Evaluation of the Grant Opportunities in Euroregion Těšínské Slezsko in the Programming Period 2014–2020

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení dotačních příležitostí na území české části Euroregionu Těšínské Slezsko v programovém období 2014–2020 na základě analýzy efektivity a přidané hodnoty vyplývající z využití dotačních prostředků alokovaných na přeshraniční spolupráci Evropské unie v rámci vybraného vzorku projektů. Diplomová práce tak ověřuje, zdali jsou finanční prostředky Evropské unie přínosem v podporovaném území a zda dochází ke zlepšení situace v rozvoji Euroregionu Těšínské Slezsko. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří tematických kapitol, které doplňují úvod a závěr. První obsahová kapitola se zabývá proměnami přeshraniční spolupráce v Evropské unii a České republice v letech 2014–2027. Druhou tematickou kapitolou je socioekonomická analýza Euroregionu Těšínské Slezsko a programový rámec přeshraniční spolupráce na česko-polském pohraničí. Třetí tematická kapitola se zaobírá analýzou využití dotačních příležitostí a přidaná hodnota projektů přeshraniční spolupráce, realizovaných na území české části Eureoregionu Těšínské Slezsko v programovém období 2014–2020.The diploma thesis aims to evaluate grant opportunities in the Czech part of the Euroregion Těšínské Slezsko in the programming period 2014-2020 based on an analysis of efficiency and added value resulting from the use of grant funds allocated to cross-border cooperation in the European Union in a selected sample of projects. The diploma thesis verifies whether the European Union funds are a benefit in the supported area and whether the situation in the development of the Euroregion Těšínské Slezsko is improving. The diploma thesis is divided into three thematic chapters, which complement the introduction and conclusion. The first content chapter deals with the changes in cross-border cooperation in the European Union and the Czech Republic in 2014–2027. The second thematic chapter is the socio-economic analysis of the Euroregion Těšínské Slezsko and the program framework of cross-border cooperation on the Czech-Polish border. Inflammatory Bowel Diseases in pregnancy

(EN) Inflammatory bowel disease is a chronic autoimmune disease of the intestinal tract including Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and other unspecified colitis. Depending on the type of disease, inflammation affects the small or large intestine or rectum. It is a multifactorial disease in which the intestinal microflora, the immune system status, and genetic predisposition are crucial. IBD is most often diagnosed in late adolescence or early adulthood. Due to the availability of quality treatment, the health status of IBD patients also improves, allowing them to consider starting a family after the disease has calmed down. Patients have fewer children than the general population, but there was no significantly higher risk of infertility. A prerequisite for successful pregnancy and childbirth is a stable condition of the disease and the use of treatment during pregnancy to prevent relapse. A specific problem of patients is voluntary childlessness because of worries about the worsening of IBD during or after pregnancy, about negative effects of treatment on a foetus, but also an occurrence of disease in offspring This work aims to summarize the issue of pregnancy in patients with IBD and to provide information on the current situation in patients with IBD in the Czech Republic. Keywords:...(CZ) Idiopatické střevní záněty jsou chronická autoimunitní onemocnění střevního traktu, která postihují tenké nebo tlusté střevo, případně konečník. Mezi tato onemocnění patří Crohnova choroba, ulcerózní kolitida a jiné nespecifikované kolitidy. Jedná se o multifaktoriální onemocnění, v jehož patogenezi významnou roli hraje střevní mikroflóra, stav imunitního systému a do značné míry genetická predispozice. IBD je nejčastěji diagnostikováno v pozdní adolescenci nebo rané dospělosti. Vzhledem k včasné diagnostice a velmi dobré medikaci je zdravotní stav pacientek s IBD natolik dobrý, že jim umožňuje uvažovat o založení rodiny. Pacientky s IBD mají sice méně dětí než běžná populace, ale nebylo u nich zjištěno signifikantně vyšší riziko neplodnosti. Předpokladem úspěšného těhotenství a porodu je stabilizovaný stav onemocnění a užívání léčby v průběhu těhotenství tak, aby nedošlo k relapsu. Specifickým problémem pacientek je dobrovolná bezdětnost z důvodů obav ze zhoršení IBD v době těhotenství či po něm, z negativního vlivu léčby či léků na plod, ale i obav z výskytu onemocnění IBD u jejich potomků. Use of the European Structural and Investment Funds in the Programming Period 2014–2020 in the Case of a Sample Project on the Territory of Třinec

Cílem bakalářské práce je, na základě teoretického vymezení regionální politiky, projektového řízení a dotačního managementu v kontextu Evropské unie, vytvořit komplexní žádost o podporu projektu v elektronickém monitorovacím systému MS 2014+. Podstatou samotné projektové žádosti je revitalizace zeleně u řeky Olše na území města Třinec, tj. podpora na území regionu soudržnosti NUTS 2 Moravskoslezsko s podporou Evropských strukturálních a investiční fondů. Bakalářská práce je rozčleněna do tří tematických kapitol doplněných o úvod a závěr. První obsahová kapitola je věnovaná vymezení regionální politiky Evropské unie a České republiky. Druhá obsahová kapitola je zaměřena na východiska projektového řízení a dotačního managementu v rámci Evropských strukturálních a investičních fondů v programovém období 2014-2020. The focus of the project application itself is the Revitalisation of greenery by the Olše River in Třinec, i.e. support in the NUTS 2 Moravia-Silesia Cohesion Region with the help of the European Structural and Investment Funds. Coping Strategies of Employees of Low-threshold Services for Drug Users

Background: Low-threshold addiction facilities are in contact primarily with active drug users and deal with a very wide range of problems and situations, including those in crisis. Coping strategies can be crucial in preventing the burnout syndrome, which puts people in the helping professions, including workers in low-threshold addiction facilities, at risk. There is no published study in our territory that would aim at coping strategies on above mentioned target group. Aims: To map coping strategies of workers in low-threshold addiction facilities and to describe possible differences in these strategies between men and women. Methods: This is an online questionnaire study among employees of all low-threshold addiction facilities in the Czech Republic. A sample research group consisted of all employees of these facilities who work here for at least 20 hours a week. Respondents were acquired by the method of self-selection. A mixed research design was chosen. Data was obtained through a standardized Stress Management Strategy questionnaire 78 and an open-ended question focusing on what helps respondents reduce stress and tension.
