    Au cours de son existence du Moyen Âge Ă  l’époque moderne, la Chambre des comptes de Bretagne a comptĂ© prĂšs de 1 200 magistrats. Soixante-dix neuf familles furent anoblies grĂące Ă  leur appartenance Ă  cette institution. Les prĂ©sidents et les procureurs gĂ©nĂ©raux venaient de l’ancienne noblesse. En revanche, la part des nobles n’a fait que dĂ©croĂźtre, du XVIe au XVIIIe siĂšcle, parmi les maĂźtres et les auditeurs.During its existence from the Middle Ages to the Modern Time, the Chambre des comptes of Brittany consisted of nearly 1 200 magistrates.     How does the teaching of ethics appear in the education of social work and is this enough? I would like to answer to these questions in this article. In my thesis I tried to approach the topic from several aspects. On the one hand, I prepared questionnaires for bachelor students participating in various social work trainings. On the other hand I interviewed students, entrants and tutors. Finally, I reviewed the curriculums of these trainings, searching for subjects, which name refers that the subject includes aspects of social work ethics.Why is this topic so important? That is because social work is a profession of human rights, which not only aims to get people to respect rights but to guarantee their implementation and realization. Indeed, the task is to develop and protect these fundamental human rights, too. However, this is only possible if the social workers are aware of the Code of Ethics and the professional values, as essential parts of professional competences.The research concluded that the ethics education in universities and colleges is not structured and focused enough and still there are some social work students and professionals who do not know the Code of Ethics, did not hear about the Association of Social Work Ethics. Consequently, they may have difficulties to solve pivotal problems, and recognize dilemmas in the field of ethics.Nincs szociĂĄlis munka szakmai etika nĂ©lkĂŒl. MĂ©gis, annak ellenĂ©re, hogy a szociĂĄlis munkĂĄnak szerves rĂ©sze a szakmai etika – vagy annak kellene lennie –, igen kevĂ©s tanulmĂĄny talĂĄlhatĂł ebben a tĂ©mĂĄban a hazai szakirodalomban. Hogyan lehetsĂ©ges az, hogy Ășgy kell kutatni, vadĂĄszni a kapcsolĂłdĂł olvasmĂĄnyokat? Pedig szĂŒksĂ©g lenne szakirodalomra, hiszen a „hatĂ©kony gyakorlat feltĂ©tele a dilemmĂĄkhoz valĂł tudatos viszonyulĂĄs” (Andok, TĂ­mĂĄr 2002: 88). Hogyan jelenik meg az etika oktatĂĄsa a kĂ©pzĂ©sben Ă©s ez mennyire elegendƑ? Erre a kĂ©rdĂ©sfeltevĂ©sre Ă©pĂŒl ez az Ă­rĂĄs.Hogyan jelenik meg az etika oktatĂĄsa a szociĂĄlis munkĂĄs kĂ©pzĂ©sben Ă©s ez mennyire elegendƑ? Erre a kĂ©rdĂ©sfeltevĂ©sre Ă©pĂŒl ez az Ă­rĂĄs. Dolgozatomban a tĂ©mĂĄt igyekeztem több oldalrĂłl megközelĂ­teni. EgyrĂ©szt kĂ©rdƑíveket kĂ©szĂ­tettem kĂŒlönbözƑ szociĂĄlis munkĂĄs kĂ©pzĂ©sekben rĂ©sztvevƑ alapszakos diĂĄkokkal. MĂĄsrĂ©szt interjĂșkat kĂ©szĂ­tettem diĂĄkokkal, pĂĄlyakezdƑkkel, illetve a kĂ©pzĂ©sekben rĂ©sztvevƑ oktatĂłkkal. VĂ©gĂŒl ĂĄtnĂ©ztem a kĂŒlönbözƑ kĂ©pzĂ©sek tanterveit, olyan tantĂĄrgyakat keresve, amelyek a nevĂ©bƑl kiderĂŒlne, hogy kifejezetten a szociĂĄlis munka etika vonatkozĂĄsait tartalmazza.Hogy miĂ©rt is olyan fontos ez a tĂ©ma? AzĂ©rt, mert a szociĂĄlis munka egy emberjogi szakma, ami nem csak arra törekszik, hogy a tĂĄrsadalom az emberi jogokat tiszteletben tartsa, hanem ezeknek a jogoknak a megfelelƑ Ă©rvĂ©nyesĂ­tĂ©sĂ©re Ă©s megvalĂłsĂ­tĂĄsĂĄra is törekszik. SƑt az is feladata, hogy alakĂ­tsa Ă©s vĂ©dje az alapvetƑ emberi jogokat. Ez azonban csak akkor lehetsĂ©ges, ha a szociĂĄlis munkĂĄsok ismerik az Etikai KĂłdexet Ă©s a szakmai Ă©rtĂ©keket, amik a szakmai kompetencia alapvetƑ rĂ©szei.A kutatĂĄs alapjĂĄn arra jutottam, hogy bĂĄr van valamifĂ©le szaketika oktatĂĄs az egyetemeken Ă©s fƑiskolĂĄkon, ez mĂ©gsem elegendƑ, mert vannak – mĂ©g ha nem is olyan sokan, mint azt gondoltam –, akik nem ismerik pontosan az Etikai KĂłdexet, nem hallottak az Etikai KollĂ©giumrĂłl, nem tudjĂĄk hova fordulhatnak nehĂ©zsĂ©g esetĂ©n, nem biztosak abban mi etikus, Ă©s nem feltĂ©tlenĂŒl ismerik fel a dilemmĂĄkat
