Tipologia de Tecnologias em Saúde presentes nas maternidades segundo perspectivas dos profissionais gestores e enfermeiros / Typology of Health Technologies present in the maternity hospitals according to the perspectives of the professional managers and nurses

As tecnologias estão presentes no cotidiano da população e dentro do setor saúde são classificadas como tecnologia leve, leve-dura e dura. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar e compreender as estruturas das maternidades segundo a tipologia de tecnologias em saúde, na perspectiva dos profissionais gestores e enfermeiros. Estudo qualitativo, realizado através de análises comparativas com dados coletados nas maternidades do município, no período de agosto de 2017 a agosto de 2018, com 27 sujeitos que trabalharam nas maternidades. Emergiram dos discursos oito categorias de unidade de registro sendo elas: comunicação entre equipe, comunicação profissional e usuário, comunicação entre os níveis de atenção à saúde, especialização, conhecimento, equipamentos, estrutura profissional e estrutura física. Os resultados desta pesquisa sugerem que o uso das tecnologias nas maternidades do município ainda se encontram em processo de desenvolvimento, abrangendo falhas principalmente nas tecnologias leves, em relação à comunicação

Importância dos programas de Residência pedagógica e PIBID na formação de professores de Licenciatura em Química

A formação de professores de licenciatura em Química desempenha um papel crucial na qualidade do ensino de Ciências. Este artigo aborda a importância dos programas de Residência Pedagógica e do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) na formação desses professores, destacando os benefícios e o impacto dessas iniciativas. A pesquisa tem como objetivo geral analisar a relevância dos programas de Residência Pedagógica e PIBID na formação de professores de Química, com foco em sua prática pedagógica e no desempenho dos alunos. A metodologia empregada consiste em uma revisão bibliográfica abrangente, analisando estudos que exploram a integração teoria-prática, a experiência prática em ambientes escolares e os benefícios da mentoria e do acompanhamento. A revisão bibliográfica proporciona insights sobre como esses programas melhoram a qualidade do ensino de Química e auxiliam na formação de professores mais preparados e reflexivos. Os resultados destacam a importância dos programas de Residência Pedagógica e PIBID na formação de professores de Química, evidenciando a integração entre teoria e prática, o apoio pedagógico, a melhoria da qualidade do ensino e o desenvolvimento profissional contínuo.
