This study aimed to see whether the development plans of the Lion Super IndoSuper Market meet the economic feasibility. Investment plans of the establishment of the Super Indo Supermarket at Jalan Parangtritis is one of the business development program of PT Lion Super Indo through the opening of branch offices. Based on the results of feasibility studies, investment plans are feasible to implement, especially in terms of some aspects of the feasibility. Although it is economically feasible, but Lion Super Indo need to do a Corporate Social Responsibility which is expected to reduce the negative externalities

Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pembiayaan Modal Kerja UMKM pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia (Periode Juni 2014-November 2016)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh NPF, DPK, Inflasi, dan Margin terhadap Pembiayaan Modal Kerja UMKM pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah PMK (Pembiayaan Modal Kerja) dan variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Non Performing Financing (NPF), Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Inflasi, dan Margin. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data bulanan selama periode 2014:06-2016:11 yang bersumber dari OJK dan BPS. Alat estimasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) menggunakan Eviews 7.2. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka pendek variabel PMK itu sendiri dan variabel Margin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pembiayaan Modal Kerja UMKM pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Sedangkan variabel NPF, DPK, dan Inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PMK. Dalam jangka panjang, hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel yaitu NPF, DPK, Inflasi dan Margin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PMK. Hasil estimasi VECM dalam penelitian ini juga menghasilkan analisis IRF (Inpulse Respon Function) dan VDC (Variance Decomposition). Hasil IRF dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa NPF, Inflasi, dan Margin memberikan respon negatif terhadap PMK sedangkan DPK memberikan respon yang positif terhadap PMK. Berdasarkan hasil VDC, PMK memberikan kontribusi terbesar terhadap pembentukan PMK itu sendiri

Analisis Pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Financing, Operational Efficiency Ratio, dan Inflasi Terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) pada Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah 2013:01- 2016:08 Metode Vector Auto Regression (VAR)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Finance (NPF), Operational Effieciency Ratio (OER), dan Inflasi terhadap Profitabilitas Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) pada periode Januari 2013-Agustus 2016. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah ROA dan variabel independen berupa CAR, NPF, OER, dan Inflasi. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan perbankan syariah.. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Vector Auto Regression (VAR) menggunakan Eviews 7.2. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian diperoleh semua variabel memiliki pengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas. Model regresi VAR menunjukkan variabel CAR berpengaruh positif terhadap Profitabilitas, sedangkan variabel OER, NPF dan Inflasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Profitabilitas

Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Impor Daging Sapi di Indonesia Periode 1988-2017: Menggunakan Metode VECM (Vector Error Correction Model)

Data menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 tahun terakhir dimana jumlah penduduk semakin meningkat dari tahun 2013 hingga 2017, begitupula dengan impor barang konsumsi semakin tahun semakin meningkat walaupun terdapat penurunan pada tahun 2015. Produksi daging sapi di Indonesia sebenarnya pada tahun 2013 dan 2014 melebihi data konsumsi permintaan masyarakat Indonesia. Tentu ini menjadi hal yang menarik di mana seharusnya produksi daging sapi yang ada pada tahun 2013 dan 2014 mampu mencukupi kebutuhan pada tahun tersebut. Akan tetapi justru pada tahun tersebut Pemerintah Indonesia memberikan kebijakan impor.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kuanitatif. Metode kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode VECM (Vector Error Correction Model). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dalam jangka pendek, PDB pada lag 1 (+) berpengaruh signifikan dan inflasi pada lag 1 (-) serta berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impor daging sapi di Indonesia. Sedangkan, produksi daging sapi, jumlah penduduk dalam jangka pendek tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yangsignifikan terhadap impor daging sapi diIndonesia. Dalam jangka panjang,produksi daging sapi pada lag 1(+) berpengaruh signifikan, PDB pada lag 1 (-)berpengaruh signifikan dan inflasi pada lag 1 (-) berpengaruh signifikan terhadapimpor daging sapi di Indonesia. Sedangkan, jumlah penduduk dalam jangkapanjang tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap impor daging sapi. Dalam jangka panjang, produksi daging sapi pada lag 1(+) berpengaruhsignifikan, PDB pada lag 1 (-) berpengaruh signifikan dan inflasi pada lag 1 (-)berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impor daging sapi di Indonesia. Analysis of Factors Affecting Local Own-Source Revenue in Regency/City of Bali Province in 2010-2019

