Global Cities – Cities Changed Social-Cultural Space

In this article, we analyze different approaches to the term global city and reveal the process of formationof this phenomenon in social sciences. We consider the specifics of such concepts as a global city, aworld city, town information, a creative city. The global city is seen as a factor of influence on the socioeconomicprocesses of the modern world, which determines the impact depending not only on the size ofthe city. The modern urban development goal - to become visible on the world map of politics, economy,allowing the city to develop, involving active and creative actors in their own space. This article discussesthe methods and mechanisms that contribute to changes in the urban space by different examples. Theinstability, volatility of urban space, the dependence on a huge number of factors and side effects ofdecisions are the main problems of the modern management of urban space. For the world city, as asystem that defines and forms these processes, the author introduces the concept of a control point, whichis a landmark, setting the direction of development and changing the dynamics of socio-cultural space

In our always-evolving world, financial literacy and inclusion are crucial in the development of sustainable welfare and a more transparent and fairer society. We cannot forget that the subprime mortgage crisis of 2008 that has continued across the world to this day has financial illiteracy as one of the most aggravating factors. The main challenge for many consumers worldwide is that the requirements of adequate financial literacy skills have been steadily increasing over time. Individuals have to take a wide range of financial decisions and unfortunately, they sometimes overlook or simply do not know the risk attached with the decisions they are making until it is too late. The main challenges for financial literacy at the micro-level, meso-level, and macro-level are over deference to the financial industry, lack of financial knowledge, overconfidence about financial knowledge, lack of government initiatives, frameworks and regulations, lack of life-cycle planning and interesting and fascinating ways to teach financial literacy skills

Цель работы - разработка цифрового регулируемого электропривода механизма подъёма крана, удовлетворяющий требованиям технического задания. Был проведен расчет параметров механической части, элементов силового канала построена область существования электромеханических характеристик. Были проведены исследования электропривода на имитационной модели в различных режимах работы.The purpose of the work is the development of a digital adjustable electric drive of the crane lifting mechanism that meets the requirements of the technical specification. The parameters of the mechanical part were calculated, the elements of the power channel the region of existence of electromechanical characteristics was built.
