We set âzhihu.comâ as an example and integrate a new model to study the user\u27s intention to continuously using the network Q & A community platform based on traditional S-O-R model, Information System (IS) success model, the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model and Error Correction Model (ECM). In the social dimension, technological dimension, service quality dimension, we carried out an empirical research on the important factors affecting the user\u27s continually using the network Q & A community platform. Finally, we put forward suggestions and Countermeasures on how to manage the network innovation community and encourage users to participate it effectively
Exploring The Role of Consumersâ Trust in The Online Financial Products Sales Platforms Using The CommitmentâTrust Theory
Recent years, Internet Finance pops into our field of vision and plays a quite essential role in our daily life; besides, it seems to change our ordinary financial management concept in a subtle way. In order to provide convenient for consumers, many third-party platforms emerge as required simultaneously which are widely used to satisfy both investors and sellers. Therefore, it is undeniable that the success of Internet Financeâs practical meaning heavily depends on its usersâ continuous support. More specifically, the âcontinuous supportâ comes from customersâ favorable comments and trust. However, the topic about internet financial sales platforms has not been completely studied in former researches. According to this, the highly practicability and significant utility of this topic indicate the importance of the present study. Based on the commitment-trust theory and Meyer and Allenâs three-component model of commitment, this paper focus on constructing a researching model which incorporates context specific antecedent. Moreover, Perceived benefit, products diversity, quality of alternatives perform well as antecedents of commitment. Using Meyer and Allenâs three-component model of commitment as a proxy for formal control, this study finds out that elements characterized such as platform assurance, products recommendation and government regulation are positively related to the trust raised by users and even the third-parties. And vice versa, trust and commitment positively affect relational outcomes that we theorize would contribute to outsourcing success as well. Both researches and their practical implications of the results are to be discussed. The results of this research provide theoretical implications for future research and practical implications for the success of internet financial products sales platforms
Tembusu Virus in Ducks, China
In China in 2010, a disease outbreak in egg-laying ducks was associated with a flavivirus. The virus was isolated and partially sequenced. The isolate exhibited 87%â91% identity with strains of Tembusu virus, a mosquito-borne flavivirus of the Ntaya virus group. These findings demonstrate emergence of Tembusu virus in ducks
Microbicidal Phagocytosis of Nucleus Pulposus Cells Against Staphylococcus aureus via the TLR2/MAPKs Signaling Pathway
Intervertebral disc (IVD) is an immune-privileged organ that lacks immunocytes, such as macrophages or neutrophils; therefore, it is unclear how IVD immunological defense against bacterial infection occurs. Here, we demonstrated that nucleus pulposus cells (NPCs), the vital machinery for maintaining the homeostasis of IVD, exerted microbicidal activity against Staphylococcus aureus via induction of phagolysosome formation. Moreover, we found that the Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2)/mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) signaling pathway is critical for bacterial phagocytosis and phagolysosome formation of NPCs. These findings demonstrated for the first time that NPCs could function as non-professional phagocytes against S. aureus infection, thereby enhancing antimicrobial defense against bacterial infections in IVDs
Real-time Monitoring for the Next Core-Collapse Supernova in JUNO
Core-collapse supernova (CCSN) is one of the most energetic astrophysical
events in the Universe. The early and prompt detection of neutrinos before
(pre-SN) and during the SN burst is a unique opportunity to realize the
multi-messenger observation of the CCSN events. In this work, we describe the
monitoring concept and present the sensitivity of the system to the pre-SN and
SN neutrinos at the Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO), which is
a 20 kton liquid scintillator detector under construction in South China. The
