    The study presents a model for making investment decisions that contribute to the development of heating supply companies (hereinafter referred to as HSC), taking into account the restrictions that arise in the conditions of applying tariffs using the “alternative boiler house” method. The study presents a generalized procedure for determining investment projects for the development of heating supply systems, considering the interests of participants in the heat supply of the territory, a curiosity assessment of the main participants in the heat supply of the territory. The weight of the criteria obtained as a result of the analysis is further used in the decision-making model. The simplex method was used as the basis for the implementation of the author’s model of investment decision-making. The simplex method is one of the methods for solving linear programming problems. An algorithm for optimizing the development function of the heating supply system by the simplex method and the index of the development of HSC in the conditions of applying tariffs using the “alternative boiler hous” method is proposed. The study presents a financing plan for a real project for the construction of a new boiler house

    During 1993—2016 there were treated 1255 children 9 months — 14 ages old with tick-bite infections in Kirov Infectious Clinical Hospital and 1214 children from them with the verified diagnosis of Lyme disease. Damage of nervous system was detected in 98 (8.1%) patients in the forms of serous meningitis, meningoencephalitis, polyneuropathies, neuropathies, disseminated encephalomyelitis, diencephalic syndrome with impaired thermal regulation. 45.9 % of cases were mixed-infection (tick-bite encephalitis and Lyme disease). За период с 1993 по 2016 гг. в Кировской инфекционной клинической больнице (КИКБ) было пролечено 1255 детей в возрасте от 9 месяцев до 14 лет с клещевыми инфекциями, из них 1214 детей с верифицированным диагнозом болезнь Лайма (БЛ). Поражение нервной системы обнаружено у 98 (8,1%) пациентов в виде серозных менингитов, менингоэнцефалитов, полинейропатий, нейропатий, диссеминированных энцефаломиелитов, диэнцефального синдрома с нарушением терморегуляции. В 45,9 % случаев была микст-инфекция (клещевой энцефалит и БЛ).

    Bacterial purulent meningitis (BPM) was detected and treated in 63children aged from 1 month till 17 years during 2006—2010. 63,5% (40 patients) of patients were children of first three years old. In this group etiological distribution of the children was as follows: 55% were meningococcal, 17,5% were hemophilic, 2,5% were esherichiosic, 2,5% were staphylococcal, 22,5% were of unclear etiology. The peculiarities of clinics, causes and treatment of Hib — meningitis were explored in 7 children. The criteria were found which indicate the possibility of prolonged wave-like course of Hib-meningitis in the acute period of the disease.За период с 2006 по 2010 годы выявлено и пролечено 63 ребенка в возрасте от 1 месяца до 17 лет с бактериальными гнойными менингитами (БГМ). На долю детей первых трех лет жизни, заболевших БГМ, приходилось 63,5% (40 больных). В этой группе детей распределение по этиологии БГМ было следующим: 55% — менингококковые, 17,5% — гемофильные, 2,5% — эшерихиозные, 2,5% — стафилококковые, 22,5% — неустановленной этиологии. Рассмотрены особенности клиники, течения, лечения Hib-менингитов у 7 детей. Выявлены критерии, указывающие в остром периоде болезни на возможность затяжного, волнообразного течения Hib-менингитов

    56 children aged 1 month to 17 years with generalized meningococcal infection were treated over the period 2004—2009. Antigens of meningococcus group B, C, Y/W 135 were isolated at the patients. The article siscusses clinical and laboratory features of infections caused by different groups of meningococcus. За период 2004—2009 гг. пролечено 56 детей в возрасте от 1 месяца до 17 лет с генерализованной менингококковой инфекцией. У больных были выделены антигены менингококков групп В, С, Y/W 135. Рассмотрены клинико-лабораторные особенности инфекции, вызванной разными группами менингококков.

    During the dynamic observation, clinical and laboratory results of 194 patients with infectious mononucleosis of Eрstein-Barr etiology of different age groups were summarized. In the comparative aspect, the identity of the symptoms is revealed. Along with this, the dependence of some clinical and laboratory parameters on the age of patients was found. Patients with preschool and school age often registered febrile fever, decreased appetite, raids on tonsils, the first appeared «snoring in a dream», hepatosplenomegaly. For teenagers and adults, icterus, a pronounced mononuclear response and cytolysis syndrome are more common. При проведении динамического наблюдения обобщены клинические и лабораторные данные 194 больных инфекционным мононуклеозом Эпштейна – Барр этиологии различных возрастных групп. В сравнительном аспекте выявлена идентичность симптоматики. Наряду с этим, обнаружена зависимость некоторых клинико-лабораторных показателей от возраста пациентов. У больных дошкольного и школьного возраста чаще регистрировались фебрильная лихорадка, снижение аппетита, налеты на миндалинах, впервые появившийся храп во сне, гепатоспленомегалия. Для подростков и взрослых более характерны желтуха, выраженная мононуклеарная реакция и синдром цитолиза.

    Sgs1 and Exo1 Redundantly Inhibit Break-Induced Replication and De Novo Telomere Addition at Broken Chromosome Ends

    In budding yeast, an HO endonuclease-inducible double-strand break (DSB) is efficiently repaired by several homologous recombination (HR) pathways. In contrast to gene conversion (GC), where both ends of the DSB can recombine with the same template, break-induced replication (BIR) occurs when only the centromere-proximal end of the DSB can locate homologous sequences. Whereas GC results in a small patch of new DNA synthesis, BIR leads to a nonreciprocal translocation. The requirements for completing BIR are significantly different from those of GC, but both processes require 5′ to 3′ resection of DSB ends to create single-stranded DNA that leads to formation of a Rad51 filament required to initiate HR. Resection proceeds by two pathways dependent on Exo1 or the BLM homolog, Sgs1. We report that Exo1 and Sgs1 each inhibit BIR but have little effect on GC, while overexpression of either protein severely inhibits BIR. In contrast, overexpression of Rad51 markedly increases the efficiency of BIR, again with little effect on GC. In sgs1Δ exo1Δ strains, where there is little 5′ to 3′ resection, the level of BIR is not different from either single mutant; surprisingly, there is a two-fold increase in cell viability after HO induction whereby 40% of all cells survive by formation of a new telomere within a few kb of the site of DNA cleavage. De novo telomere addition is rare in wild-type, sgs1Δ, or exo1Δ cells. In sgs1Δ exo1Δ, repair by GC is severely inhibited, but cell viaiblity remains high because of new telomere formation. These data suggest that the extensive 5′ to 3′ resection that occurs before the initiation of new DNA synthesis in BIR may prevent efficient maintenance of a Rad51 filament near the DSB end. The severe constraint on 5′ to 3′ resection, which also abrogates activation of the Mec1-dependent DNA damage checkpoint, permits an unprecedented level of new telomere addition
