PENGABDIAN KEPADA MASYARAKAT: MANAJEMEN PENGELOLAAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN PEMBELAJARAN INOVATIF DI SEKOLAH ISLAM TERPADU INSAN MANDIRI CENDEKIA PALEMBANG
Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki peran penting dalam menjalankan Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, termasuk dalam konteks pengembangan pendidikan di Indonesia. Tujuan melaporkan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Islam Terpadu Insan Mandiri Cendekia Palembang ini fokusnya pada manajemen pengelolaan dan pengembangan pembelajaran inovatif. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi manajemen pengelolaan (MSDM dan motivasi) bagi guru dan pengelola sekolah, serta pengembangan pembelajaran inovatif. Kegiatan ini juga sempat menyerahkan buku karya penulis kepada Kepala Sekolah SDIT Insan Mandiri Cendekia sebagai kenangan. Sekolah Islam Terpadu Insan Mandiri Cendekia Palembang telah memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pendidikan di wilayah tersebut. PKM ini merupakan upaya untuk berbagi pengetahuan dan pengalaman guna meningkatkan wawasan dan semangat para guru dan pengelola sekolah. Diharapkan kegiatan PKM ini dapat memberikan manfaat dan inspirasi bagi tempat yang menerima pengabdian kepada masyaraka
Pengaruh Penerapan Metode Tutor Sebaya dan Motivasi terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode tutor sebaya dan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Tanjung Raja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Tanjung Raja sebanyak 471 siswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 83 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif, analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan instrumen berupa angket dengan masing-masing 20 pertanyaan untuk tiga variabel yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) ada pengaruh metode tutor sebaya tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. (2) ada pengaruh motivasi yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. (3) ada pengaruh penerapan metode tutor sebaya dan motivasi secara bersama-sama yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa
Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter di SMP Negeri 1 Teluk Gelam dalam Mengatasi Sikap Primodialisme
Indonesia is currently in a multidimensional crisis, the moral shift of teenagers is very significant, if it is not immediately anticipated, it will have an impact on the destruction of a State. In order to overcome it, it is very necessary that the values of the characters are implemented on learners early, so that they have a life prinsiple in building and continuing the journey of this country. One of the most credible concepts of education as a solution of primodialism is character education. SMP Negeri 1 Teluk Gelam has conducted character education to minimize the perimodialism attitude. Because the generation that is prepared now is a generation that will continue the establishment of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia. The research used qualitative research method of ethnography by describing character education conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Teluk Gelam namely (1) Aperception which is associated with religious values by every subject teacher 5 minutes before learning begins; (2) Applying discipline; (3) Implementation; (4) Habituation activities; (5) cooperation with Tanjung Lubuk Polsekta in guiding the students; (6) Active communication with parents
Analisis Pengelolaan Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 20 Tanjung Raja Kabupaten Ogan Ilir
Penelitian kualitatif ini menganalisis pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SD Negeri 20 Tanjung Raja. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SDN 20 Tanjung Raja kabupaten ogan Ilir dimulai dari tahap perencanaan yang hasilnya sudah optimal, pengadaan sudah optimal, pendistribusian sudah optimal, penggunaan belum optimal dilakukan. Pemeliharaan kurang terkoordinasi dengan baik daninventarisasi proses penghapusan sarana dan prasarana jarang sekali dilkukan
The Influence of Principal's Leadership and School's Climate on The Work Productivity of Vocational Pharmacy Teachers in Indonesia
This study determined the effect of school principal leadership and school climate on the work productivity of SMK Pharmacy teachers in Palembang. Data in this study were collected through questionnaire distribution to respondents. The results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed by multiple regression analysis through t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination test. The population in this study were all teachers who teach at the Pharmacy Vocational School in Palembang from 8 schools totaling 151 people. The sample in this study was based on calculations using the Slovin formula. So that the number of samples obtained in this study were 110 teachers. The results of this study indicate (1) there is a significant influence of school principal leadership on teacher work productivity; (2) there is a significant influence of school climate on teacher work productivity; (3) there is a significant influence of school principals leadership and school climate together on teacher work productivity. This paper contributes to educational principal to improve leadership and climate whether they would have very good teacher’s work productivity
The Principal's Strategy for Managing Conflicts Due to the Stress of Female Teachers as a Result of the Implementation of Full Day School
This study aimed at determining the principal's strategy to manage work stress conflicts in female teachers as the impact of implementing Full Day School. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with the type of phenomenological research. The research sites were SMAN 1 Talang Kelapa and SMAN 1 Betung Banyuasin Regency. The data in this study were in the form of observations, documentation, and interviews. Checking the validity of the data with source triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis using the Spradley model The results in this study indicate that the principal conducts three strategies to manage work stress conflicts in female teachers as the impact of implementing Full Day School so that it does not interfere with teacher performance, student comfort, and does not hinder the achievement of school goals. The strategies adopted by the principal are 1) identifying the forms of work stress for female teachers, 2) identifying conflicts that arise as the effects of work stress for female teachers, and 3) resolving conflicts through personal approaches, official services, and religious approaches
