    Komitmen Organisasional Karyawan Indomaret Di Bojonegoro ditinjau dari Keadilan Organisasional, Kepuasan Kerja dan Trust

    Organizational Commitment is an important issue for a company to improve. The level of Organizational Commitment can affect how much employees intend to stay in the organization. This study aims to examine the effect of justice felt by employees (organizational justice) and job satisfaction in the organization which will have an impact on the desire to survive in the organization (Organizational Commitment). This study also analyzes Trust as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, using primary data from 79 employees where data is obtained using a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) in Bojonegoro. The sampling procedure was carried out by purposive sampling method, on employees of Indomaret in Bojonegoro area and positions not as store heads. The research uses Smart PLS 3.0 software to facilitate data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Trust as moderation does not moderate the effect of organizational fairness on organizational commitment, nor does trust moderate the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitmentKomitmen organisasional menjadi isu yang penting ditingkatkan bagi sebuah perusahaan. Tingkat komitmen organisasional dapat mempengaruhi seberapa besar niat karyawan untuk tetap bertahan di organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keadilan yang dirasakan karyawan serta kepuasan bekerja di organisasi yang akan berdampak pada keinginan bertahan pada organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini juga menguji trust sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, menggunakan data primer dari 79 karyawan dimana data didapatkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan PT. Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) di Bojonegoro. Prosedur pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, pada karyawan Indomaret wilayah Bojonegoro dan posisi bukan sebagai kepala toko. Penelitian menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart PLS 3.0 untuk mempermudah teknik analisa data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Trust sebagai moderasi tidak memoderasi pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional, begitu pula Trust juga tidak memoderasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasiona

    Brush (2014) states that to make the student having the spirit of entrepreneurship they have to develop start-ups in term of realizing a university venture and also to give benefit for the society, therefore, an ecosystem that is called Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem is needed. UNUSA is one of the universities in Indonesia that has a strong vision to prepare a generation having spirit of Rahmatan Lil Alamin entrepreneurship based on Islamic values. The objective of this paper is to describe the readiness of UNUSA to be a university with Islamic values under the Nahdlatul Ulama organization to be the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem from the aspect of Brush’s theory (2014). From the result of this discussion it is find out that in spite of only six years old in age UNUSA has some breakthroughs to develop the entrepreneurship education ecosystem. However, it is urgent for Unusa to develop Business Incubator seeing that the number of UNUSA students are more and more from years to years. Such fact can not be separated from the mission of UNUSA to be the centre of entrepreneurs development and building in Indonesia.     Empowering Leadership dalam Membentuk Employee Creativity

    The purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of a leader's attitude in delegating authority to his subordinates (empowering leadership). Empowering leadership have an impact on the ability of employees to generate new and useful ideas for the organization (employee creativity). This study also analyzes how individual beliefs in producing something creative (creative self-efficacy) as a mediating variable. Employee trust in superiors (trust in supervisors) and uncertain and threatening situations (uncertainty avoidance) are moderating variables. TThis study uses primary data from 51 lecturers where the data is obtained using a questionnaire distributed to lecturers at the Faculty of Nursing, University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta. This study uses statistical tools Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). Based on the research results, it shows that creative self-efficacy fully mediates the relationship between empowering leadership and employee creativity.     This research aims to analyze and develop the Haniffa Kost management model with the goal of identifying effective solutions to address existing problems and improve service quality for customers. Additionally, the study examines whether the Haniffa Kost business model requires adjustments using the latest Business Model Canvas and Lean Canvas after applying competitor analysis and SWOT analysis concepts. Furthermore, the approach used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research findings identify various key elements in the Haniffa Kost business model that need to be maintained or developed. Firstly, the market segment should remain focused on students and working professionals studying or working around the boarding house location, while innovation and diversification are crucial aspects to maintain Haniffa Kost's appeal and relevance. Developing capacity and facilities are important steps to meet growing demand, and social media communication is an effective way to market boarding house services. Improving service quality and sustaining innovation are key to maintaining competitive advantage. Additionally, the research designs relevant recommendations for changes to the Haniffa Kost business model

    Nurse’s job satisfaction ia an important factor that must be strived by the management of hospital because the impact of job satisfaction is not only on the nurse itself bu also have an impact on the patient and  hospital’s image also. This is a descriptive quantitative research with cross sectional approach. This study was conducted involving 74 non-civil nurses who worked in  surgery inpatient care of “X” public hospital in East Java, Indonesia. The result show that career development affect nurses’s job satisfaction through organizational commitment as mediating variables.     Optimalisasi EMIS (Education Management Information System) melalui Mentoring Berkelanjutan pada Seksi PD Pontren Kantor Kemenag Kota Pasuruan

    EMIS (Education Management Information System) merupakan sistem informasi manajemen yang dikembangkan oleh Kementerian Agama untuk memudahkan input data lembaga pendidikan, seperti: Madrasah, Pondok Pesantren, dan Pendidikan Tinggi Islam. Tujuan pengembangan EMIS di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Islam antara lain: menyediakan data dan informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam perumusan kebijakan, perencanaan penyelenggaraan pendidikan, pengembangan poyek, penyusunan anggaran dan pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana EMIS dapat diperhatikan kebenaran datanya dan selalu di-update secara berkala. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan informan yaitu operator PPs yang dituju, tim gabungan visitasi lembaga, dan operator PD Pontren Kemenag Kota Pasuruan. Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EMIS PPs mengalami kenaikan presentase update data setelah dilakukan Turba. Dengan rincian data yang sebelumnya hanya terisi sebanyak 28 lembaga dari total 32 lembaga menjadi 31 lembaga terisi. Satu lembaga yang memang tidak mengisi memilih mengundurkan diri dan memperpanjang Ijin Operasional. Sedangkan mentoring berkelanjutan yang dimaksud merupakan bimbingan secara berkala dengan tolok ukur updating EMIS. Selain itu, hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah validasi data yang akan di input. Karena data tersebut sebagai acuan pengambilan keputusan dan kebijakan oleh Kementerian Agama RI ataupun Kota Pasuruan sendiri