Local own-source revenue (PAD) is one indicator to determine the independence of regional autonomy in exploring the potential to support sources of revenue. All regions are trying to increase PAD in their area by continuously increasing the potential found in their regions, and Bali Province is one of them. This research aims to analyze the effect of gross regional domestic product (GRDP), investment, and general allocation fund (DAU) on local own-source revenue in the regencies/cities of Bali Province in 2010-2019. Based on the analysis, the results obtained that jointly, all independent variables affected local own-source revenue. Individually or partially, the investment variable had a negative and insignificant effect on local own-source revenue. Meanwhile, the GRDP and general allocation fund (DAU) variables had a positive and significant impact on local own-source revenue in the regencies/cities of Bali Province

Determinants of Import in ASEAN Economic Community

Introduction: Imports are an important component of economic development in developing countries, including in the ASEAN Economic Community.   Purpose: The aims of this study to analyze the determinants of import in ASEAN Economic Community.   Methodology/Approach: The research method used is panel data analysis from 2010-2019. The research variables include imports as the dependent variable and export variables, exchange rates, population, inflation, GDP and interest rates as independent variables. This study is to analyze the determinants of imports in the economies of ASEAN community countries starting from the results of the Chow test and Hausmen test which compare the static and dynamic fixed effect panel data analysis models.   Findings: The results of this study indicate that imports for ASEAN economic community are influenced by the variables of exports, FDI and population. The results of this study also show that imports for ASEAN economic community are a necessity to support their economic development.   Originality/Value/Implication: The conclusion and recommendation from this research is that imports are an important component in economic development in ASEAN economic community, so it is necessary to have an integrated policy among ASEAN economic community to build economic cooperation to reduce economic dependence from outside. ASEAN economic community need to improve economic efficiency and international competitiveness to encourage exports of flagship products in international markets

Assessment of Exposition Text to Develop Critical Thinking Skills For Junior High School Students

The purpose of this research is to develop an assessment of exposition text to develop critical thinking for junior high school students. This study utilizes developmental research approach with a procedural development research called Thiargarajan 4D model as its research design. The resulting product is a book consisting exposition text assessment tools to develop critical thinking skills for junior high school students. The structured assessment tools are based on the stage of critical thinking by Peter A Facione and the exposition text written by Mark Anderson and Kathy Anderson. Based on the results of validity and reliability, the assessment tools developed in this study are valid and reliable with more than 80% score. HEDONIC VALUATION OF MARGINAL WILLINGNESS TO PAY FOR AIR QUALITY IMPROVEMENT

Abstract This study aims to identify the highest air pollution areas and to estimate household marginal willingness to pay for air quality improvement. The result of Kriging technique indicates that six sub districts in Yogyakarta City and one sub district in Gunungkidul have highest concentration of particle pollution (PM10). The result of hedonic price method conclude that by adopting a two-stage estimation procedure an 1% increase in the level of PM10 reduced property prices in the study area by 0.32%. Marginal implicit price for reducing PM10 is Rp 957,900.00. The households are willing to pay an additional amount of 1.34 percent for a reduction in PM10 by 1%. THE ROLE OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT EXPENDITURE ON ECONOMIC GROWTH: A REVIEW OF PANEL DATA IN INDONESIA

Purpose of the study: This research aims to empirically prove the composition of local government expenditure (education, health, marine and fisheries, agriculture, and general allocation fund) on economic growth in 18 provinces in Indonesia from 2010 to 2015. Methodology: The model used in this research is panel data regression. The use of panel data in regression can provide more information that cannot be provided by cross-section or time-series data, and provides the best solution for inferring dynamic changes than cross-section data. Main Findings: The findings in this study are foreign investment has no influence on economic growth. Fiscal policies that are carried out are not effective in encouraging economic growth, and the use of the General Allocation Fund is not on target. Applications of this study: Foreign investment must be a trigger for the local economy and the national economy by means of foreign investment in Indonesia which is prioritized using raw materials and local labour, so that dependence on imported raw materials can be minimized. To overcome leakage of development budget must implement a budgeting system that is oriented towards organizational output and is very closely related to the organization's vision, mission, and strategic plan. The use of general allocation funds needs to be monitored by certain institutions and prioritizing public interest