real-time monitoring system is designed with both the prompt monitors on the
electronic board and online monitors at the data acquisition stage, in order to
ensure both the alert speed and alert coverage of progenitor stars. By assuming
a false alert rate of 1 per year, this monitoring system can be sensitive to
the pre-SN neutrinos up to the distance of about 1.6 (0.9) kpc and SN neutrinos
up to about 370 (360) kpc for a progenitor mass of 30 for the case
of normal (inverted) mass ordering. The pointing ability of the CCSN is
evaluated by using the accumulated event anisotropy of the inverse beta decay
interactions from pre-SN or SN neutrinos, which, along with the early alert,
can play important roles for the followup multi-messenger observations of the
next Galactic or nearby extragalactic CCSN.Comment: 24 pages, 9 figure
In Vivo Colonization Test of Two CRISPR-Engineered Escherichia coli in Mice
Objective The colonization ability and efficiency of two Escherichia coli (E. coli)-engineered strains, Nissle1917 and BW25113, in the intestine were evaluated in mice, we aimed to screen out strains for subsequent research on clustered regularly interspersed short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein (Cas) system-engineered bacteria to eliminate drug-resistant bacteria via high intestinal colonization efficiency. Methods Seventy ICR mice (18â20 g), half male and half female, were randomly divided into 7 treatment groups by gender, with 10 mice in each group (6 for experiment and 4 for control). The experimental group was gavaged with 2Ă1010 of the engineered strains at a final volume of 200 ÎŒL, and the control group was gavaged with an equal volume of PBS. At 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, 48, and 72 hours after gavage, the mesenteric lymph nodes, stomach, ileocecal and colonic tissues, and intestinal contents of the mice were removed. The two E. coli strains were detected using plate inoculation, fluorescence microscopy, and PCR amplification to compare their in vivo colonization ability and efficiency. Results At 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, and 48 hours after gavage, both E. coli strains had colonized in the stomach, ileocecal and colonic tissues as detected using the three methods, and no leakage of E. coli fluid from the lymph nodes was observed; at 72 hours, only Nissle1917 colonized in the ileocecal and colonic tissues, comparing the colonization efficiency of the two E. coli strains, that of Nissle1917 was 100% and that of BW25113 was 0 at 72 hours. Conclusion Nissle1917 has a higher colonization efficiency than BW25113 and can colonize in the mucosal surface of ileocecal and colonic tissues for a long time, suggesting that it can be used as a carrier for the CRISPR system to prevent and control drug resistance gene transmission
Propionibacterium acnes Induces Intervertebral Disc Degeneration by Promoting iNOS/NO and COX-2/PGE2 Activation via the ROS-Dependent NF-ÎșB Pathway
Accumulating evidence suggests that Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes) is a novel pathogenic factor promoting intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD). However, the underlying mechanisms by which P. acnes induces IVDD have been unclear. In this study, we quantified the severity of IVDD, as well as the expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS)/nitric oxide (NO) and cyclooxygenase (COX-2)/prostaglandin (PGE2) in human intervertebral discs (IVDs) infected with P. acnes. Compared with P. acnes-negative IVDs, P. acnes-positive IVDs showed increased iNOS/NO and COX-2/PGE2 activity concomitant with more severe IVDD. In order to detect the potential correlation between iNOS/NO expression, COX-2/PGE2 expression, and IVDD, we developed a P. acnes-induced IVDD rat model and found that the upregulation of iNOS/NO and COX-2/PGE2 was essential to the occurrence of P. acnes-induced IVDD. This finding was supported by the fact that the inhibition of iNOS/NO and COX-2/PGE2 activity ameliorated IVDD significantly, as evidenced by restored aggrecan and collagen II expression both in vivo and in vitro. Mechanistically, we found that P. acnes induced iNOS/NO and COX-2/PGE2 expressions via a reactive oxygen species- (ROS-) dependent NF-ÎșB cascade. Furthermore, NADPH oxidase participated in P. acnes-induced ROS, iNOS/NO, and COX-2/PGE2 expressions. Overall, these findings further validated the involvement of P. acnes in the pathology of IVDD and provided evidence that P. acnes-induced iNOS/NO and COX-2/PGE2 activation via the ROS-dependent NF-ÎșB pathway is likely responsible for the pathology of IVDD
