    Identification of the states of the processes at liquid cathodes under potentiostatic conditions using semantic diagram models

    A technique is described for constructing semantic diagram models of the electrolysis at a liquid cathode in a salt halide melt under potentiostatic conditions that are intended for identifying the static states of this system that correspond to certain combinations of the electrode processes or the processes occurring in the volumes of salt and liquid-metal phases. It is shown that the formation of the metallofullerenes depends on the helium pressure in a chamber; however, this dependence cannot be explained using the model of formation of conventional fullerenes without a guest atom in a molecule. The results of extraction of Y@C82 by pyridine and carbon disulfide are reported. The pressure corresponding to the maximum yttrium-containing endohedral metallofullerene content is shown to be 60 kPa; under this pressure, extraction by carbon disulfide allows obtaining 27.1 wt % of the endohedral metallofullerene, while extraction by pyridine yields its amount of 17.3 wt %

    Thermal oxidation of a carbon condensate formed in high-frequency carbon and carbon-nickel plasma flow

    Текст статьи не публикуется в открытом доступе в соответствии с политикой журнала.We have reported on the comparative characteristics of thermal oxidation of a carbon condensate prepared by high-frequency arc evaporation of graphite rods and a rod with a hollow center filled with nickel powder. In the latter case, along with different forms of nanodisperse carbon, nickel particles with nickel core-carbon shell structures are formed. It has been found that the processes of the thermal oxidation of carbon condensates with and without nickel differ significantly. Nickel particles with the carbon shell exhibit catalytic properties with respect to the oxidation of nanosized carbon structures. A noticeable difference between the temperatures of the end of the oxidation process for various carbon nanoparticles and nickel particles with the carbon shell has been established.     EFFICIENCY OF WINTER WHEAT SEED INOCULATION BY THE BACILLUS BACTERIA PROMISING FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF BIO MEDICINES

    As a result of stage screening, there were selected promising bacterial strains to create laboratory samples of biological products on their basis to protect winter wheat from the causative agents of fusarium root rot. The purpose of the work is to determine the growth-stimulating and protective effect of laboratory samples of Bacillus subtilis BZR 336g and B. subtilis BZR 517 on winter wheat plants, as well as to determine the antagonistic effect of strains on Fusarium fungi. As a result of the work, there was established a positive effect of laboratory samples on the growth, development and germination of plants in greenhouse conditions and the ability to significantly inhibit the mycelium of phytopathogenic fungi F. graminearun, F. culmorum and Microdochium nivale in laboratory conditions. The study of the samples artificially infected in a climatic chamber showed not only a high protective effect of these laboratory samples, but also made it possible to determine the regimes for their use. The conducted tests prove the viability of new bioagents as environmentally friendly plant-protective products
