    Tingkat Kesiapsiagaan Dasa Wisma dalam Menghadapi Bencana Banjir di Kelurahan Bidara Cina

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kesiapsiagaan Dasa Wisma dalam menghadapi banjir di Kelurahan Bidara Cina, Jakarta Timur yang difokuskan pada wilayah rawan banjir sepanjang sungai Ciliwung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif menggunakan observasi, angket/kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 284 anggota Dasa Wisma dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang berjumlah 74 anggota Dasa Wisma. Kemudian hasil pengambilan angket diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik skoring yang mengacu pada LIPI-UNESCO dengan  parameter pengetahuan dan sikap, rencana tanggap darurat, sistem peringatan dini, dan mobilisasi sumberdaya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesiapsiagaan Dasa Wisma paling tinggi berada di wilayah kerawanan banjir sedang diperoleh nilai indeks 79 kategori siap, dengan parameter tertinggi berada pada rencana tanggap darurat 86 kategori sangat siap Sedangkan, dilihat dari keseluruhan tingkat kesiapsiagaan Dasa Wisma dalam menghadapi banjir di Kelurahan Bidara Cina masuk dalam kategori siap dengan nilai indeks 75. Parameter tertinggi yang didapatkan oleh Dasa Wisma seluruh Kelurahan Bidara Cina berada pada sistem peringatan dini dengan nilai indeks 82 kategori sangat siap. Kata kunci: Banjir, Kesiapsiagaan, Dasa WismaDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpg.v12.i1.2906

    The Correlation Between Resilience Levels and Disaster Preparedness Among Students at SMP Negeri 26 Jakarta Regarding Flood Disasters

    This study aims to explore the relationship between resilience levels and disaster preparedness. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method with a correlational approach. The study was conducted on 83 students of SMP Negeri 26 Jakarta who had experienced flooding. The findings show that the correlation coefficient is non-zero, indicating a relationship between resilience and disaster preparedness. This relationship is positive, with a correlation coefficient of 0.454, suggesting that higher resilience correlates with higher disaster preparedness. The resilience levels of students who experienced flooding were categorized as high to very high, which aligned with their disaster preparedness levels, predominantly categorized as ready to very ready. Keywords: Resilience; Disaster Preparedness; Correlation

    Spatial Analysis of Healthcare Facilities in Mersam Subdistrict

    This study aims to assess and analyze healthcare facilities in the Mersam Subdistrict. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, utilizing a regional study design with a spatial analysis based on Geographic Information System (GIS) software. The author seeks to understand the distribution, accessibility, and performance of these healthcare facilities. The Mersam Subdistrict serves as the population unit for this research. The findings reveal that the distribution of healthcare facilities in the Mersam Subdistrict includes community health centers (Puskesmas), assistant community health centers (Puskesmas Pembantu), and village health posts (Poskesdes). Accessibility to these healthcare facilities is defined as 3,000 meters for Puskesmas, 1,500 meters for Puskesmas Pembantu, and 1,000 meters for Poskesdes. These radii are established based on the Indonesian National Standards (SNI) 03-1733-2004 regarding the planning of urban residential environments. The analysis indicates that the facilities can be accessed effectively by the community. Performance assessments of the healthcare facilities in Mersam, derived from questionnaire surveys, reveal mixed levels of satisfaction among the public. For the Puskesmas, the satisfaction survey indicates positive feedback for Mersam Puskesmas. Among the assistant community health centers, Mersam Pustu received satisfactory ratings, while Belanti Jaya Pustu received a rating of dissatisfaction.     Drone Multispektral Dalam Pemetaan Tutupan Lahan Kajai, Pasaman Barat, Sumatera Barat, Indonesia

    Sumatra Island is the sixth-largest island in the world, with an area of 443,068.8 km2. West Sumatra often experiences earthquakes due to the subduction route, or the India-Australia and Eurasian tectonic plate route, the Mentawai Fault System on the western part of the West Sumatra Coast, and the Sumatran Fault Segment, as happened in West Pasaman Regency. The earthquake in West Sumatra was in Kenagarian Kajai, Talamau District, West Pasaman Regency. This research aim to obtain spatial information in the Kenagarian Kajai area, Talamau District, West Pasaman, which will later be implemented in the form of a map. This multispectral drone can produce images that can be processed digitally, so they can present images of objects that are simpler but informative in classifying them. By using drones, it is possible to obtain topographic measurement data with the same quality as terrestrial measurements but in a relatively shorter time.  Pulau Sumatera merupakan pulau terbesar keenam di dunia dengan luas mencapai 443.068,8 Km2. Sumatera Barat sering mengalami gempa bumi, akibat adanya jalur subduksi atau jalur lempeng tektonik India-Australia dan Eurasia, Mentawai Fault System di bagian Barat Pantai Sumatera Barat, dan Segmen Sesar Sumatera, seperti yang terjadi di Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Gempa bumi di Sumatera Barat yaitu Kenagarian Kajai, Kecamatan Talamau, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Dalam penelitian ini, kami menggunakan wahana peminderaan jauh berupa drone multispektral untuk memetakan tutupan lahan dan bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi spasial di wilayah Kenagarian Kajai, Kecamatan Talamau, Pasaman Barat yang nantinya akan diimplementasikan dalam suatu bentuk peta. Drone multispektral ini dapat menghasilkan citra yang dapat melakukan pemrosesan secara digital, sehingga dapat menyajikan gambar-gambar objek yang lebih sederhana namun informatif dalam  mengklasifikasikannya.     Spatiotemporal Dynamics of Mangrove Cover Change in Tanjungpinang City, Riau Islands Province

    Tanjungpinang City is a coastal area surrounded by the sea and characterized by a mangrove ecosystem. Coastal regions are more dynamic and vulnerable compared to other areas, both naturally and due to human activities. This study aims to determine the rate of mangrove cover change in Tanjungpinang City from 2007 to 2023 and to predict changes in mangrove cover by the year 2035. The methodology employed involves spatiotemporal analysis of land cover change using Landsat 7 ETM+ imagery from 2007, Landsat 8 OLI imagery from 2015, and Sentinel-2A MSI imagery from 2023. The prediction for mangrove cover change in 2035 was conducted using the Land Change Modeler. The results indicate that from 2007 to 2023, there was a decrease in mangrove area of 323.40 hectares, with a rate of 20.21 hectares per year. The predicted mangrove coverage in Tanjungpinang City for the year 2035 is estimated to be 977.72 hectares, representing a reduction of 461.21 hectares (32.05%) from the coverage in 2023. Keywords: Land Change Modeler; Google Earth Engine; mangrove cover prediction; Landsat; Sentinel-2

    Analisis Kesesuaian Lahan Pemukiman di Kawasan Pesisir Kabupaten Gorontalo

    Pemanfaatan lahan di kawasan pesisir sering menimbulkan konflik antar masyarakat dan tumpang tindih dalam pemanfaatan lahan. Penataan kawasan pesisir dan analisis kesesuaian lahan merupakan hal yang penting dalam perencanaan pembangunan kawasan pesisir. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kesesuaian lahan permukiman di kawasan pesisir Kabupaten Gorontalo. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi aspek fisik lahan, aspek aksesibilitas dan aspek ketersediaan prasarana lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara spasial menggunakan perangkat lunak sistem informasi geografis. Wilayah yang sangat sesuai untuk permukiman seluas 804.59 Ha (2.96%). Wilayah yang sesuai untuk permukiman di lokasi penelitian sebesar 5965.93 Ha (21.92%). Seluas 7815.69 Ha (28.72%) lahan kurang sesuai untuk permukiman. Wilayah penelitian dengan kelas tidak sesuai sementara yaitu seluas 12625.65 Ha atau sebesar 46.39%. Wilayah-wilayah yang berada di dekat garis pantai, didominasi oleh kelas sesuai, diikuti oleh kelas sangat sesuai untuk permukiman. Hal ini dikarenakan aksesibilitas dan prasarana lingkungan berupa jalan dan jaringan listrik terdapat dengan pola memanjang di sepanjang pantai Kabupaten Gorontalo. Kata kunci: kesesuaian lahan, permukiman, pesisir, skoring, spasial DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpg.v12.i1.29101

    Performance Intelligence of Sustainable Waste Management through SWOT Analysis at the 3R Waste Management Site in Subang Antapani, Bandung

    The city government, in its efforts to reduce waste being thrown into landfills, has attempted to build several 3R TPSs. On the other hand, 3R is still found not to be implemented optimally and there is still the practice of collecting, transporting, throwing away. From the research conducted, the status of TPS 3R Subang is rated in the poor category. For this reason, intelligence is needed to improve performance to the adequate category or the good category. The aim of this research is to  intelligence of improving the performance of TPS 3R Subang from low to medium or good. The analytical method used is a qualitative method with SWOT analysis. SWOT has two internal and external factors and  it is necessary to identify internal and external factors from TPS 3R Subang.     The Role of Islamic Non-Governmental Organizations in Environmental Conservation: A Case Study of the Global Muslim Climate Network (GMCN)

    In the international arena, the author believes that one way to maintain world peace is by protecting the environment. In this context, the author posits that actions taken by the Global Muslim Climate Network (GMCN) are instrumental in environmental protection. The GMCN was established in response to the climate challenges faced by predominantly Muslim countries. Composed of scholars, philanthropists, experts, and NGOs, the organization aims to address the climate crisis through the lens of Islamic teachings. GMCN promotes renewable energy and sustainable investment, urging predominantly Muslim countries to increase their renewable energy usage to at least 20% of their energy mix. The organization’s involvement in international environmental diplomacy, advocacy at UN climate conferences, and local initiatives exemplifies its role in shaping global environmental policy.     Sikap Masyarakat Lokal Terhadap Konservasi Hutan Mangrove di Kecamatan Teluk Betung Selatan Kota Bandar Lampung

    Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui sikap masyarakat lokal baik yang tinggal kurang dari 1 km maupun lebih dari 1 km dari kawasan konservasi hutan mangrove (2) untuk mengetahui pemahaman masyarakat lokal terhadap manfaat dan dampak pencemaran terhadap kawasan hutan mangrove. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei dengan analisis kuantitatif.. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan cluster sampling dengan jumlah total sampel sebanyak 194 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Indikator untuk mengukur sikap masyarakat dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat pengetahuan, perilaku, dan partisipasi masyarakat di hutan mangrove. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, tabulasi silang, dan chi square. Hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat lokal, baik yang dekat maupun yang jauh, memiliki sikap positif terhadap hutan mangrove. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat yang cenderung cukup baik, perilaku yang dikategorikan cukup baik, dan tingkat partisipasi yang dikategorikan sedang hingga tinggi. Hasil uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jarak tempat tinggal dari hutan mangrove dengan tingkat pengetahuan tentang hutan mangrove dengan partisipasi masyarakat dalam konservasi hutan mangrove. Namun, pada indikator perilaku, hasil uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara jarak tempat tinggal dari hutan mangrove dengan perilaku masyarakat terhadap hutan mangrove. Kata Kunci: sikap, masyarakat lokal, konservasi hutan mangrove, jarak penduduk, chi square DOI:  http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpg.v12.i1.2955

    Analysis of the Projection of Primary School Needs in Sukamakmue District, Sabang Municipality in 2045

    The availability of educational facilities, particularly at the elementary level, plays a crucial role in regional development. This study aims to: (a) evaluate the availability of existing elementary school facilities in Sukamakmue District, (b) analyze the projected needs for elementary school facilities in Sukamakmue District by 2045, and (c) recommend appropriate policies to address the future needs for elementary school facilities in the district. The research utilizes a combination of secondary data analysis and primary data obtained through interviews with key stakeholders in the Education Office. The findings indicate that the distribution of public elementary schools is relatively even across all villages in Sukamakmue District, with a total of 7 public elementary schools currently available. However, based on the population projection for 2045, Paya Seunura Village is expected to experience significant population growth, necessitating the addition of more elementary school facilities over the next 21 years. The projection for facility needs was calculated using a facility needs analysis, with the base year set between 2021 and 2045.
