    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul Perlindungan Hak Kesehatan Narapidana Lapas Kelas I Palembang Pada Masa COVID-19 Menurut Undang-Undang No.12 Tahun 1995 Tentang Pemasyarakatan dan Hukum Pidana Islam. Kesehatan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar manusia, karena kesehatan merupakan hak bagi setiap warga masyarakat yang dilindungi oleh Undang-Undang termasuk narapidana. Undang-Undang No.12 Tahun 1995 disebutkan hak narapidana termasuk untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan dan makanan yang layak. Permasalahan yang diangkat yaitu bagaimana realiasasi perlidungan hak kesehatan narapidana pada masa Covid-19 berdasarkan Undang-Undang No.12 Tahun 1995 dan bagaimana perspektif Hukum Pidana Islam terhadap perlindungan hak kesehatan narapidana pada masa Covid-19 di Lapas Kelas I Palembang. Metode yang digunakan penelitian lapangan (field research). Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan perlindungan hak kesehatan narapidana di Lapas Kelas I Palembang telah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No.12 Tahun 1995 dan syariat islam Maqasid Syari’ah berupa Hifzh al-nafs, perlindungam hak kesehatan narapidana seperti pelayanan kesehatan melalui program Kesailmu, Program vaksin 1 dan 2 ,pengobatan diklinik terhadap narapidana yang sakit. Pelayanan makanan. Kegiatan olahraga, lingkungan yang bersih. Asimilasi sebagai upaya pengurangan over kapasitas dan pencegahan penularan Covid-19.     Based  on  the  division  ofcrime   ta'zir   above,  helping  to  perform  abortion  is included in the first category ofcrime  ta'zir , namely the criminal act of hudud or qisas which is confirmed by the Koran and hadith, but the conditions are not fulfilled by syubhat. The defendant in this case did not have a complete abortion, it was just that the defendant had already given an injection and also gave medicine to drink so that the fetus in the womb could fall. The data source used is secondary data which consists of three parts, namely, primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Primary legal materials are binding legal materials in the form of Al-Qur'an and Hadith, the 1945 Constitution, and applicable regulations. The results of the research show that the perpetrator of a criminal act helped to carry out an abortion in decision number 1106 / Pid.sus / 2018 / PN.Plg. sentenced to imprisonment for 4 (four) years and revoked license to practice, because it has been proven to have committed a criminal act of assisting attempted abortion in accordance with the facts in the trial, the testimony of witnesses, the testimony of the defendant, taking  into  account the evidence presented  and  examined  at trial, factors relating  to matters that incriminate and relieve the defendant. And analysis of Islamic criminal law against abortion cases help conduct experiments included in the category jarimah ta'zir derived from jarimah hudud or qishas, but its conditions are not met by doubtful.     There are many things that must be fulfilled by members of the legislature, bearing in mind that the task of a representative of the people is not only to represent the people but he must be able to act wisely, fairly, and be able to carry out his duties according to the duties and functions of the members of the legislature itself. Therefore, this research will conduct a review of the requirements for candidates for legislative members in the General Election Commission Regulation (PKPU) No. 20 of 2018 and Aceh Qanun No. 3 of 2008. The purpose of this research is to examine the comparison between PKPU No. 20 of 2018 and Aceh Qanun No. 3 of 2008 in regulating the requirements for candidates for members of the legislature. The type of research used in this study is a type of normative legal research using library research. A comparative approach is used to examine the comparison between the two rules. The results of the study concluded that PKPU is a regulation that is comprehensive, binding, and must be obeyed by all Indonesian citizens regardless of their knowledge and abilities in the field of religion. Meanwhile, the Aceh Qanun is a type of regulation that is binding and must be obeyed by all the people of Aceh. The Aceh Qanun views that having extensive religious knowledge and ability is the most important requirement for anyone who will become a representative of the people.Banyak hal-hal yang harus dipenuhi oleh anggota legislatif, mengingat tugas wakil rakyat tidak hanya sekedar mewakili rakyatnya saja tetapi ia harus mampu bertindak dengan bijaksana, adil, dan dapat menjalankan tugas sebagaimana tugas dan fungsi anggota legislatif itu sendiri. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini akan melakukan kajian tentang syarat bagi calon anggota legislatif dalam Peraturan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (PKPU) No. 20 Tahun 2018 dan Qanun Aceh No. 3 Tahun 2008. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji perbandingan antara PKPU No. 20 Tahun 2018 dan Qanun Aceh No. 3 Tahun 2008 dalam mengatur syarat bagi calon anggota legislatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian hukum normatif yang menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research). Pendekatan komparatif digunakan untuk mengakaji perbandingan antara kedua aturan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa PKPU merupakan peraturan yang bersifat menyeluruh, mengikat, dan wajib ditaati bagi seluruh Warga Negara Indonesia tanpa memandang pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam bidang agama. Adapun, Qanun Aceh merupakan  jenis peraturan yang mengikat dan wajib ditaati bagi seluruh rakyat Aceh. Qanun Aceh memandang bahwa mempunyai pengetahuan dan kemampuan agama yang luas adalah syarat terpenting bagi siapa saja yang akan menjadi wakil rakyat

