percentages and cross tables (cross tab). The result showed that (1) the PUS MUPAR was relatively young age, which were about (20-24 years) and most of (96.3 percent) has an average number of children born alive that is ? 2 kids. (2) The level of PUS MUPAR knowledge about family planning is low. (3) type of contraception used EFA MUPAR majority (92.6 percent) use a type of Non LTCM, and longer use of contraceptives is ? 1 year.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Praktek Keluarga Berencana (KB) pada Pasangan Usia Subur Muda Paritas Rendah (PUS MUPAR) di Dusun Gunung Batu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi, dengan jumlah populasi yaitu seluruh PUS MUPAR di Dusun Gunung Batu berjumlah 27. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan tabel persentase satu arah dan tabel silang (cross tab). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) umur PUS MUPAR tergolong muda yaitu (20-24 tahun) dan sebagian besar (96,3 persen) memiliki rata-rata jumlah anak lahir hidup sedikit yaitu ? 2 anak. (2) Tingkat pengetahuan PUS MUPAR tentang keluarga berencana tergolong rendah. (3) Jenis alat kontrasepsi yang digunakan PUS MUPAR sebagian besar (92,6 persen) menggunakan jenis Non MKJP, dan lama penggunaan alat kontrasepsi yaitu ? 1 tahun

    Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik dalam Penanaman Nilai-nilai Sosial Mata Pelajaran Geografi

    The purposes of this research were to produce student worksheet in developing social values in geography subject so it can be used as learning resource in geography subject and determine the effectiveness of the use of students worksheet in the developing social values in geography learning. This research used the steps from Dick and Carry Development Design. The result of data analysis showed that the effectiveness of learning in experiment class using students worksheet is more effective than the control class significantly. The increasing average in experiment class is higher (14,86) than the control (9,71) class. Analysis using t-test showed that t-count > t tabel (alpha 0,05). Thus, it can be concluded that experiment class which used students worksheet in geography subject, has higher achievement than the control class.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) dalam penanaman nilai-nilai sosial pada mata pelajaran geografi sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar dalam pembelajaran geografi dan mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) dalam penanaman nilai-nilai sosial dalam pembelajaran geografi. Desain pengembangan mengikuti langkah-langkah Dick and Carey. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas pembelajaran kelas eksperimen menggunakan bahan ajar Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik lebih efektif dari pada kelas kontrol secara signifikan. Rata-rata hasil belajar kenaikan kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi (14,86) dari pada kelas kontrol (9,71). Analisis menggunakan t-test diperoleh t-hitung > t-tabel (alpa 0,05). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Geografi, memperoleh hasil belajar lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol
