“First Home” Program Functionality or Controversy
Objectives: The aim of this research is to emphasize the echo-s the “First Home” program had into the economic and social Romanian reality. Prior Work: The subject of this paper is an actual one, which deserves to be written and discussed about, especially because there is no fundamental analysis in this direction. Approach: In order to collect the necessary information, I realised some useful desk research to gather information from online sources, then, I passed to research in the library, and finally, to case study. Results: The program managed to unblock the credit activity, and helped around 500,000 families to achieve a house of their own. On the other hand, the program did not succeed in the re-launch of the construction sector, nor in creating new jobs, not even in collecting more taxes to the State budget. Implications: This study was part of my recent license degree, so it was used in the academic field as a case study. Value: The research is unique because of its originality, and because of the perspective in the dynamic it offers about the “First Home” program. Moreover, it implies a SWOT analysis, in order to come up with solutions so as to make the implementation of the program much more visible in the future
The International Monetary System in the Context of the Actual Financial Crisis. Change Proposals
The International Monetary System (I.M.S.) has a crucial role in economy, representing the frame for a sustainable development of the economic relationships between states, while contributing at the progress of the world’s economies. Nowadays, this system confronts large difficulties, as a consequence of the lack of financial disciplinary instruments, meant at regulation and coordination. The actual economic-financial crisis proved the limits of the present I.M.S., reason why it is now under “reconstruction”. In this direction, there is a series of reforms that can be implemented, so that the new architecture of the system is much more solid
THE EFFECTS OF FEED ADDITIVES (DEL-CA-MAG, ACIDS AND SELENIUM SUPPLEMENTS) ON PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE, METABOLIC AND IMMUNE STATUS OF BROILERS
Feed additives are substances or products, added in small quantities, leading to complement and balance the ration. Organic acids are responsible for maintaining a balanced bacterial microcultures digestiv tract. La broilers, using Del-Ca-Mag, veterinary mineral supplement, 100% naturally improves performance and efficiency, it is an amorphous dolomite extracted from Delnita Harghita area. Mineral Antioxidants are particularly important in maintaining a rapid and effective. This concept is based on understanding the contribution of minerals in reducing the negative effects of free radicals and toxic metabolites on immune processes in the animal organism. It can be appreciated that feed additives cannot be easily removed from the diet of broiler chickens, as they have contributed to the improvement of feed conversion index and maintaining good health of offspring, given the conflicting results obtained consider the use of feed additives above) is absolutely necessary broiler growth stages as positively influence food consumption, health and weight
BIOECONOMY PASTORAL TRADITIONS AND CUSTOMS IN SIBIU BORDERS
Sibiu Surroundings include settlements in the vicinity of the mountain, such as Sălişte, Sibiel, Vale, Tilişca, Fântânele, Rod, Orlat, River Mouth, Poplaca, Răşinari, Poiana Sibiu, Miercurea Sibiului and Jina. Grazing was the main occupation of the inhabitants of Mărginime; occupation that practice Dacians and Romans (evidenced by the existence of a sheep-shearing scissors, found on castle Cisnădioara hill, dating from those times). The first form is the sedentary shepherding that those who had a few sheep pastures were using the center of the village, a second form was shepherding pendulatoriu grazing in that those who had a greater number of sheep shepherds entrusted to them for the move and thus appears that transhumance was driven by harsh winter conditions on Transylvania land. Shepherding their flocks occurs over the centuries as a regular seasonal migration astronomical. Leaving the sheep from the mountains to the plains of Transylvania and Moldova Romanian State was made by customs and celebrations in early March. Road sheep was, went through Sibiu, stopped the mouth where it was custom to Câineni stopped overnight, grab for Sălătruc and from there to the Arges Court and Pitesti, then " the big road" to Bucharest or villages over Vlaşca, go take 10-12 days. Cheese produced mainly from sheep milk was produced for the first time in Mărginime of a shepherd " Ioan Popescu, Salistean walked in sheep, in the land but also in America.
Energy conservation of bio-nanofluids past a needle in the presence of Stefan blowing : lie symmetry and numerical simulation
Thermal energy management associated with the transmission of heat is one of the main
problems in many industrial setups (e.g. pharmaceutical, chemical and food) and bioengineering
devices (e.g. hospital ventilation, heating, cooling devices, heat exchanger and
drying food, etc). The current study aims to examine thermo-bioconvection of oxytactic
microorganisms taking place in a nanofluid-saturated needle with the magnetic field. Stefanblowing
is applied. The leading equations of continuity, momentum and energy, species
transport equations for oxygen concentration and population density of microorganisms are
reduced dimensionless and Lie symmetry group transformations are used to generate
appropriate invariant transformations. The resulting similarity boundary value problem (in
which the blowing parameter is coupled with concentration) have been simulated using
MATLAB (2015a) bvp5c built in function. The impact of the emerging factors on the
nondimensional velocity, temperature, nanoparticle concentration and motile microorganism
density functions and their slopes at the wall, are pictured and tabulated. Justification with
published results are included. It is found that all physical quantities decrease with Stefan
blowing and increase with power law index parameter. With elevation in magnetic field
parameter i.e., Lorentzian drag force, the friction factor
reduces while the local Nusselt number,
local Sherwood number, and the local motile microorganism density wall gradient increase.
Present study could be used in food and pharmaceutical industries, chemical processing
equipment, fuel cell technology, enhanced oil recovery, etc

DYNAMIC MODELLING OF PESTICIDES UPTAKE BY TRITICUM SPP. ANATOMICAL COMPARTMENTS
Since world population is growing and expansion of arable land is limited, cropping intensity and yield must be increased. Pesticides are widely used as a solution, being used to control unwanted pests potentially damaging crop yield levels and wheat quality. However, it is widely known that pesticides are hazardous substances that could reach also non-target areas or living systems, such as wheat grown for consumption. Through this study we proposed to build a model that allow to simulate how used pesticides are uptake by wheat and which compartments bioaccumulate them in higher yields
MODELLING WITH GENERALIZED CYLINDER SURFACES
This paper presents several of the most interesting surfaces generated by the spine curve of a generalized cylinder surface, with known parameters exhibiting advantages related to the calculation and drawing of the surface