    Marriage in mahram mushaharah is a marriage that is prohibited in Islam according to the word of Allah SWT. in Qs.An-Nisa verse 23 about mahram muabbad which means people who are forbidden to be married forever. However, marriages in this mushaharah mahram are still found in Mekarjaya Village, Buaypemaca District, South OKU Regency. This research is a field research that is conducting interviews and direct observations of the object of research using a qualitative approach. And supported by primary and secondary data sources. All the data is arranged systematically and then a conclusion is drawn in relation to the problem under study. Marrying a stepdaughter is not allowed under Islamic law, if there has been dukhul with his biological mother, as in the opinion of the majority of scholars. Meanwhile, Ibn Hazm has another opinion, namely that it is permissible to marry a stepdaughter even though there has been dukhul as long as the stepchild is not under the care of his stepfather. As Ibn Hazm has stated in his book Al-Muhalla bil Atsar that the cause of kemahraman between the stepchild and his stepfather if it has fulfilled two absolute conditions simultaneously, namely dukhul and hujur. If one of them is not fulfilled, then it cannot be said to be a mahram. So that his stepdaughter is lawful for his stepfather to marry. As in the case that the researcher has encountered, the marriage of Tejo and Tiwi when viewed from Ibn Hazm's opinion is legally permissible. While the marriage of Yanto and Yuna is not allowed/forbidden, both according to the opinion of the majority of scholars and Ibn Hazm

    The phenomenon of child marriage frequently disregards children's reproductive rights. This study aims to explain the negligence of reproductive rights in child marriages by examining practices, factors, and the impacts of such neglect on girls' human rights. This paper employs a qualitative descriptive approach, and the data was gathered through the use of keywords to search the term "neglect of women's reproductive rights in child marriage”. The data was analyzed by reducing, describing, and interpreting the data in depth in order to reach a conclusion. This paper demonstrates that the practice of child marriage not only places females in a disadvantageous position, but also has an impact on reproductive rights, which has negative repercussions for survival, such as miscarriage, baby blues syndrome, and death. It is also anticipated that this paper can serve as a resource for conducting research on child marriage and the neglect of girls' reproductive rights from a broader and more multidisciplinary perspective, so that it can be used as a basis for formulating firm policies on reproductive right

This study looks at the application of professional zakat based on the Regional Regulation of Palembang City Number 4 of 2017 at the Palembang City Government Office. There are 3 problem formulations in this study, including "1. How is the implementation of professional zakat based on the Regional Regulation of Palembang City Number 4 of 2017 at the Palembang City Government Office? 2. What are the factors that influence the implementation of professional zakat based on the Regional Regulation of Palembang City Number 4 of 2017 at the Palembang City Government Office? 3. What are the efforts made by the Palembang City Government in overcoming the problem of implementing professional zakat based on the Palembang City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2017? From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of professional zakat based on the regional city regulation of Palembang number 4 of 2017 in the Palembang city government office has been carried out but has not been maximized. There are still many ASNs (civilApparatus) who have not deposited professional zakat to the Palembang City BAZNAS.
