Artikel ini menyebutkan beberapa kelebihan dan kekurangan belajar-mengajar Sastra online di SMK- melanjutkan pendidikan selama siswa absen dari pusat karena pandemi Covid-19. Dari situ, diusulkan beberapa solusi pembelajaran Sastra online selama siswa bolos sekolah di pusat karena wabah Covid-19 di Pusat Pendidikan Vokasi dan Pendidikan Berkelanjutan

Agricultural restructure policy in Vietnam and practical application for sustainable development in agriculture

Recently, effective agricultural policies necessitate sustainable development in the agricultural sector, which necessitates frequent research and the attention of policymakers. Consequently, this study investigates the effect of agricultural restructuring policies on agricultural import, agricultural export, agricultural employment, agricultural irrigation land, and agricultural land on the sustainable development of agriculture in Vietnam. From 1991 to 2021, the researchers extracted secondary data from secondary sources such as World Development Indicators (WDI). The researchers also used the non-linear autoregressive distributed lag (NARDL) method to examine the relationships between the variables. The results revealed that agricultural restructuring policies regarding agricultural import, agricultural exports, agricultural employment, agricultural irrigation land, and agricultural land have a positive correlation with Vietnam's agriculture's sustainable development. Relationship between Transformational Leadership Style and Leadership Thinking of Provincial Administration Leaders

Objectives: The transformational leadership style is accepted as suitable for leading administrative agencies to achieve outstanding results and help organizations cope with challenges. Besides, leadership thinking is also considered to have a very important role in leadership performance in administrative agencies. Therefore, the main objective of the study is to explore the relationship between transformational leadership style and leader thinking to organization's performance. Methods: The article focuses on explaining the views on transformational leadership style, healthy thinking, and the relationship between transformational leadership style and leadership thinking, and at the same time points out the current status of transformational leadership style, transformational leadership, leadership thinking as well as this relationship in practice among the leaders of provincial agencies in Vietnam. Descriptive, inductive, deductive, synthetic, and quantitative statistical methods were applied to interpret the results. Findings: Research results show that transformational leadership style, leadership thinking in the team of leaders of provincial agencies is quite average, there is a strong positive correlation between transformational leadership style. In contrast to leadership thinking, a more transformative leadership style means that it requires an innovative leadership thinking. Spectroscopie d'émission d'un plasma crée par des décharge couronne dans l'hélium

Fluorescence spectroscopy is a powerful tool to obtain information on microscopicprocesses in non-equilibrium discharge plasma (corona) in dense media such as high pressuresupercritical gas and even liquids. Spectroscopic observations of the light emitted from anionization zone near a tip electrode can be used to determine structural information of thelocal environment of the emitting atoms or molecules. The spectral features observable aresensitive to the immediate surroundings of the emitting species, which makes emissionspectroscopy very useful for study of the cold nonequilibrium plasma varying the pressureand the temperature.In this work, we have studied the current-voltage characteristics and spectralcomposition of helium cryoplasma initiated with a corona discharge in gaseous and liquidhelium. A cryoplasma has been realized in laboratory conditions using corona discharge ingaseous and liquid Helium at cryogenic temperatures of the matter. Experiments were carriedout at a number of fixed temperatures from 300 K down to 4.2 K within the pressure range0.1÷10 MPa. The conditions covered a wide region of thermodynamic states of the mattersuch as from a gas with density of ~1019 cm-3 up to liquid Helium with density of 2*1022cm-3.La spectroscopie d’émission est un outil puissant pour obtenir des informations sur lesprocessus microscopiques dans un plasma de décharge hors-équilibre (décharge couronne)dans des milieux denses tels que le gaz supercritique à haute pression et les liquides. Lesobservations spectroscopiques de la lumière émise à partir d'une zone d'ionisation créée parune décharge entre une pointe fine et un plan sont utilisées pour caractériser l'environnementlocal des atomes ou des molécules émettrices. Les caractéristiques spectrales observablesétant sensibles à l'environnement immédiat de l'espèce émettrice, rend la spectroscopieoptique très utile pour l'étude du plasma hors-équilibre en fonction des paramètres du milieu(pression et température).Dans ce travail, nous avons étudié les caractéristiques courant-tension et lacomposition spectrale d’un cryoplasma initié par une décharge couronne dans l'hélium liquideet gazeux à des températures cryogéniques. IN VITRO EVALUATION OF ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY OF GARLIC ALLIUM SATIVUM AGAINST POULTRY PATHOGENS AND EFFECT OF GARLIC SUPPLEMENTATION ON DUCKLING GROWTH PERFORMANCE

ABSTRACT-QMFS2019Poultry production provides source of protein and contributes an important income for Vietnamese farmers. Among the poultry in Vietnam, ducks account for 27.3% of head of poultry and even 55.7% in Mekong Delta region. Along with the development of rearing ducks, bacterial, viral and fungal diseases occurring in the two last decades induced bad effect for poultry producer. Escherichia coli, Salmonella enterica, Streptococcal or Pasteurella act as major pathogenic bacteria in duck. The aims of this study were to investigate the antibacterial activity of garlic Allium sativum against E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella Typhimurium and to evaluate the effect of garlic on growth performance of duck from 1-28 old-days. The results indicated that fresh garlic and dried garlic powder showed inhibitory effect against pathogenic tested strains from 2% and 4% w/v, respectively. The inhibition zones and the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of garlic extract ranged from 11.3-28.3 mm and 0.02-0.2 g/ml, respectively. After 28 days of diet with garlic supplemented, D3 (2% of fresh garlic in water) showed significantly different in weight gain (WG), feed conversion ratio (FCR), protein efficiency ratio (PER), average daily weight (ADW); whereas, D2 (2% of garlic powder in basal diet) only possessed a difference significant in feed consumption (FC) compared to the D1 (control without garlic supplementation). Complete mitochondrial genome of Dong Tao chicken breed (Gallus gallus domesticus) of Vietnam

The complete mitochondrial genome of Dong Tao chicken breed (Gallus gallus domesticus, Dong Tao) was obtained by PCR and sequencing. The complete mitogenome was 16,783 bp in length, with the nucleotide composition for A, T, C, G was 30.29%, 23.75%, 32.48%, and 13.48%, respectively. The mitogenome of Dong Tao chicken contained a non-coding control region (D-loop), 2 rRNA genes, 13 protein-coding genes, and 22 tRNA genes. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that breed Dong Tao chicken breed was sister-close to G. gallus breed Guangxi, and paraphyletic to G. spadiceus, S. jabouillei, and a range of Chinese indigenous, ie. breeds Rugao and Taoyuan
