Moderní formáty dokumentů pro kancelářské aplikace

V současné době se objevují nové možnosti pro ukládání dokumentů, dochází k zásadnímu posunu od klasických formátů z kancelářského balíku MS OFFICE směrem k otevřeným standardům, založených na XML a Opensource. Jedním z nich je ODF - formát přijatý v nedávné době jako ISO standard pro dokumenty a podporovaný i Ministerstvem Informatiky ČR. Microsoft v nové verzi OFFICE 2007 přichází s vlastním formátem OpenXML. Tato problematika se úzce dotýká nejen občanů, ale i institucí veřejné zprávy, proto je třeba znát důvody zavádění těchto moderních formátů stejně tak i z toho vyplývající důsledky.At present time is appearing new possibilities of saving documents, there is an essential shift from the classic formats of MS OFFICE package towards open standards based on XML and Opensource. One of them is ODF – format, that has recently been acknowledged as an ISO standard for documents and supported by Ministry of informatics Czech Republic. Microsoft is coming in new version of OFFICE 2007 with his own format OpenXml. This problems is nearly concerning not only citizens, but also establishment of public administration, hence is necessary to known reason of implementing this modern formats as well as inferential implications

International audienceCette seconde table ronde a pour sujet les mutations des régions frontalières avec l’Union européenne. Tout d’abord, Michel Foucher (Université Lumière Lyon II) s’intéresse à la problématique sans cesse renouvelée des frontières internes et externes de l’Union européenne, puis G. Lepesant (CERI) se concentre sur les échanges et la coopération aux frontières orientales de l’Allemagne. Jiří Patočka (AV ČR) communique ensuite sur certains aspects du développement des eurorégions en République tchèque tandis que František Zich (UK) s’intéresse aux évolutions des relations entre les habitants des régions frontalières germano-tchèques. Suivent une communication de Giorgio Ficarelli (Comission européenne) sur les actions de soutien de l’Union européenne à la coopération transfrontalière, une autre de Jaroslav Zámečník qui se focalise sur une expérience particulière de coopération frontalière, celle de l’eurorégion Nisa, et une autre de Milan Jeřábek (Masarykova Univerzita), commentant les résultats de sondages réalisés dans les régions frontalières tchéco-allemandes. Enfin, Jiří Tomeš (UK) réfléchit à une problématisation de la différenciation régionale et de son contexte politique et Ľubomír Falťan (SAS) conclut sur quelques remarques au sujet des relations transfrontalières austro-slovaques

Publishing system as the new tool for the open access promotion at the university

The full texts of peer-reviewed journals published at the University of Pardubice are nowadays manually submitted to the institutional repository Digital Library of UPa (DSpace). To improve the publishing process, visibility and appereance of these journals, the University Library proposed the new service for the journal’s boards. The Library will administrate the open source software Open Journal System (OJS) and will provide the support for the journals in technical and in open access tasks as well. To keep the continuity, the previous volumes wil be imported from the institutional repository and for the future the OJS will be harvested by the repository
