    COVID-19 merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV-2 yang telah merebak diseluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia. Dalam menanggapi pandemi ini telah dibentuk protokol kesehatan 5M yang berkaitan dengan perilaku, serta menjadi salah satu faktor dalam memutuskan rantai penularan COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan praktik protokol kesehatan 5M dengan kejadian COVID-19 pada mahasiswa FK UKI angkatan 2018 di tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei analitik dengan metode pendekatan cross-sectional. Teknik sampling menggunakan simple random sampling dengan total responden 113 mahasiswa FK UKI angkatan 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dalam mengukur tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan praktik protokol kesehatan 5M dan kejadian COVID-19 yang berdasarkan RT-PCR dalam kurun waktu satu tahun. Pengisian kuesioner dilakukan secara daring menggunakan google form. Data akan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan Chi-square dan Fisher’s Exact Test. Penelitian berjalan selama 2 minggu yang dimulai dari 7 maret hingga 14 maret 2022. Hasil univariat mendapatkan bahwa 90,2% mahasiswa memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik, 55,8% memiliki sikap yang baik, 61% praktik yang kurang serta 43,3% mengalami COVID-19 dari 113 responden. Dari hasi analisis bivariat didapatkan terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan kejadian COVID-19 (p value = 0,001), tingkat sikap dengan kejadian COVID-19 (p value = 0,042) dan tingkat praktik dengan kejadian COVID-19 (p value = 0,014). Maka dapat dikatakan semakin tinggi pengetahuan, sikap dan praktik protokol kesehatan 5M maka semakin terhindar seseorang dari COVID-19 pada mahasiswa FK UKI angkatan 2018. In response to this pandemic, the 5M health protocol is related to behavior, as well as being one of the factors in breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the level of knowledge, attitudes and practice of the 5M health protocol with the incidence of COVID-19 in FK UKI students batch 2018 in 2022. This study is an analytical survey research with a cross-sectional approach. Simple random sampling is used as sampling technique with a total of 113 FK UKI students batch 2018. This study used a questionnaire to measure the level of knowledge, attitudes and practices of the 5M health protocol and the incidence of COVID-19 based on RT-PCR within one year. Filling out the questionnaire is done online using a google form. The data will be analyzed univariately and bivariately using Chi-square and Fisher's Exact Test. The study ran for 2 weeks starting from March 7 to March 14, 2022. Univariate results found that 90.2% of students had a good level of knowledge, 55.8% had a good attitude, 61% had poor practice and 43.3% experienced COVID-19 from 113 respondents. From the results of the bivariate analysis, it was found that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and the incidence of COVID-19 (p value = 0.001), the level of attitude with the incidence of COVID-19 (p value = 0.042) and the level of practice with the incidence of COVID-19 (p value = 0.014). So it can be said that the higher the knowledge, attitude and practice of the 5M health protocols, the more student will be protected from COVID-19 in the 2018 UKI FK students. The C=O, CAr—CAr and C—N bond lengths are in agreement with the oxocyclo­hexa­dienide–iminium zwitterionic form. A strong intra­molecular N+—H⋯O hydrogen bond generates an S(6) ring motif. The morpholine ring adopts a chair conformation. In the crystal, mol­ecules are linked into centrosymmetric dimers by inter­molecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.     In the title compound, C6H6N2O3·C8H8O4, the 2-amino-4-nitro­phenol (ANP) and 1-(2,4,6-trihy­droxy­phen­yl)ethanone (THA) mol­ecules are both nearly planar, with r.m.s. deviations of 0.0630 and 0.0313 Å, respectively. The angle between the least-squares planes of THA and ANP is 48.99 (2)°. In THA, an intra­molecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond generates an S(6) ring motif. In the crystal, N—H⋯O, O—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds lead to the formation of a three-dimensional network.
