    研究成果の概要(和文):福島第一原子力発電所の事故で生じたトリチウム汚染水の処分法として、海洋に希釈放出することが最も現実的であるが、社会的理解が得られないために実現していない。そこで海洋放出に対して社会的理解を得るために学際的な検討チームを立ち上げ、問題点の確認と研究者として何ができるか検討をした。汚染水処理が理解されるための行動計画を立て、これを元に予算申請を行った。トリチウムの生物影響に関して、平成29年度科研費基盤研究(B)に応募した結果、基盤研究(B)(16H04629)が採択された。また環境トリ チウム計測の問題点を明確化し、平成30年度の科研費 挑戦的研究(萌芽)を申請中である。研究成果の概要(英文):The most safety, easy and economical method of disposing of the tritium contaminated water which arose in the accident of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant is diluting and then emitting in the ocean. Since general public understanding is not obtained by the tritium contaminated water to sea, the emitting the tritium contaminated wear in the ocean has not realized.     Observations of tritium inventory in JET-ILW dust particles and applications to metal wall fusion devices

    Understandings of tritium inventory in plasma facing materials are important issues for safe maintenances and a control of fueling gasses in ITER and DEMO. Since dust particles are a floating substance, it is also important to consider a protection of radioactive material diffused from inside of the plasma vacuum vessel. A technical establishment for measuring tritium contained in dust particles was a long-term issue, and it was not resolved also in the case of D - T plasma operations in JET and TFTR. The ITER-Like Wall (JET-ILW) experiment as a real simulation of plasma facing materials towards ITER was started from 2011 in JET. The first campaign of the JET-ILW (ILW-1) operation 2011-2012 was followed by the retrieval of selected in-vessel materials for detailed ex-situ studies. Analyses of tritium amounts were done in QST, Rokkasho, Japan. At present, three kinds of methods, the combustion method for a quantitative total tritium measurement, the liquid scintillation counter method for simplified measurement of total tritium amount, and tritium imaging plate technique for tritium spatial distribution measurement, are available for dust particles. Specific tritium activities of dust particles in ILW-1 show similar amounts from a comparison with dust particles collected at the JET carbon wall campaign in 2007-2009. In the ILW-1 campaign, carbon dust particle remained, and TIP observation shows higher tritium inventory on carbon dust particles. In the 3rd ILW (ILW-3) campaign in 2014-2015, tritium amounts in dust particles were measured by the combustion method and specific tritium activity of 30-50 MBq/g was observed. This tritium amount in ILW-3 is one order of magnitude lower than the tritium amount about 700 MBq/g in ILW-1.     Mode of Action of Steroid Hormones, Catecholamines and Hexose Oximes on DNA

    The activity of deoxyribonuclease was not influenced by steroid hormones, catecholamines and hexose oximes. Decomposition tests with deoxyriboapyrimidinic or deoxyriboapurinic acid showed that cortisone broke specifically purine clusters, and that dopamine and noradrenaline split pyrimidine clusters more preferentially than purine clusters. Glucosoxime and galactosoxime clove pyrimidine and purine clusters to the same extent. The decomposition of the acids by these compounds was remarkably enhanced by cupric ions. It is assumed that the induction of pupation by these substances may be initiated by the breakage of purine nucleotide clusters in chromosomal DNA molecules
