    We give some sufficient conditions on complex polynomials P and Q to assure that the algebraic plane curve P(x)-Q(y)=0 has no irreducible component of genus 0 or 1. Moreover, if deg (P)=deg (Q) and if both P, Q satisfy Hypothesis I introduced by H. Fujimoto, our sufficient conditions are necessary

    Ability to organize experiential activities of teachers in primary schools

    This study examines the capacity of primary school teachers to design, organize, and evaluate experiential activities, utilizing a robust measurement framework grounded in the 2018 General Education Program. The evaluation encompasses 540 teachers, drawing on diverse sources, including questionnaires, regulatory documents, and input from educational stakeholders. The findings highlight commendable strengths in planning and organizing experiential activities, with 324 teachers demonstrating excellent or good capacity. However, critical gaps are evident, particularly in contextual analysis, testing tool design, and information processing, reflecting a need for targeted professional development. The measurement framework, calculated with a distance value of 0.8, employs a scale categorization that offers nuanced insights into the varying impact of experiential activities. The study underscores the significance of targeted professional development initiatives tailored to address identified gaps. Curriculum adaptations are recommended to leverage successful strategies, and informed decision-making is facilitated by evidence-based policies. The findings advocate for a culture of continuous improvement in educational practices. While the study provides valuable insights, limitations include contextual specificity, potential subjectivity in self-reported data, and the exclusion of student perspectives. A quantitative emphasis, reliance on a single methodology, and a sample size of 540 teachers may impact generalizability. This research informs educational stakeholders, policymakers, and practitioners about the current state of experiential education in primary schools. The study, within its limitations, contributes actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of teacher training and curriculum design, fostering an environment conducive to experiential learning practices

    MODELO DE CONSULTA ESCOLAR NO VIETNÃ: ESTUDO DE CASO DE PROFESSORES EM TEMPO PARCIAL

    The school consultation model in Vietnam currently being implemented according to Circular No. 31/2017/TT-BGDDT effective from February 2, 2018, is the “Part-time teacher” model. The purpose of this exploratory study is to test the awareness of officials and teachers about the effectiveness of elements in the “part-time teacher” school consultation model in high schools in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The research sample was randomly selected from 4 high school heads and from teacher pedagogical training courses and management training classes, with 538 participants, of which teachers (69.0%), and managers (31.0%); in the study sample, there were (36.2%) participating in the school’s psychology team. Research subjects (28.6%) were trained in psychological consultation capacity by topic; (8.9%) training in psychological counseling capacity and granting training certificates; (5.4%) training for bachelor of psychology and master of psychology; (57.1%) had not studied through the psychological counseling competency program. The instrument’s validity and reliability were verified through the evaluation of Cronbach alpha analysis, and exploratory factor analysis (EFA). When analyzing the EFA factor, the results of the factors in the model have a positive correlation of 76.2% (R2 = 1.00), in the factors of personnel conducting consultations, policies for personnel participating in consultations, and policies for consulting personnel. Joining the school counseling team, the consultation process and the consultation room have not been paying attention.O modelo de consulta escolar no Vietname que está atualmente a ser implementado de acordo com a Circular n.º 31/2017/TT-BGDDT, em vigor a partir de 2 de fevereiro de 2018, é o modelo “Professor a tempo parcial”. O objectivo deste estudo exploratório é testar a sensibilização de funcionários e professores sobre a eficácia dos elementos do modelo de consulta escolar de “professores a tempo parcial” em escolas secundárias na cidade de Ho Chi Minh, Vietname. A amostra da pesquisa foi selecionada aleatoriamente entre 4 diretores de escolas de ensino médio e de cursos de formação pedagógica de professores e turmas de formação gerencial, com 538 participantes, sendo professores (69,0%) e gestores (31,0%); na amostra do estudo havia (36,2%) participantes da equipe de psicologia da escola. Os sujeitos da pesquisa (28,6%) foram capacitados em capacidade de consulta psicológica por tema; (8,9%) formação em capacidade de aconselhamento psicológico e concessão de certificados de formação; (5,4%) formação para bacharel em psicologia e mestre em psicologia; (57,1%) não haviam cursado o programa de competência em aconselhamento psicológico. A validade e a confiabilidade do instrumento foram verificadas por meio da avaliação da análise alfa de Cronbach e da análise fatorial exploratória (AFE). Ao analisar o fator AFE, os resultados dos fatores do modelo apresentam correlação positiva de 76,2% (R2 = 1,00), nos fatores pessoal que realiza consultas, políticas para pessoal participante de consultas e políticas para pessoal consultor. Juntando-se à equipe de aconselhamento escolar, o processo de consulta e o consultório não têm prestado atenção

    Impact of Internal Control on the Quality of Accounting Information at Enterprises Listed on the Stock Market in Vietnam

    Purpose: This study is intended to show the impact of internal control on the quality of accounting information at companies listed on the stock market in Vietnam.   Theoretical framework: We using the multivariate linear regression model between the five independent variables according to five components of internal control in the framework of the COSO 2013 and the dependent variable - accounting information quality according with four attributes namely: appropriateness, reliability, consistency and comparability, completeness and ease of understanding which was presented Susanto in 2016.   Design/methodology/approach: Quantitative research methods are used through questionnaires sent to directors and chief accountants of enterprises. The sample size is 193 valid questionnaires for the period from 2021-2022. Statistical analysis tools, testing the reliability of the scale, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple linear regression are used to evaluate the impact of internal control on the quality of accounting information.   Findings: The research results have proved that all hypotheses are accepted and internal control factors have a positive impact on the usefulness of accounting information. In which, the control environment variable has the strongest impact with the coefficient β5 = 0.276, followed by the monitoring activity variable with the coefficient β5 = 0.258. The risk assessment variable has the impact level of β2 = 0.201; the information, communication and control variables have the lowest impact with the coefficients of β4 = 0.175 and β3 = 0.141, respectively.   Research, Practical & Social implications: The study has provided a basis to confirm the relationship and direction of impact of internal control on the quality of accounting information at companies listed on the stock market in Vietnam. Thereby, this research gives some recommendations for improving the internal control of enterprises in order to improve the quality of accounting information.   Originality/value: The findings reveal that the quality of internal control plays an important role in increasing the quality of accounting information, ensuring the safety of enterprises' assets, reducing financial fraud, and improving risk prevention

    NEUTRAL AND CATIONIC TITANIUM-DOPED SILICON CLUSTERS: GROWTH MECHANISM AND STABILIT

    We report ab-initio study on neutral and cationic titanium-doped silicon clusters TiSin0/+              (n = 1-10). The growth patterns for both neutral and charged clusters are revealed. The neutral TiSin clusters follow a consistent rule of addition: the larger TiSin cluster is built up by adding a Si atom on the smaller TiSin-1 cluster. However, the Ti atom prefers to substitute at a high-coordination position to form the cationic clusters. The neutral TiSin clusters is more stable than the pure Sin+1 clusters while the cationic TiSin+ is less stable than the pure ones. Both neutral and cationic clusters tend to loss Si atom rather than Ti atoms.
